I've had preventative Dysport/Botox since my 20s, and not once has anyone ever called out my nose bridge line! I came in for my usual Dysport for my glabella and Nadia told me she would also inject my nose bridge line. I never thought it could be reversible, but Nadia works wonders! I was opposed to driving wayyyy up north, but after seeing the results and attention to detail, Nadia is my go to gal! I have watched this incredible hard working woman transform her tiny self-run business into a bustling comprehensive clinic that is so much more than just the aesthetic injections! They have vitamin shots, weight loss programs, body contouring... every time I am there I seem to see a new service! All this in a new larger building with a growing medical staff. You know what's still the same? The value. The quality of her work. The natural results. She has kept the true joy she has for this job alive, and refused to become one of those lazy burnt out practitioners. I wish I could add more stars for being consistently awesome for all these years!

Bri, the assistant manager, was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, she created a welcoming, professional, and genuinely positive atmosphere. You can tell she truly cares about both the clients and her team--everything felt organized, smooth, and thoughtfully handled. She went above and beyond to ensure my visit was seamless and comfortable. Chyna, my aesthetician, was equally amazing. She is not only highly skilled but also incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my skin concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. My skin has never felt better, and I left feeling confident and refreshed. Both Bri and Chyna exemplify outstanding service and professionalism. I can't recommend them enough--this was truly one of the best experiences I've had.

I was also always left incredibly bruised afterward, which honestly made me not want to have any more work done. After many hours of research and reading reviews, I finally decided to give SkinSpirit a try, and finding Crystal has been a godsend! Now that I'm nearing 40, I am SO glad I finally found someone I trust with my face! I've seen Crystal several times now and have only had two tiny bruises, which has been incredible compared to my past experiences. Her expertise is obvious, and she has truly made me feel years younger with her work. Most importantly, my results always look natural, which is an absolute MUST for me. I want to look refreshed and like myself, not like I've had work done, and Crystal completely understands that. I've seen her for both filler and Botox and have been so happy with my results. On top of this, I have found the prices to be VERY reasonable and way less than what I have paid in the past. On the rare occasion there was an area I felt needed a little improvement, Crystal never hesitated to help make it right. She's a perfectionist like me, so I always feel like I'm in good hands! She takes her time, pays attention to the details, and genuinely cares about making sure you're happy with your results. Beyond being incredibly talented, Crystal is gorgeous inside and out. She truly cares about her clients, not just about their treatments, but about what's going on in their lives, and I always enjoy seeing her! I seriously can't recommend Crystal enough. I'll definitely be sending my husband her way and spreading the word to anyone who needs a little refresh. I'm so grateful I found her!

I've had great results with IPL in the past - when I did treatments in Los Angeles, my sun spots…read moredarkened, scabbed, and flaked off. Unfortunately, my experience here with Fairy was very different. There was no proper assessment of my skin to determine the appropriate wavelength or energy settings; I was simply told a "medium" setting would be used for a first session for safety. The treatment itself felt rushed, and during the session I noticed that some areas were being missed. Although I shared my past results, I was told by Fairy that IPL can't remove dark spots or freckles, which contradicts both my experience and widely available information about the treatment. After the session, I didn't experience any of the typical post-treatment reactions, such as redness, and I saw no results in the weeks that followed. Overall, this felt like a combination of outdated equipment and limited experience with delivering effective IPL results. I wouldn't recommend this spa for IPL.
