Whether it's, - scheduling / scheduling an appointment when there aren't enough healthcare professionals to meet demand, or - billing / understanding provider billing, insurance coverage or patient payment obligations, or - coordinating care / coordinating your care between ARC, separate hospitals and separate specialists who may not communicate flawlessly. * The above three cons are present with any care provider. ARC offers a lot of benefits but you're still in the U.S. healthcare system which comes with plusses & minuses. On a personal side, my interactions with all staff have been positive. It's clear there's an overwhelming demand and resources are limited. Staff has been much more patient/helpful than I would probably be in their position.

Honestly, it's like talking to a child...but one who clearly uses AI to polish their grammar. The level of incompetence - with incorrect prescriptions called in and incorrect information relayed - is concerning. I hope they don't have these medical assistants completing tasks that require common sense, like relaying important test results. I know practices are trying to increase profits, especially those practices that are owned by private equity (which this place may be--IDK). But please consider your patients. Don't run a competent practice into the ground by having these assistants do what medical professionals should be doing. Employ some actual nurses to answer patient questions for god's sake, not just "medical assistants."
