From the moment we arrived everyone was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. This led me to get exactly what I needed with my IV. During my IV Briana offered my wife a tour and was so informative and hospitable that my wife ended up getting a day pass. She got a cryo facial, compression and used the red light therapy. She took the time to talk to us and explain all the services they offer. We were completely sold and looking to see if there was an iCryo near us in FL!! If we were local we'd have full memberships. The place is nice, clean, comfortable, welcoming and easy to get to. We were there later in the day and through closing time and felt no pressure to leave despite them closing soon. What impressed me the most was that Briana knew we were from out of town and would never be a regular customer or back anytime soon.
