I like Rita's. She does a great job anytime she touches my eyebrows. I do however have to say her time management can be improved. If you make an appointment with her it doesn't make any difference than if you just walked in. I made an appointment and didn't get seen until 30 minutes later. This has happens almost every time I have made an appointment. Aside from that once you get over the wait time the service she does provide is great! Update: I saw her again after my initial review on a Monday and no one was in the lobby. She shared the wait time was likely because I made my appointment on her "busy" days which she mentioned are typically Thursday's and weekends so I'll have to try it in the middle of the week consistently and update my review then. If you do go on her busy days make sure it's not cutting it close to an obligation you may have soon after because it's likely you won't make it on time. Overall I appreciate her work and kindness but again will have to try consistently go through the week to change my rating due to her time. read more

Rita's services are worth the wait, but you'll need to go on a day you're not in a rush. Even scheduled appointments aren't always taken in order, and the wait time can be significant. Why worth the wait? Due to medical issues, I have extremely sparse eyebrows which are growing back in slowly. Rita did an excellent job of giving the brows shape and cleaning up above and below, removing as little of the new brow line growth as possible. The charge was $12 before tip. The salon is clean, parking plentiful, easy in and out. Definitely recommend, provided you don't have a packed schedule afterward. read more

I was not use to the style of waxing. Everything was clean, nice and sanitary. Unfortunately I've never been waxed using sugar wax and strips so it was a different experience for me. I am three weeks out of my appointment still wondering where things went so wrong. I came in for a clean up and left with eyebrows HALF the size they were when I walked in. When I told her they were not the size I preferred she said that she had to do it because they were so misshapen when I came in. Even if she believed my eyebrows needed to be reshaped, this is a conversation you need to have with your client (and their consent!). Ironically, my eyebrows are actually more uneven than ever, despite her threading off most of the hair on my face.
