Setting up appts, request of refills, insurance is all an ease due to the excellent attentional to detail & communication. They also have an amazing patient portal which makes communication with Dr Supkay & her nurse very easy. You can also make refill requests & get lab results from the portal. I absolutely LOVE that Dr Supkay does NOT keep your lab results hostage. As soon as CPL completes them, Dr Supkay allows us to see them. And she follows up to discuss of course. An hour later after talking to the doctor 5 minutes I left with no check up or meds. But they tried to schedule me a second appointment so I could get what I came to them the first time for. Called cheating insurance companies and double charging. Now I have to find a real doctor and take another half day and spend my fuel and time to get a decent soctor. I plan on filing a complaint with the state board of health.

We were used to ...less than stellar service in the metroplex from our docs. Lots of wait time, felt like we were a number, etc.. I had a medical issue that required urgent attention and we found this office and they were able to work us in same day. That was 5 years ago, and we thank our lucky stars that we found this office. Andrea is AMAZING! Never feel rushed when speaking with her, she is very thorough, listens, and is genuinely concerned about my health. The front office staff is very friendly and very helpful. They've gone above and beyond several times when our pharmacy buggered up refills and the like. They jumped on it immediately, contacted the pharmacy and got things squared away instead of the typical 'have your pharmacy contact us...'. Urmila Parthasarathy is an amazing person and I'm so glad that I am able to be under her care. The staff is very friendly and I love that they are up to date with technology. They have a check in kiosk and an online "My Charts" where you can immediately see test results, appointments, and even email your Dr. with questions you forgot to ask during a visit. I also love that they print out your visit summary and your plan of action. I can't say enough good things about this location and Dr Partha and I do recommend ARC to family and friends!

I was able to see the doctor talk and ask a lot of questions and I really appreciated the service since I've had bad experiences in the past. I went to the nearest blood center to get my bloodwork done and had to come back to get the paper request because the order was not filled electronically. I awaited my results and received them within a few days and was advised on what to do next. Despite the reviews this place handled my pricing and answered and clarified all of my questions. I had no issues with billing.
