I went for my initial consultation at Vibrant with Heidi for lamprobe to remove skin tags in my neck area. I've always been a bit self-conscious about it, and have been wanting to get this procedure done for a while. Heidi was super sweet and very informative and knowledgeable during the consultation and day of procedure, and it made the whole process much more comfortable. The lamprobe procedure consisted of little zaps against the skin tags. I would say the level of pain is tolerable, maybe just slightly uncomfortable. However, it all goes by really quickly. After the procedure, my neck was red and then the skin tags t urned a dark brown/black color, scabbed up, and then it all came off within 1.5-2 weeks. I couldn't be happier with the results! The before and after pic speak for itself!! The entire staff is awesome here, and I've opted to do monthly facials with Yvonne. First time visitor. Went in for 3 mole removals. Heidi explained to me the differences in the moles on my face, many of which aren't actually moles but types of clogged oil pores that look like moles but not to worry as those come off super easy. I've had a huge mole on the side of my nose since I could remember... almost looks like a piercing. I figured this was one for the doctors office and had the expectation that she'd be getting 3 small ones... but nope she said it was a piece of cake and took it right off. It's been a week, the smaller ones have all healed and the one I had on my nose is still healing but I can tell in a few days there won't even be a bump where it was. I've had this thing forever and now I dont! Why did I wait? It looks so much better and of course I feel great about the result. If your thinking about... just get it done. I had never even thought of removing the mole until a doctor told me since it's in kind of a weird spot and that it would be a quick removal. Heidi is a true professional. She removed a mole from me using the lamprobe. I have been freaked out about this weird mole since age 12 so it was high time to get rid of it. Heidi really calmed me down, explained the procedure well, and set my expectations. It is such a weird mole that even though it is small it required multiple treatments. My skin is prone to hyperpigmentation and keloids so I was nervous about the procedure, but Heidi put me at ease. Her honesty is so appreciated and rare in a field that promises the world. Heal time for most people is about a month per session. Once you locate her office, the room you get treated in is clean, tidy, and petite. If you bring friends or other family members with you they'll have to wait in another area completely. Just don't bring any. Ditto for large packages. read more
