With only 2 days until I set off, my only possible option was to IV myself back to life, and sure enough, a quick trip here did the trick... and then some. I got a drip with a sweet vitamin b boost and within minutes of wrapping up the session I felt 80% back to full health, which coming from my previous state was actually mind blowing. They will walk you through exactly what you need, and will back up any recommendations with medical facts to make you feel a bit more sound about putting a bag of this stuff in your body. Highly recommend a stop here if you need a quick 180 turn in terms of health or just to get over any sort of bodily funk. I am actually headed back this week to get a health boost before a trip abroad. Amazing place you got here! (A bit late on the review, sorry!!)

FSA/HSA qualify, package deals with select purchases, and recently AfterPay payment options available. The piece that is intangible and sets DripIV Lounge apart from other locations is that you feel like family when going, and it's so welcoming. If you're needing your vitamin kick and hydration this is the place to go!!!

After the tour I was ready and all I can say is floating is all that people say it is. The rooms are clean and everything you need is available. Once I got out of my own head and relaxed I fell asleep losing track of time. I went in with some serious aches, afterwards I felt incredible. There is a relaxation room with oxygen, water and herbal tea. It's a salt water pod so even though lotion is provided I bought my own. I will definitely find a spa when I return to FL.

I am a fan of True Rest floats. The float experience is absolutely wonderful in terms of stress…read morereduction and a general feeling of calm well-being, and the atmosphere at True Rest, both before, and after your float, enhances that feeling. In my recent visit, I tried their Vitality Suite, which consists of a combo of infrared sauna, red light therapy, and a cold plunge. The attendant was very nice as she described the process. Unlike the float, which has an automatic timer built in, the vitality suite experience is one in which you are expected, or at least encouraged, to watch the clock. I wondered whether 45 minutes might actually be too long, but it was not. Not at all, actually. By the time I showered, got heated up in the sauna, and got myself into the cold plunge, which is very, very cold, the clock said I was 36 minutes into my 45! Since I had seen no other customers, I didn't think anyone would be pounding on the door, but still, I felt constrained and not relaxed at having to watch the clock. I tried the red light therapy, but felt no sense that it was doing anything for me. Maybe my cells were regenerating without my knowledge. So back into the sauna, then back into the cold plunge, and by then I was well over my time. When I was showered and dressed, I saw the attendant had just come to check on me, but I didn't really feel any time pressure, except what was self-imposed. But that still made the experience less relaxing than it should've been. The elegant one-person sauna was nicer than the one I use at my gym, and the cold plunge was much colder, which was bracing. But overall, I was not especially impressed with the vitality suite since it is pretty much what I already do at my gym. I would come back and pay the pricey price for floats at True Rest, but the vitality suite experience did not work for me.

They have red light therapy, a sauna, cold plunge, and float therapy. The rooms are private, and you shower in your own room before and after your session. The floating experience is AMAZING ~ especially if you have aching joints and bones like I do. I have psoriatic arthritis, and floating feels incredible on my body. It's such a relaxing experience and gives me a chance to completely unwind. After your session, you can shower and then relax in their lounge area. They have an oxygen bar, coloring books, journals, tea, and water available, and there's no time limit, so you can take your time and enjoy the space. They also have a separate area stocked with hygiene essentials, hair dryers, straighteners, and other little things you may need. The entire place is incredibly clean, peaceful, and relaxing. It truly feels like a little getaway! I highly recommend checking this place out, you won't regret it

True Rest is one of the very few places in the Austin area that offers float therapy. As a first-timer and now a member, each float benefited me personally with relaxed muscles, soothed joints, and therapeutic sleep. Working at a desk job all week tenses my shoulders and back. It's uncomfortable and stresses me out. But I've felt rejuvenated after each float session. I like to compare it to an experience at the chiropractor, but without the cracking of the spine or neck. The magnesium in the 1,000 lbs of epsom salt in the float pod naturally decompresses my spine, which in turn relaxes my muscles. I'm often in such a relaxed state that I fall asleep while floating, which I hear is the optimal state for a float. Each float pod is in its own private room, and there's a shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to wash off all the resaltan afterwards. They also have a free oxygen bar after floating, and a delicious sweet, Egyptian Licorice tea that I like to drink afterwards. They have a get-ready room for anyone needing to go to a function afterwards, and their restrooms are always kept clean and well-stocked. I have also used their vitality suite, which offers a Norwegian sauna, red light therapy, and a cold plunge. I take advantage of all 3 during my sessions and I've been satisfied with the benefits that come from pairing all 3 together. I think a membership there is worth it as it really cuts down the per session cost. That said, I go weekly that serves as my end-of-week reset before the next work week starts.
