I did a 30 minute session in the infrared sauna last week and it the best sauna I have ever been inside. The staff had it pre warmed for me prior to my arrival. The room was really relaxing with great lighting and complete privacy. It is setup with clean towels and they offer you a variety of beverages too. I really liked how the staff explained the sauna differences to me too. I never knew that a infrared sauna travels deeper into my body at a lower temperature than a traditional sauna that is heated by rocks. It made it much more bearable for me to stay inside the entire time. The entire experience was great and I will continue to come here for my future sauna sessions. read more

A compression boot session followed up by a cryotherapy freeze made my legs feel good as new after running a half marathon without training. One month later, I did it again with minimal training.
