Dr Supkay, her nurse, and the staff at Brushy Creek Family Physician are top notch…read more Dr. Supkay is a professional & compassionate doctor. She is thorough and proactive with her healthcare approach. She also stays current on the healthcare industry to ensure you get the best care and most current protocols based on ethnicity where relevant. This sets her FAR apart from other physicians in the area. I would drive a million miles to see Dr. Supkay. Setting up appts, request of refills, insurance is all an ease due to the excellent attentional to detail & communication. They also have an amazing patient portal which makes communication with Dr Supkay & her nurse very easy. You can also make refill requests & get lab results from the portal. I absolutely LOVE that Dr Supkay does NOT keep your lab results hostage. As soon as CPL completes them, Dr Supkay allows us to see them. And she follows up to discuss of course. The convenience of CPL being located on site makes any follow up labs easy breezy. Highly recommend Dr Supkay as part of your medical care team!!! Thank you Dr Supkay & staff for the continued compassionate care!

We were used to ...less than stellar service in the metroplex from our docs. Lots of wait time, felt like we were a number, etc.. I had a medical issue that required urgent attention and we found this office and they were able to work us in same day. That was 5 years ago, and we thank our lucky stars that we found this office. Andrea is AMAZING! Never feel rushed when speaking with her, she is very thorough, listens, and is genuinely concerned about my health. The front office staff is very friendly and very helpful. They've gone above and beyond several times when our pharmacy buggered up refills and the like. They jumped on it immediately, contacted the pharmacy and got things squared away instead of the typical 'have your pharmacy contact us...'. I firmly believed this office saved my life and has contributed to a much better quality of life to boot. Thank you Andrea and Great Oaks!

Or I would make a scene. I called them to transfer over my transcripts to a new doctor after waiting on hold for 2 and half hours. They told me they would, and they never did. So of course I have to call back to make sure they do this time, and I'm on hold again. I waited 15 minutes before I decided to just press the call back button I waited for hours for them to call me back, and no one ever did. So I called the next morning, and I'm on hold for another 3 hours. Also I went to one checkup and knew from that first appointment, that this office/doctor wasn't for me. Dr. Andrew's rushed my appointment, and continued to crack inappropriate jokes my whole appointment. Which was a measly 5-10 minutes after he came into the room. A couple of the nurses in the front are SOME OF THE RUDEST UNHAPPIEST LADYS I've ever met. This whole office is a joke. Especially the nurses.
