I started my laser treatment in California and recently moved here in Austin, i was even kinda worried cause the location i known was in Houston and its like 3hrs away from my home. Just so happy when i found out that they recently opened in Domain which its kinda relief for me.:) anyhow i had my treatment last Saturday(oct23) i was kinda early though Melanie welcomed and assisted me while I'm waiting which make me comfortable. Just a few minutes, nurse Lily accommodates me and started my treatment. She was such amazing! My treatment when so well! This was my first time to this location as I moved here from another state. They were super friendly and helpful. Erick was at the front desk and I really liked that he made himself available for my help but didn't push me hard to purchase more sessions as my 10 session package was done. I explained that I wanted to wait a few months to see the results and he gave me his information so that I could reach out when I was ready. I appreciated the good balance of sales without aggressiveness and that is what will make me come back. Lily did my tattoo removal and explained about their new laser machines and was really cool and fast. She worked quickly and efficiently so I felt like we were moving but not rushing. LA has been amazing!! I was wanting to clear my acne scars and hyperpigmentation without the downtime of a peel or needling. After searching everywhere I found clear + brilliant here and it seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. And now after doing a few treatments I can say it's been above and beyond what I expected! They place is beautiful and clean, the staff are super friendly (love the front desk and nurses! they treat me so well), and the treatment has been working great. I came in for my very first LHR appointment. I noticed the office was very clean and modern when I walked in. I absolutely love it here! I just had my very first treatment and I was so nervous but she talked me through it and made sure I was okay even when it started to hurt. I did have some concerns with me having darker skin I read that it could cause bad side effects and has to have a specific laser but she assured me that the laser they have are good for darker skins as well. Overall my experience here was phenomenal I have absolutely no negative comments and is a 10/10 chance I would recommend someone! read more

Just got Juvederm Voluma (cheek filler) here for the first time. Rachel was my nurse and she was amazing. I was a little nervous and she made me feel 100% comfortable. Just started my laser hair removal treatments. The staff is always very friendly and informative. Booking and rescheduling is super easy. I've never had to wait longer than a few minutes once I arrive. The nurses are so kind and encouraging and have gone above and beyond to make me comfortable and pain free. The laser is so much more tolerable than waxing and I saw results after just one session. I had laser hair removal about 20 years ago - they have come a LONG way. It was virtually painless and was a much quicker process. I also had the clear & bright facial - so far so good. The staff including reception was knowledgable, engaging and friendly. I had questions afterwards that were answered immediately by the main line system - they seem to all work together (national and local) and are medically trained. I came in for the cheek filler called "Voluma" It was my first time so I was nervous. My nurse Rachel was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease about the treatment. She took before and after photos and showed me the halfway point where you could visibly see the lift in the cheek she had treated versus the one she had not done yet.
