Kristin Gunn is absolutely amazing. I have been going to her for over a year now for a few different services. Most importantly, jaw Botox for my clenching/grinding/migraines. This has been an absolute lifesaver and has pretty much cured my migraines altogether. She has also injected my lips twice and done a phenomenal job. I didn't have any bruising at all. I started seeing Kristin in 2016 for baby botox and a killer lip fix after a botched job. So thrilled to see how the team has grown and flourished at Beaux Med Spa. In 2019, my daughter was born and my skin totally changed during pregnancy and PP. Wish I could give Kristin 10 stars. Over the past year, I have brought both my mom and my aunt to come see her for botox and filler. She is an absolute GODDESS with a syringe, and knows exactly how to enhance your natural beauty (on myself, in my 20s, and my mom, in her 50s). Kristin will make you feel like you've known each other for years. Her technique is virtually pain free (she mentions she has a "special" way of doing lip filler, and it is certainly true). I went to Beaux Med Spa for the first time this morning to get Botox. I made my appointment online and received a text confirmation which I responded to. I show up promptly at 8:58 for my 9 am appointment and was greeted in an extremely unfriendly manner. Right after I told the receptionist my name for my appointment. I was immediately scolded for not doing online paperwork. I mentioned politely that I never received any information about needing to fill out paperwork- and then was told rudely to check my email again. After finding it in my Spam folder, I apologized and quickly filled out the paperwork which I completed by 9:05 (I was checking the clock to make sure I was being respectful). While I was doing this, I could hear the staff members talking to each other about how I didn't fill it out and they won't have time to see me, being very condescending and rude. Once completed they mentioned they still didn't receive my paperwork. They finally found it within their system at 9:07. The receptionist told me that now since I was "halfway through my appointment" that I would have to reschedule because they had back to back appointments. I told them I didn't have an interest in rescheduling, this was due to the experience I was having. As a new patient, it would make sense to assume that there may need to be time allocated to making sure paper work was filled, greetings was performed to make the client comfortable, etc. Not turned away after 7 minutes due to not having a clear understanding of the online paper work procedure. Being someone who invested time and money into this appointment- the overall experience was very poor. I have heard wonderful things about the results of this medspa which is what drew me to want to go- although the attitudes, politeness, medspa procedures are also factors in the experience, and for that reason I would not recommend coming here. After leaving, the receptionist came out and tapped on my window and said they can "find some time" because someone no showed. Although the original lady who was supposed to do my Botox still did it? I did not feel prioritized at all and quite frankly, having someone poke you in the head with a needle who was being rude to you isn't a pleasant situation either. Anyways- hope this helps if you are looking for a reliable Botox person- I'd look elsewhere. read more

Just overall happy, cared for, and feeling like whatever treatment I had that day was money well spent. To put it simply, they are the kindest group of women that I've met in this industry. You can tell right off the bat that the energy is just so positive and uplifting. I am so thankful to have met them. The service is excellent and fast. You really feel like you're in and out. They are always on time, never a wait for your appointment. You feel like a priority there regardless of what you have done. Seriously I needed to commend them on the way they treat their clients.
