I've been seeing Bria the aesthetician at the Elian location. She got right to business and created a treatment plan for me to help with my texture, breakouts, and past acne scars. She took the time to ask me about my prior skincare treatments, my current skincare products, and taught me about what products I can introduce into my routine, and their benefits. I appreciated that she was also conscious of my budget and didn't push me to buy a whole new skin care set but suggested certain items I can eventually swap for in my current routine when I'm ready. It was also my first time doing micro-needling. Bria is very experienced, she makes it such a relaxing and fun experience. I also got to meet Amaya who helps film for social media, she was very kind, and being in a room together made my spa day feel like a fun girls day more than just a micro-needling session. I loved the experience, and most of all the results. I already see amazing results and I can't wait to keep coming back.

Terrible management and customer service--photos speak for themselves…read more While the nurse practitioner who treated me was pleasant and apologetic, my experience with the management and customer service at The Injection Room was unacceptable. I came in for Botox and Sculptra, spending $2,000. During the treatment for my crow's feet, a vein was hit, resulting in a severe, spreading black eye. I have been receiving Botox regularly for 13 years and have never experienced bruising anywhere near this level. The swelling and discoloration were so intense that I had to proactively explain what happened to colleagues at work because it looked like I had suffered a traumatic injury. What made this situation truly awful was the response from management. It took days to even receive a call back. When management finally addressed the issue, they refused any type of refund or meaningful accommodation on the $2,000 spent, simply pointing out that I had signed a release form and claiming that bruising is normal. In my opinion, brushing off this severity of bruising as "normal" shows complete disregard for client care once they have your money. Nice practitioner, but zero customer support or accountability from leadership when things go wrong. If you look at the attached photo and think that is an acceptable result for $2,000, book here. I will never return.

I'm heartbroken and furious about what happened to me at Stadia Med Spa. I want to start by saying…read morethat Gina and Darby were absolutely wonderful -- their facials and laser treatments were the only good part of my experience. They were kind, professional, and made me feel cared for. I would return to them in a heartbeat if they were at any other med spa. But my experience with Naz, the injector, was the complete opposite, and I feel truly betrayed. I trusted her, and that trust was shattered. I was never clearly told what everything would cost or how much filler she planned to use. I walked out having been injected with what I was later told was around 8 vials of product -- far more than I ever agreed to or even imagined was appropriate. Over 6k! I kept trying to explain the subtle, natural look I wanted, and I felt completely ignored. Right now, I look in the mirror and I barely recognize myself. My face looks overfilled and unnatural, like it's full of product I never wanted. The bruising is severe and still hasn't gone down even after four days. I can't describe how upsetting and humiliating this has been. I feel taken advantage of -- emotionally, financially, and physically. If you're considering this place, my honest advice is this: Only go to Stadia Med Spa for facials and laser treatments. Stay far, far away from their injector, Naz. I never want anyone else to feel the shock, regret, and heartbreak I'm dealing with right now.

The price for the facial with extractions was $120, which is a great price. The spa is clean and the room where I was for the facial was comfortable and relaxing. Thank you !

Michelle did my facial and she was wonderful. I suffer from claustrophobia and she was understanding, patient and creative in ways I could still get the full treatment. I realized it was not 0% interest rate. It was 37% interest rate. When I called the office and spoke to the manager, Emma and the owner who did not reveal his name to me both told me that the package that they sold me was a discounted deal which would cover the interest rate. When I explained to them that that is not at all how it was presented to me and that I expected to pay a flat rate of the package cost with no interest rate they proceeded to explain it to me 20 more times that the package deal was not 0%, but really it was that they would discount the package to OFF SET the cost of the interest rate, and I kept explaining that is not at all how it was presented to me two different times months apart I told them that this was not transparent, and it was underhanded, and if I was sold a package for $1000 and was told interest would be covered then I would expect to only pay $1000 not $1000 +37% interest rate. They refused to concede, so I am spreading the word about this scam of a spa in Alamo Heights, San Antonio, Texas
