    Getting ink removed today ;)
    Jai C.

I can NOT say enough about Clean Slate Ink! The best in professionalism, cleanliness, knowledge, and skills! Owner, Chris, took care of me from the moment I text the business number with pics of the tat I wanted removed. He sent me a quote and then we set the free consultation up on his first available appointment. After answering mine and my partner in crime's questions and going through the expectations of the process, he asked when I wanted to get started. I was ready to go right then and there. He did a couple of test areas to show me 1. what it felt like 2. what it would look like at during the process and 3. if I thought I could handle it. There was no turning back - I wanted to get it done! I started the process with Chris and he was extremely patient but fast and efficient so I never felt as though whatever pain I felt from the laser was just getting dragged on. Not gonna lie - it was a little painful but out of all the tattoos I have, it wasn't as painful as the one I got on my shoulder. He covered my whole left ankle (which is a fairly large tat) done in less than 2 minutes. Chris talked me through as it was getting done and before I knew it, it was time to get bandaged up. We covered after care instructions, discounts for multiple sessions (if I wanted to pay ahead of time for future treatments), and any questions my partner in crime and I had. As part of the healing process, I was told what to possibly expect, to keep the area moisturized, and covered for 3 days. Once he saw how many 4x4s I needed, I was given just enough extra gauze for the rest of the 3 days. That was absolutely appreciated! I paid my bill and scheduled my next appointment for the recommended 6 weeks after. On another note, part of my tat is a cover up and when we talked about pricing, I was told that the coverup would probably take a session or more to come off. It was then mentioned that if the rest of my tattoo was already done and the coverup still needed work, then I would get the following treatments at a prorated price rather than the full price. How fantastic is that?! I really am so happy I came here and can't talk enough about CSI!

Walking in to a beautiful waiting area.

The obgyn nurse told me to go to the ER to get an IV for dehydration. A buddy suggested that I go to an IV hydration clinic instead. The obgyn nurse said an IV hydration clinic would probably be cheaper than paying ten percent at an ER. My husband found Smooth Aesthetics. Smooth Aesthetics is owned by nurse Oscar and his physician wife Dr. Leyva. Oscar was able to see me within two hours at their Round Rock location. I paid $200 for two saline bags plus Zofran. Zofran is an anti-nausea medication, which Oscar thought might help with the other end, but it didn't. Nonetheless, I didn't feel like dying from dehydration anymore, and the baby was safe. For an additional $25, Oscar will travel to your house if you're unable to get a ride. If you only need one bag of saline, it's $150. It's much cheaper than going to an ER. He also administers generic semaglutinide for $300/ month. He showed me before and after pictures of his personal weight loss of forty pounds, and he looks amazing. I would be interested in a NAD IV in the future as it's all the celebrity rage right now for anti aging.

She's right, I'm not a fan, but I love my wife, so in an attempt to show solidarity I went to atomic to get the silliest tattoo I could think of... the worlds smallest smiley face (looks like an acid tab... hindsight is 20/20 I suppose lol.) Staff was friendly and non judgmental of my silly reasoning for a tattoo... line work is good, coloring is good, and honestly seeing some of the artists work was truly impressive and if I wanted more tattoos they would certainly be near the top of my list. Thank yall for taking in a complete outsider and treating me like family even when I openly told you I'm not a fan of tattoos... literally everyone I talked to was super friendly and professional

We drove back the opposite direction from where we were going to get here like an hour out of the way. Walk in the guy I talked to gets another guy who's not busy he looks at my tattoo I want covered and says I normally make appointments for those! I explained the situation and told him what I wanted over it and he did offer to get someone else to see if they would do it but I said that's ok. So I pulled out a photo of another tattoo I wanted and he said to do it right it needed to be bigger, I showed him where I preferred it and he said he thought it would work. He goes and prints it out double the size! I'm like that's not gonna work. He does not make any suggestions on another placement, it's like he just didn't wanna work today!!!!!! It was so disappointing after reading they were voted like best of Austin! We drove an hour out of the way for nothing.
