The spots are less than a CM wide. I went in for a consult with Trish and it was super rushed to just go ahead and do the laser without explaining. I had to ask all questions on the process and there is no warranty or assurance provided if the treatment doesn't do anything (which it didn't). I have been coming to beautiful solutions for the last 6 years, and I've seen Shelby. I can't speak highly enough of her. She is the best at what she does, she is so kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. My fiance, who has always been against Botox now looks forward to his "brotox" with Shelby. Today's appt is prompting me to finally write this review... I keep kicking myself in the butt for continuing to go to this place. I need to stop being cheap and go to a decent place... the other reviews are spot on! I truly believe people continue to be repeat customers here because they have never had a decent procedure elsewhere... everything is unprofessional. The gossiping in the office. The asking for tips and then when I politely decline I get the eye roll and the chatter gossip as I'm walking out... seriously? So unprofessional. Anna has been super kind as well as Tricia who I saw today. Very kind and courteous. But the waiting area, the desk girls and my results in the past (not sure about today's Botox yet) make me never want to return again. Well, the fact that I walked in for my appointment and started sweating immediately was a bad sign. No AC in September in the 100+ degree Texas heat is ROUGH! But, every business/residence has issues at times, right? No judgment, yet. The "treatment" I got, a groupon for Botox, was pretty quick - in fact so quick, I was shocked & nervous that a) I never saw them open a new vial nor draw the product from a vial at all, nor was it refrigerated, and b) I was rushed out so quickly THEN prompted to leave a tip (which I did because good ol' anxiety and forced politeness kicked in) Long story short - Botox never fully kicked in, and 6 weeks later I look worse than when I first got it. I don't exercise. My thighs will price to anyone that I don't have a fast metabolism. I'm not on antibiotics. So please, owner, don't come at me with your fake responses. I had 20 units of Botox December 4th, for my "11s" and above my eye brows. The young woman did approximately 10 injections which is not what I've experienced in any of the other four times I've had this done. As I've read repeatedly in multiple reviews, the quality of their product is sub-par. It is watered down and/or expired. I didn't see the vial being opened or refrigerated. My initial complaint was that they actually asked for a tip, which in itself is reason enough not to return. I did leave a hefty tip. I'm not sure why I would succumb to such rude antics but obviously felt pressured. I was an esthetician for years and NEVER asked for a tip. My second and main complaint is that I had little to NO results. One of my dearest friends asked if I had cancelled the appointment! I left a review and called the office with NO response! Poor customer service is an understatement. Please do NOT waste your time, money, and energy even if it seems like "a great deal". I will absolutely not return. Update: I'm approaching my two weeks with minimal results. Not sure why. I had a full 20 units between my eyebrows with just a little difference. I've had Botox in the past so this is a little disheartening. Going to make another appointment for consultation and will update from there. A month later but I want to update my review. I had an entirely different experience today. I really liked the girl that I saw today. She was sweet and seemed to really know what she was talking about. What a difference a person can make. Well.... the jury is out right now. I only went yesterday and I know Botox results will take up to 2 weeks to see the complete effects. However, I bought the package of 40 units for $319. I've had Botox plenty of times in the past and I know that I can usually do 45 units for my crows feet, complete forehead and the area between my eyebrows. My Anesthetician said she suggested I do the 60 unit package. That seemed crazy to me. Before I went to my appointment I read that people were dissatisfied and felt like the Botox there was diluted. I hope that's not the case but 40 units for my two areas does seem like a lot. She had me sign a paper saying that she suggested more, which I did sign obviously. But am I wrong to wonder if this isn't a way of thwarting the blame to the client for not buying more? Like I said, I have used 45 units for all 3 areas..... to be continued. If you have to buy more units in order to make up for the price you really end up spending the same as you would for other places that charge the usual $10-$12 per unit price. I bought a LivingSocial coupon for a reduced priced package. I was supposed to receive Microderm Treatment, Facial, Swedish Massage, IPL Treatment for Hands, and Skin-Tightening Treatment for Jawline. I was scheduled for a couple of the treatments at the first appointment. I was to come back for following treatments. The clinician informed me that I was paying for a "taste" of the treatment...not the treatment itself. I waited for over half an hour and drove 20 minutes for a 5 minute treatment that didn't even really give me a "taste" of what I paid for. I believe that the aestheticians don't fully agree with the offers made by the company. Perhaps the offers were too "Grand" and the facilitators became fed up with the arrangement. With a heavy heart I'm reporting this. It has taken awhile for me to work up the nerve to share this but I have come to the conclusion that the botox and fillers are heavily diluted with the possibility of just saline in their injections. I have returned to Beautiful Solutions over the years and didn't have have anything to compare them to until I used another business. I only get a little spackling once a year or so but lip fillers that are supposed to last as far as 18mths were only lasting as long as the botox that barely lasts 3mths. Once the swelling dies down from the initial injections everything peters out by 3mths. Some of the fillers are very expensive. I think they're running a scam. I had the same procedures elswhere and it was like a year before I noticed the dissapation. Plus they ask for gratuity which is very tacky. My lips were uneven the last time as if a half an inch was missed in the lipline. As many reviews state that it looks they dilute their products. I bought 2 vials of Kybella for $699 (not cheap at all) and had my first vial injected almost 7 weeks ago. Zero results. Also, my double chin is not big at all, I went for a consultation with two different specialists and was told that one vial should be enough, however, I decided to go with Beautiful Solutions because of the price and they are open on Saturday that works for me. I guess you get what you paid for. However, I disagree when the deal is offered you don't get the same quality and won't let this "slide". I just sent an email to the office asking if their Kybella is diluted because I don't want to be injected again if it won't bring any results. I saw my injector had two bottles of different products so I am confident she mixed Kybella with something to "water it down" and save on the product. I looked at my pictures before & today and was very disappointed as I should see some results but nothing. Then, I went on yelp to read reviews and it all makes sense now. Was charged $250 for 15 min of Thermoclear, when competitors offer same service at $100. When asked why so much more, no explanation. They used more minutes than planned and were not completely transparent about the service. Do not recommend and will not go back, even though am a long time customer of other services. I saw Trish today and she didn't talk to me about price before as front girl said she would. When I asked questions, I agree with other reviews, I got eye-rolls and disrespectful comments. I originally bought a groupon for Botox and went in. They have the most awesome lunch n learns with the different product and pharmaceutical companies. They always have amazing prices, but then they discount even further if you become a VIP member. I am hooked on this place. I love to get regular Hydrafacials. My skin always comes out glowing and radiant and it helps to heal my old acne hyperpigmentation. I've also done teeth whitening prior to my wedding. My husband and I did it together and were very pleased with the results. I highly recommend this place! I make it a practice to NEVER review Yelp before trying out a new business - and thank goodness. Some of these reviews about Beautiful Solutions sound like they either came from whackadoodles or people who are just really challenging to please. I purchased a Groupon deal for 60 units of Botox for a killer price. When I scheduled my appointment, I didn't mention that I also wanted Juvederm in my top lip (I have no top lip otherwise). When I got to my appointment with Anna, she was so gracious, and of course she said yes when I asked if we could do Juvederm, too. Beautiful Solutions looks like a doctors office. It's clean, the staff are super sweet, and I was taken to the room where my procedures were performed almost immediately. After I left, I began to worry because I had not tipped Anna before leaving. In my experience getting injections, different salons have different rules. I didn't see a sign letting me know that tips were appreciated, and I wish I had, because I would've tipped Anna for her exceptional service. While the results from my Botox remain to be seen (I was there the day before yesterday, so it's way too soon), my lips look incredible. I emailed them to ask if they accept tips - and they do. And they SHOULD. These people putting fillers and Botox, and doing chemical peels WORK HARD to make YOU look beautiful. Bought a Groupon for this place and it was my first time visiting this Medical business. I have had botox and other injections/fillers in the past so I am not new to the procedure. I had a plesent experience. The only concern & question I have still is whether or not you are suppose to "tip" in a Medical Business? Receptionist asked for me to leave anything for Anna who did my botox. I felt very awkward because I have never been asked at other places to ever leave a tip. I was always told no I don't. This is a medical procedure, and my understanding is that it is against state board regulations for a medical business to do so. It's not like getting your nails or a facial done.
