Tammy knew I used a groupon (which was just for one facial) and said if I wanted to book again she'd honor the groupon price for two more, as if I bought three! Seems like they need staff who speak Spanish based on the clients and communication challenges I saw today. The drive thru window seemed to suck up staff time with numerous problems but staff were kind to everyone. However this caused everyone to have to wait. There were announcements about staff needed for customer service in various Departments. As I left there were customers waiting at the checkout counter nearest the door and no cashier was there. His store is in a busy area just off the interstate so possibly need more staff at lunchtime?
