I was given no immediate first aid (cold water to calm the burn. All they had were ice and hydrocortisone which are not appropriate for treating burns). And now making the cancel and refund process difficult.

When I was rescheduled, I was asked to come in at an earlier time that I had already explained I couldn't accommodate. And, just today, they asked me again to come in earlier at a time I can't accommodate. More recently, I booked a skincare consultation with Salma, hoping to receive a personalized treatment plan for dry, dull skin. Instead, the esthetician barely examined my skin before returning with an armful of expensive products. I was only able to sample one of them, and there was virtually no discussion of treatment options or facial services that might address my concerns. The entire appointment felt more like a sales pitch than a professional skincare consultation. As a longtime client, I expected thoughtful recommendations and a customized plan, not pressure to buy products and a poor attitude from someone one who is supposedly a licensed esthetician. I left feeling like my time wasn't valued and that customer care has taken a back seat to retail sales. Also, when I speak to someone at the front desk, I don't think it's too much to ask that they are professional with me but that wasn't the case today with Holly. Sadly, I can no longer recommend SkinEnvy based on the poor business acumen and unprofessionalism of the current staff.

It's addicting, I think I may just laser all of my lower region. It feels awesome to just feel clean of hair down there. I legit would do more of my body like arms but my arms are both fully tattooed so I can't. ( Maybe in the future lol) EMILIE IS SO PROFESSIONAL! If you can book with Emilie you 100% should. I originally was uncomfortable with the idea of someone using a laser on my lower area but after working with her for a bit she has made me feel so comfortable I started to move forward with the areas I was nervous about. RESULTS ARE SO GOOD! The results I have seen have been honestly life changing. The confidence boost of not having hair on my back and butt has been so freeing. I don't have to feel nervous I forgot to shave. (I personally was embarrassed by those areas being hairy and it really bothered me) PAIN because I know people are curious. It's not that bad to be honest. An odd sensation is a good way of putting it. (I do have tattoos so results may vary) I can say this depending on the thickness of the are it can sting more and certain areas definitely can feel like oof but it's very quick and Emilie works with you the whole time and we typically talk about random things which is nice for just not focusing on the laser. 100% if you are on the fence with getting it done I would say do it. I'm surprised at some of these reviews and assure you this is a very professional organization with a wonderful staff. They are pleasant, attentive, and knowledgeable. (Shout out to Kelly and Heather) I have to think based on some of these other comments that he has weeded out his staffing issues and fine tuned his practice over the years because everyone that I worked with was great. My surgeries were very good and although I had a few healing issues, it had nothing to do with them and more to do with my weird body reacting strangely and me not adhering 100% to instructions. I have also been using their med spa and have been very pleased. I've had a couple of BBL and Moxie laser treatments and its been more effective than anything else I've tried. I have some dark spots that I've been trying to get rid of for 10 years and now they are almost gone. (Thanks Kari). The staff is friendly and welcoming every time I walk through the door and in this day and age when most places have no friendly employees, it is very much appreciated. I then began to dig through their before/after pics and loved that they did not have that over the top fake look and that they all seemed body proportionate which is exactly what I wanted. While perusing the surgical options, I came across labiaplasty. I had never heard of it, but on RealSelf, the rate was almost 100%. After looking at before/after photos and decided I wanted that surgery as well. I made an appt for a consultation where I met Dr. Justin Booth and his assistant Christine Powell and they answered all of my questions and were patient. I definitely went over the allotted time, but I was never rushed. I have never considered getting breast augmentation and was not aware that surgeons do not go by cup sizes, but CC's. Dr. Booth measured me and gave me the max CC's for my frame and I then tried on the various Sientra silicone aka, gummy bear implants, which helped a lot. While they do not have pics online of labiaplasty, Dr. Booth performs them frequently. Their pricing was better than I expected and I was given a folder full of everything I needed to know about my upcoming surgeries, appt dates, and times, as well as pre & post op instructions. By the time I left, I loved both Dr. Booth and Christine and felt very comfortable with my upcoming surgeries. Prior to my surgeries, I came in to discuss current meds, post op meds, any last minute questions/concerns and etc. The surgery is performed in house at their surgical suite which is located next to the office. As soon as I arrived, everything went as scheduled and the nurses were all awesome. The next day, I received a call from Jenny, Dr. Booth's nurse and was provided her personal cell in the event I was experiencing any adverse pain or reactions. Due to their thorough explanations, I was fully prepared for what to expect and my healing process went accordingly.
