Got a lash lift, removed the product too soon on one side, too late in the other . Now one side is spiral curled and the other side is not curled. Make it worse? They broke off my lower lashes. So that may be why they chose not to tint them since what was left was sticking straight out!! Pointed out these issues before I left and she told me I was wrong. I'll be wrong somewhere else from now on. They may actually care about the issues I have from their bad service. UP DATE I just received a call from Westlake dermatology, they have been my dermatology center for years, they called and said that they were cancelling my fee of $100.00, they to had seen the weather alert and that they did not feel the fee was warranted due to the circumstances. I have always been extremely happy with Westlake Dermatology and Dr. Richards. So, thank you Westlake Dermatology, I am truly a happy customer.

Booking could not have been simpler. The front desk was pleasant and worked around to my schedule to squeeze me in to get me in earlier! Susanne, the photo facial tech was expert! She did something no one has ever took the time to do for me before. Test the levels of the machine to see what my skin and tolerance level could handle. For instance, level 25 is an average setting a spa would use on a client but being the seasoned adventurer and procedure getter that I am, I was all the way in the high 30s! Imagine what poor results I would have received if she would not have taken the time to determine what works for my skin. The average setting would have yielded poor results on me for sure. I am over the moon with the results of my photofacial. By far and away the best photo facial i have received ever. Right after, I went in for my appointment with CeCe for Botox. She is fan-fan-fantastic! She took the time to discuss my goals (DISABLE ALL MOVEMENT!!) and talk to me about my questions of additional procedures I am wanting to stop the hands of time, rid myself of the wrinkles. My botox results are fabulous. I could not be happier! Gorgeous facility, incredible staff all around and the best results I have found locally. There is no more to ask for. Period.

This makes my horrible 2020 even worse, and now I am missing a getaway I already paid for because I really need to go to the doctor before this bull gets worse and I lose half of my face or something. Let me start by saying that I've known some excellent doctors, and have had a couple of…read moreearth-shatteringly bad experiences as well. Dr. Julie Reardon has surpassed my wildest expectations of what a family physician CAN--and is willing--to do. I think that's in part because she is a phenomenal physician and person, and I suppose the Harvard education and work with Dr. Andrew Weil doesn't hurt. I'll add that all of the folks in her office are equally as competent and caring. If you are contemplating a visit to Dr. Reardon, it's because you haven't been feeling as well as you should--probably for quite some time. Your insurance-covered doctor has run some general tests that haven't shown anything all that extraordinary; and while you may greatly respect your PCP as I do, you realize that time and budget constraints limit the ability to which they can explore your issues. You may have been told that it's your impending menopause, or your weight, or that you perhaps should consider antidepressants. This is the state of medicine in our current era of managed care, and it's nobody's fault. Sometimes it just IS. Know that, if you can afford her services, "Dr. Julie" will leave no stone unturned in helping you find that road to recovery. She's not one of those "vanity doctors" who will hand you creams, diets, and vitamins to make you ageless and extra hot...although feeling better usually makes you look better! She's a serious, science-based physician with an uncanny ability to relate the typically unrelated, and see the "big picture" of your health situation. In our initial visit, she caught on to trending issues I'd never thought of before, including a potential genetic makeup that leaves me prone to certain problems with mood and energy level that are exacerbated by stress...and I've had a year of that! She ran a gamut of tests after explaining the purpose of each one, and uncovered a problem so critical it was a wonder I even had the energy to get out of bed in the morning. I am no less impressed with our follow-up discussions. She has referred to another provider for an area outside of her realm, and also recommended simple vitamin and supplement changes that will do me a world of good. At the same time, she's not that earth-crunchy guru that's going to mandate that that you live on purified air and chants...hers are moderate lifestyle changes for real people living in our everyday world. Dr. Julie doesn't take insurance, but that allows her to spend true quality time with the patients who sign on with her. I will say that, for the fees involved, I feel like it's been a very good choice for my healthcare dollars. I am finally getting some solid answers as to why I've felt HORRIBLE over just this last year, and I finally feel confident knowing someone's got my back while I take steps to get better. I think there are a lot of docs out there who dream of having a practice like Dr. Julie's--and she has made that dream a reality. When I think about how quickly Dr. Julie started "cracking the case", and all the co-pays and labs past that never quite addressed my issue, I realize that I have now SAVED time and money in the long run. What's more...I could have gotten REALLY sick were it not for Dr. Julie and her findings. She very well might have saved my future from being...well, not so bright. Thinking about calling for an appointment with Dr. Julie Reardon? I say go for it...you will NOT regret it, and you have everything to gain.
