Beautiful and clean space! Easy to find and easy to book an appointment online! Usually when i go on vacation, i try to treat myself and do something i wouldn't normally do back home. I booked a deluxe hydra facial with Christi and i did not want my hour to end. It was seriously the fastest hour EVER. Why cant cardio go by that fast?! This was my first hydra facial and the girl upfront said i was gonna be hooked and she was right. Now im gonna have to start treating myself back home haha! So excited to be moving to this area soon. I've had med spa services done all around the world and this is by far the most professional, fun, caring, sweet family-like spa. I had under eye fillers, botox and an awesome facial here last summer and can't believe I didn't leave a yelp review back then. The doctor uses a blunt tip cannula vs a sharp needle to do under eye fillers.... I had never had it done this way before. I was totally ready for terrible pain and two black eyes... But that's not the case here!!! His technique is absolutely painless and NO BLACK EYES! It's 6 months later and my eyes still look amazing. I actually looked them up on yelp because I'm going to make a hydrafacial appointment for the day after I move here, nothing like a little pampering to help with moving across the country so excited to see you guys!! read more

I have had a couple of treatments at Millennium. I absolutely LOVE the staff here. They are super knowledgeable and the few times I have been here have been extremely friendly and welcoming. I love the atmosphere, especially for a med spa. I went here for a chemical peel and was extremely nervous as far as what to expect during and after the treatment. My initial purpose was because I have pigmentation problems on my face. They suggested a certain type of peel for me and a follow up treatment as well. Everything they said, was exactly what I experienced. My results from their treatment plan have been successful so far, my pigmentation has lightened up, and I am looking forward to me next treatment. My skin care specialist was extremely knowledgeable, the Dr here is super nice, and the girl at the front desk (I forget her name) is AWESOME!!!! When I called and asked her my millions of questions, she answered them all and was very friendly towards me. I highly highly recommend Millennium whether its for a facial, a massage, or whatever other treatment you want. read more

Pretty disappointed that I didn't love this place or experience the nice people/vibe here too. Not that I had a rude service but the receptionist seemed snippy which was fine, I guess considering it was the week of the 4th. My appointment had little information, it was interrupted (which then why have an appointment?) and I truly believe rapport was trying to be made but was awkward and ingenuine. I had to call back acting as if it was my fault to not remember how many vials/syringes was in each treatment I was quoted for. The receptionist just replied annoyed, pretty sure it was the lady that I had an appointment with. Which not sure why she couldn't tell me how much when asked twice in my appointment. I know this place is reviewed well but now that I look again I realized half of them are older reviews and or don't seem reputable. Also, I don't know if I trust this place. Something with staff not seeming to represent the type of business seems untrustworthy to me. I'm not saying they should have enough Botox to be robot like or Kylie lips but skin! Visited this spa for the first time after a couple of plastic surgeons in San Antonio and received premier treatment. From the minute I entered the building I was surrounded with staff addressing my needs. My interest was for Botox (which I have had many times). I wanted to get a back facial, and had seen that Millennium Medi-Spa offered them. I had never been here, but was able to get an appointment right away. The spa is clean and pleasant, soft music makes it easy to start mentally relaxing the minute you walk in the door. Cindy was my esthetician, very courteous and professional. She explained everything she was doing. The procedure was so relaxing! Besides the skin treatment, you get a back massage, so what's not to like? I felt great when it was all done. I've only been there once a couple of months ago. I probably will not go back again. I had a groupon for a mani/pedi. I made my appointment a week in advance. When I got there, the reception was good. The place is very clean looking. I sat and waited and my appointment started about 30 minutes late and because I had another appointment, I did not get the full pedi treatment. I was very disappointed. I dont know the entire layout of the place but the room I was in had one pedi chair and a mani station. It was a little too intimate for me. So I'm not sure it would be suitable for going with girlfriends. read more

Dr. Smith and his staff are AMAZING! I am from Orange County, California and I was terrified to get Botox in Texas. I called every place with good yelp reviews with in a hour of where I live and everywhere I had called was either rude, uneducated, or over priced. I had decided that I was going to have to fly back to Cali to get my Botox until I saw Millennium on my was to the gym. I was a little timid to call Millennium because they did not have many yelp reviews (apparently yelp is not as much as a thing in Texas as in Cali) When I called I was amazed at how nice and knowledge Angie was. It was like calling my Cali Dr. only better. I had my appointment today and Dr. Smith and his staff impressed me beyond my beliefs. I recently developed a fear of needles, I explained my situation to Dr. Smith and he was wonderful. Normally I turn completely red and and I am drenched in sweat by the time I am done with my injections (not because of anything my previous Cali Dr. did, she was wonderful as well) but not this time. No sweat, no redness, easiest appointment ever. I was also very impressed that Dr. Smith did not try to over sell me, in fact he recommended we start with 8 less units than I normally get. I also meet and made an appointment with their esthetician Maddy, she was so nice. In addition to the Angie being fantastic, the Dr. being awesome, and Maddy being so educated, the gal at the front desk was also terrific. She was so patient in helping me log on to my brilliant distinctions to get my $20 credit.
