Erica took photos of each tooth, measured my gums, and validated that my oral hygiene practices at home are on par. From the moment Dr. James numbed me to the moment my temporary crown was placed, I was treated with the utmost care. It seems like the best deal in town but, I started to think that maybe you get what you pay for and, while I'm sure the one Dentist here is very experienced and they stay very busy, I'd be concerned about the quality of care considering how they handled me on the phone. The second person I booked with was more patient and we I actually got confirmation texts and emails unlike the first attempt with Miranda. She also helped me cancel with no question or issue. First the staff submitted my bill under the wrong name, then they said they couldn't find me in the delta dental system, after having looked me up before my appointment. Then when I called delta dental I came right up with the same info I provided to the dentist. So I gave them all the info again. They are still billing me the full amount 2 months later. It is very sad that your billing staff can't get their stuff together because I love the dentists and back office staff. However because of your billing team I will not be back. Not to mention your front staff adds optional things to estimates without telling you they are optional. For example I was given an estimate that had about $200 in optional "insurance" on your work that is not covered by the dental insurance and your staff never mentioned it being optional until I saw and questioned it. Not to mention why does your work need to be insured. If you do it right the first time it should be fine and if something goes wrong because if your error you should be paying for that, not the customer. Anyways. Get your billing under control. The billing team is putting a stain in your great back office staff. Sadly I won't continue to see a dentist that I like if I have to call billing multiple times to get them to get things right. I just won't.
