STAY AWAY FROM LASER AWAY. I would give negative stars if I could. In July of last year, I became interested in LaserAway's RF Microneedling treatments. After submitting my info online, I was contacted by a representative who immediately launched into high-pressure sales tactics--pushing promotions and urging me to book before understanding my needs. I explained I wanted to address skin tightening, hyperpigmentation, and acne. She assured me I was a perfect candidate. I told her I was going to see my dermatoolgist next week and she discouraged me from speaking with my dermatologist, and repeatedly followed up with texts and misleading photos stating this was a relative of hers and look at the wonderful results, which was completely and utterly false. Regrettably, I purchased a 6-treatment RF Microneedling package for $4,298.75. After my first session, my acne significantly worsened. I was told this was normal and encouraged to continue. After a second session, my skin declined further. At my third appointment, I was informed that I could no longer be treated in key areas due to active breakouts--making the treatments essentially unusable. In February, I contacted customer service and was offered a refund or store credit. I agreed to consider credit but needed confirmation on what I could safely receive. After submitting photos and weeks of follow-up, a nurse finally contacted me in May and confirmed I wasn't a candidate for RF Microneedling or Thermage due to my skin. She said Botox or filler were my only options, which I already receive elsewhere. Since then, I've reached out multiple times and have had to explain my case from scratch to a different person every time. The responses have become increasingly inappropriate, dismissive, and manipulative. I'm continually told I will "lose my investment" if I don't move forward--yet I'm being offered services I've already been told by Laseraway nurses, I can't receive, nor am I a good candidate for. Today, I spoke with someone who admitted they couldn't help, pushed services I'm not eligible for, and ended the call saying, "expect no one to answer you." Is this seriously how you treat customers? You're asking people to make significant financial investments, then responding with unethical behavior, zero transparency, and blatant disrespect. It is not only unprofessional--it's alarming. I emailed customer service on July 10th, and nothing. It says on their website they will get back to you in 24 hours. Not to mention, if. you just do a quick search on LaserAway, you'll find multiple class action lawsuits against the company. So ask yourself, is this all really worth it? LaserAway is not the only game in town and I would recommend going to an actual MedSpa before purchasing any of their services read more

I have been doing my underarms at Laser Away and just upgraded from a bikini to full Brazilian. I had attempted to do the full Brazilian at another laser studio that did not have the cooling laser like Laser Away had and it was soooo much worse. The treatments here are fast and really work! Fantastic for hair removal? Yes! They have a cooling air that makes the service a breeze and it's quick! For my services, I'm in and out within 10-15 minutes. How is this compared to waxing? The woman that called me just now said they texted me yesterday but I did NOT receive anything, but she called me just fine? Why wouldnt she call me yesterday if they couldnt take my appointment thats been scheduled for more than 2 weeks? If they needed more time they shouldn't have made the appointment in the first place. I was looking for pricing information on their website for Clear and Brilliant laser treatments. After realizing there was absolutely no way to find any pricing information, I scheduled a "free consultation". I had a phone consultation on 3/24/23 and was told it was around $2,800+ for a package of 6 laser treatments. The woman I was talking to asked me if I wanted to see if I'd qualify for no interest financing so she sent me a link to the application and I ended up being approved for $4,200. I scheduled an appointment for 4/8/23 at the Domain location. Later that day I was looking through my emails and I saw an email from the financing company PatientFi that approved my application. I clicked on the link and created my account, then I noticed that there was already a charge on this account for $2,800+ with the first payment due on 4/22/23. I was charged for the package of treatments when I hadn't yet stepped foot inside one of their stores or had any services rendered. I called PatientFi and told them that I had not received any services from Laser Away and was told I'd have to call them to have the charge refunded. I immediately called them and canceled my appointment and demanded a refund for the fraudulent charge. I was told my information would be sent to corporate and they would contact me within 24 to 48 hours to provide a refund. As I expected, it's been 48 hours and I have heard nothing from "corporate". So I'm going to keep calling and calling and calling until I am refunded and will take legal action if necessary. I found several others online that had also had this happen to them and had to deal with the nightmare of getting a refund. I was tricked and scammed by these thieves and am posting this review as a warning for anyone else about to schedule a "free consultation" with them. Really amazing medspa! I visited their booth while RealSelf had a pop up event in town. I had the clear and brilliant laser treatment. I've always been very nervous about having chemical peels or laser treatments because of the downtime. This one was a breeze! I was red for about 24 hours and then a little dry for 24 hours. And then voilà, beautiful clear skin. I have very sensitive skin it gets super red easily so I was surprised this worked for me.
