I have bought LHR and clear and brilliant as well from them. I am afraid to go back for services - not only did the nurse aesthetician burn me, she brushed it off when I said it was a burn. I was given no immediate first aid (cold water to calm the burn. All they had were ice and hydrocortisone which are not appropriate for treating burns).
