I moved here from California and was nervous about finding a new injector. Heidi is amazing! Such a good listener and gives me painless/perfect injections. I am older and she spends so much time making sure everything I do is natural...would not go to anyone else! read more

The office is friendly and inviting. Heidi was great with addressing my concerns.. The results were phenomenal! I will keep going back.

I went for my initial consultation at Vibrant with Heidi for lamprobe to remove skin tags in my neck area. I've always been a bit self-conscious about it, and have been wanting to get this procedure done for a while. Heidi was super sweet and very informative and knowledgeable during the consultation and day of procedure, and it made the whole process much more comfortable. The lamprobe procedure consisted of little zaps against the skin tags. I would say the level of pain is tolerable, maybe just slightly uncomfortable. However, it all goes by really quickly. After the procedure, my neck was red and then the skin tags t urned a dark brown/black color, scabbed up, and then it all came off within 1.5-2 weeks. I couldn't be happier with the results! The before and after pic speak for itself!! The entire staff is awesome here, and I've opted to do monthly facials with Yvonne. So far every interaction I've had with the different staff members have been pleasant. I would highly recommend coming here!! read more

I can't recommend Vibrant Med Spa enough--especially Heidi! She is truly an artist when it comes to injections. Great experience and an amazing staff. Genuinely caring staff, nice clean spa. Would definitely recommend.

Love these ladies. I've been going quite sometime now, probably 3 to 4 years. Luck must of been on my side the day I called. Have had facials and laser removal, along with some more invasive procedures and they are just great. read more

So glad to have found this place - I have had nothing but the best experiences here and amazing results. Heidi is the best! She does my Dysport injections and Restylane for my lips. I was worried getting everything done at first but I am loving the results! Heidi knows just the right amount to use so it looks natural. She is currently doing laser hair removal for my daughter. I highly recommend Vibrant Med Spa. The staff is always welcoming and takes their time to answer any questions. I plan on trying one of the facials next. Heidi and team never disappoints! read more

I initially went to see Heidi at Vibrant Med Spa because my current med spa didn't offer the plasma pen treatment. I was so impressed by the quality service, results given, knowledge and bedside manner from Heidi, that I've canceled my membership at the place I went for years, who did great work. This place is clean, well outfitted, fairly priced and welcoming. I look forward to my next visit this week. read more

As a guy, I wasn't quite sure what this experience was going to be like. My neck has had significant reaction to shaving and my dermatologist suggest just lasering it off. So I scheduled with Vibrant Med Spa and Heidi took excellent care of me. My last session was a few weeks ago and it dawned on me this morning that I've had zero reactions to shaving...since I've not had to shave since we wrapped up! The spa is a beautiful space, the staff are friendly, and the sessions were basically painless and quick. Can't recommend these folks enough! read more

I just got the MiraDry procedure done with Heidi. She was so compassionate about my concerns before the procedure and explained everything she was doing as it was happening. She made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. All of her lovely staff are also so kind and patient. I really love going here and feeling taken care of. read more

This place is great and very professional. I've gone to Heidi and feel very safe trusting her judgment. She's also the sweetest! I always recommend this place to my clients whenever they are looking for med spa services and I never send recommendations to someone I don't trust! read more

Absolutely LOVE this place. Heidi is so knowledgeable, experienced and confident without being arrogant. (I've come across that before) she is so sweet and understanding of all concerns. Suggest treatments and products that would benefit you, but not pushy to buy. Which, in my opinion, if your esthetician, hair stylist, manicurist etc suggests a product that would help you, always buy it! Heidi does it all, from custom facials and peels, to laser, fillers and neuromodulators. She even zapped my broken capillary that has plagued my face for as long as I can remember. I'm so excited to keep up with treatments and achieve the beautiful skin I've always dreamed of. I'm so glad I found you, thank you Heidi!! read more

Heidi is awesome! She is very knowledgeable and professional. I have been to several different spa's for laser hair removal and Vibrant Med Spa is my favorite. The laser is very gentle and has a cooling tip. I highly recommend this place!!! read more

Guys, if you need weird things removed from your body, or to get rid of hairs that grow in weird places (e.g. buttcrack, baby makin regions, unibrows, stank pits etc.) you need to go see Heidi in Austin at Vibrant Med Spa. She's got some awesome introductory deals going right now, and is the best in the biz. She started the hair removal process on my wife's legs the other day because she has sensitive skin and shaving is highly irritating for her, but most importantly because I have a high sensitivity to the spikey version of those stems under the sheets at night. Kill the butt jungle, zap the front forest, nuke the bulging bush, and get in touch with her. On the real though, support local business and the entrepreneurial spirit! 'Merica. read more

I went for my routine pedi with Wendy and while waiting I got to talking with Michelle about the different services they offer and one in particular that I've wanted done for some time now. I proceed on with my pedi and when it's done, to my surprise Michelle is still there (keep in mind, I had no clue of their hours) we chatted some more and she was more than willing to stop what she was doing and assist me in the ultra fast procedure I was wanting done. So excited I finally caved and beyond excited to see the results soon. read more

I did consultations at all the 4/5 star med spas in the area and am SO happy I found Heidi at Vibrant! Everyone else seemed so corporate and couldn't answer my questions about laser hair removal until I met Heidi. She is incredibly knowledgeable and sweet! I signed up for the whole 8 sessions and so happy I did. I am only about halfway through now, but can already see a dramatic difference. Every phase happens exactly how she describes. She has great pricing and deals. She works with my crazy schedule, recommends the best products, even lets me try samples so I can pick out the best ones for my skin. Plus, she makes me feel so comfortable and fun to chat with. I always look forward to my appointments. She is my go-to for all my med spa needs and I Highly recommend Vibrant to all my friends! read more

First time visitor. Went in for 3 mole removals. Heidi explained to me the differences in the moles on my face, many of which aren't actually moles but types of clogged oil pores that look like moles but not to worry as those come off super easy. I've had a huge mole on the side of my nose since I could remember... almost looks like a piercing. I figured this was one for the doctors office and had the expectation that she'd be getting 3 small ones... but nope she said it was a piece of cake and took it right off. It's been a week, the smaller ones have all healed and the one I had on my nose is still healing but I can tell in a few days there won't even be a bump where it was. I've had this thing forever and now I dont! Why did I wait? It looks so much better and of course I feel great about the result. If your thinking about... just get it done. Doesn't hurt that much and the result is worth it. read more

I purchased a Groupon for mole removal with pretty low expectations. I had never even thought of removing the mole until a doctor told me since it's in kind of a weird spot and that it would be a quick removal. I decided to go for it based on great reviews for Heidi and the great deal she was offering. She is so professional and accommodating. I had a lot of trouble finding the spa so I ended up being 10 minutes late and she still took her time explaining everything to me. It was a super quick service and results have been great! It's healing up nicely and I am so happy! I will definitely be returning for any laser treatments and recommending everyone! Thanks so much, Heidi! read more

I just left my first appointment with Margaret and I am so impressed! I had the Groupon for three mole removals and she was so kind and gentle the whole time. While the procedure was a bit uncomfortable she made sure I was alright and let me know that I could take as many breaks as needed. The whole procedure took about three minutes and I'm looking forward to healing and not having those spots on my back any more. I have a feeling that I'll be visiting again in the future to get rid of more spots as well! Thanks Margaret! read more

I had many moles and some skin tags removed today and Botox. Heidi is obviously very knowledgeable. She explained everything and had helpful opinions and insight. I would definitely go back. Planning to try a photo facial with her soon. read more

Heidi is a true professional. She removed a mole from me using the lamprobe. I have been freaked out about this weird mole since age 12 so it was high time to get rid of it. Heidi really calmed me down, explained the procedure well, and set my expectations. It is such a weird mole that even though it is small it required multiple treatments. My skin is prone to hyperpigmentation and keloids so I was nervous about the procedure, but Heidi put me at ease. Her honesty is so appreciated and rare in a field that promises the world. Heal time for most people is about a month per session. Once you locate her office, the room you get treated in is clean, tidy, and petite. If you bring friends or other family members with you they'll have to wait in another area completely. Just don't bring any. Ditto for large packages. read more
