I personally take two Tylenol and two ibuprofen 30- 45 minutes before hand and it helps a lot! The session probably lasts 5 minutes. It's the assessment/ test zaps that take the most time, to ensure the laser is on a high enough setting to actually damaged the hair follicle and cause that delayed regrowth which will eventually become permanent. I see Lana for my treatments and she is so knowledgeable and excited about anyone's laser hair removal journey. During my treatment Lana voluntarily breaks Down the patho/science behind how it all works while discussing the current signs she is looking for to ensure that the current laser setting is effective for outstanding results.
