Throughout the entire appointment, three different employees handled my nails, yet not one of them introduced themselves, asked my name, or attempted any conversation. In fact, no one even asked what color I wanted before beginning the service. Eventually, I had to find a color myself by looking through the salon's social media photos. When I pointed to a design they had posted and asked if it could be done with dip powder, I was told it would require a gel manicure instead. I then asked whether they had a similar color available in dip powder. Rather than answering the question, the technician dropped the color sample rings next to me and returned to working on my nails. Again, the manicure itself wasn't bad. The issue was the complete lack of customer interaction and communication throughout the appointment. The salon has a quiet atmosphere and a lot of potential, but I left feeling more like an object being processed than a customer receiving a service. Because of that experience, I would not return.

Her friend also wanted gel polish and they told her no the design that she wanted wouldn't work on her nails so they put tips and acrylic on them without her asking. both of them too scared to say no because they felt like they had no choice and were being argued with. now they both have to pay for a service that they did not ask for nor did they want if the design couldn't be done with what they wanted. They just simply say no not told that they're gonna do something else or just go ahead and do it without the approval. This is incredibly frustrating because the cost of a acrylic full set of manicure versus a gel polish is much more expensive and I refuse to take them back here again and I hope that nobody else goes back there until they change their ways.
