I saw a Groupon for microneedling at this medspa and decided to come and check it out. First, it's a really aesthetically beautiful space. This extends to all areas of the spa that I accessed. The vibe is definitely lush and luxe. The waiting area has plenty of seating for clients waiting and there are two restrooms as well as an open sink area for clients and guests to use. My only critique would be that the music was a bit loud but I also could have been sitting close to a speaker. The spa scored major points for having a parking lot. This allowed for easy access and in this part of town that can be challenging to come by. The desk staff are very nice and helpful. Someone came in 30+ minutes early for their appointment and instead of making it a big deal they offered them the use of the sauna. I thought this was really great and showcased that the spa really does prioritize guest experience. The level of communication pre appointment was great and supportive. I was on a wait list for my service and was texted about an earlier opening. My actual procedure was also a great experience. The esthetician was incredibly knowledgeable and provided great insight around aftercare and follow-up. Shout out to Kristin(en) she was great and it was also her birthday. Overall, this was a lovely medspa experience start to finish. I highly suggest checking them out (and catch some deals on Groupon). read more

Jen is a life saver. After getting some not so ideal filler from a different business, she helped me with a dissolve plan and I'm already extremely happy with the results. read more

This place is my go-to for microneedling, peels and Botox. I've always felt warmly welcomed by the Wild and Beautiful crew. The location is clean, beautifully decorated and has such a chill vibe! I highly recommend getting on one of their membership plans. Thank you guys for always providing quality services and just being super awesome. read more

The staff here is very welcoming and the office is beautiful. Jen does an amazing job and is very patient with me. Highly recommend!

Jen Quesada is very skilled and personable! The space almost feels like a little art gallery. Highly recommend Jen and W&B.

Would give 6 stars if I could! I can't recommend W&B enough. I come to here for Botox, filler, microneedling, and have just added facials to the list as well! The membership option is truly amazing and the money you pay goes directly to your account so that when it's time to get the actual service, you already have money sitting there to use which makes paying for the treatment a lot more manageable. :) You also get discounts for skin care that they sell, which I also buy directly from them. I also adore the staff. Jen does my Botox and filler, Kristen does my microneedling and facials, and both Madeline and Jaclyn are great as well. Everyone is so helpful, kind, smart, etc. They don't push you to get a service done, and focus more on natural results which is so important and so so so hard to find. Love love love love LOVE it here! And it doesn't hurt that they have the absolute cutest space ever so it really is the full experience. read more

I absolutely love Wild & Beautiful. Jen is so knowledgable and she'll walk you through everything. Before coming to Wild & Beautiful no other injector had really taken this amount of time with me to understand my goals. The space is beautiful and inviting and the Beauty Club membership is a good way to try new things but also keep up with your constants. I feel like they also really listen to you. I've left a facial not just feeling more relaxed but also more knowledgable about my own skin. read more

The owner of Wild and Beautiful (Jen) is amazing and my results from her suggested treatments have had a major impact on my appearance. Jen is very knowledgeable and continues to educate herself on the latest treatments. she likes to emphasize looking natural which suits me and my athletic lifestyle. I travel back and forth a lot for work between Austin and NYC and recently came here with a friend to try it out as prices in NYC have become insane. Kristen and Jen did our treatments and I have to say, we were thoroughly impressed! Kristen was my friend's esthetician for the IPL procedure (which he was doing for the first time, and he truly had such a great first experience). She took the time to listen to his concerns and was able to answer all of his questions with confidence and knowledge. The IPL treatment was comfortable for him and Kristen made sure he was relaxed the entire time (also quick tip - get the numbing cream). Jen, who did my botox & filler injections, was just as artistic as she was knowledgeable. She dove into the nitty-gritty more than I had ever seen elsewhere (and I've seen a lot in NYC). Her attention to detail and expertise in the medical field was very evident in her approach. The results were exactly what I was hoping for and really couldn't be happier with the results! Overall, our visit to the med spa was a fantastic experience and I have to give a huge shout-out to Kristen, Jen & Megan for their exceptional skills and bedside manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone and definitely will be coming back next time I'm here!!! read more

I had the best experience with Jen at Wild & Beautiful! Today was my first time getting a micro needling treatment. I came in early, I was shown how to apply the numbing cream to my face, and then I sat and did some work on my computer and made conversation with the staff who are absolutely lovely and easy to talk to. Then Jen brought me back to the treatment room, which is super stylish and really clean. The treatment began and it was honestly really "tickley" it's hard to describe. I wouldn't call it painful at all. It took about 15 minutes and then she cleaned my face up applied some serums and that was that! I signed up for the monthly membership so I can keep coming back for more treatments. I highly recommend Wild & Beautiful! It was a fabulous experience from start to finish, I can't wait for my next visit! read more

I was hesitant with how quick the services were (5 mins), but if you've been doing this for years like Marie Strickland-Finger, it's no wonder why you're a pro! Marie had me make "the faces" to see what she was working with. After reviewing, she eyeballed her marks and started injecting Dysport. I had 4 injections of 60 units applied to my glabella lines and am SO SO happy with the results!! For those wondering which is better, Botox v Dysport, I've tried both and Dysport by far has been my favorite. Unlike Botox, it isn't centralized in the injected regions, and makes it look more natural. With Botox, I would still see minimal lines around the area, but with Dysport? NOTHING! My forehead looks as smooth as a baby's bottom! Cost: $3/unit for Dysport read more

10/10 highly recommend! I came across them online and their detailed website was what got me! All the info/comparisons/charts of average units for specific areas, amazing! Love the transparency. When you walk in, you'll be taken away by how freakin cute it's decorated! Love the vibe. All the staff was 10/10. Jen took the time to discuss my options with me and helped me choose what was best for what I was wanting. She didn't try to upsell me by trying to convince me I needed more tox elsewhere than what I came for. Really love that. I'm soooo glad I found this place and won't be going anywhere else for my skincare needs! read more

Had my first facial (stem cell) here today. The space is really cute and clean, and the receptionist nice. They took me in right at 5 which was my appointment time. The room is small but cozy, and the bed wasn't the best in terms of comfort but not terrible. The esthetician left me to undress and then I just laid there. That was weird. All I had to do was take my shirt off and she probably left me there for 15 minutes or more. So long I actually got out of the bed and got my phone to entertain myself. They knew I was a first time client but didn't explain the procedure or steps to me, which bothers me. I had to ask what each product was. But the esthetician was super nice, fun to talk to, and had a great facial massage technique. The facial was short- I was out by 6 on the dot so it had to have been 20-30 minutes max. That's not necessarily a bad thing, they don't tell you how long a procedure is so I have no idea if that was too short or not. Another thing they can work on is the soundproof in the room, or lack thereof. You can HEAR EVERYTHING from the lobby, it's not soundproof at all and they don't have music playing so I had to listen to every phone call the front desk had. Overall, I wasn't super in love and the procedure seemed a little Underwhelming in terms of a true spa experience, but my skin does look clear and I really enjoyed my aesthetician. They have some other great groupons they are happy to let me use so I will definitely be back! read more

My experience was amazing ! I highly recommend Jen!! Great results !!! I will definitely be coming back

Y'all!!! This is the place. My fav place. And their new location is such a beautiful place! I just love it here. I've been on the membership for 9 months now and I just couldn't live without it. You CAN turn back aging and in a natural way, you just have to be consistent. I am almost 40, but I mean it when I say that everyone thinks I'm almost 30 and I'm not done yet. I spend a lot of money on self care, but this is the one thing that I think improves my happiness the most. I also have to mention how wonderful the staff here is. I have anxiety, but I deserve to feel beautiful too. For real, I need them to do everything short of cuddle me bc I get so nervous for some of the treatments, but Jenn and Kristen even my boo at the front desk, they are all so patient with me. They laugh at every joke!! even when they aren't funny. Love this place so much and worth every single penny. Take all my money!!!!!!!!! P.S. Whatever you do to the face, always do to the neck :) read more

THE BEST PLACE FOR INJECTABLE TREATMENTS IN AUSTIN, TX! The service was quick & easy. My injector was super knowledgeable about Botox/Dysport & allowed me to ask any questions I had about my service. The lobby was super cute & the patient rooms were very clean and kept up to high standards. Amazing place- 10/10 recommend to looking into getting Botox! Will definitely be coming back! read more

I love this med spa!! I started seeing Jen because I was interested in trying microneedling for the first time, and I'm so glad I went to her for all of my sessions! Not only does my skin look amazing, but the level of customer service she and her team provides their patients in 10/10! It's obvious every time you go in how much they care about their patients and how dedicated they are to helping you develop a personalized plan for whatever your goals are. Can't recommend this place enough! read more

Extremely happy with my results! It was my first time doing Botox, Jen made me feel comfortable and did a great job. Highly recommend!!

Do not go here. Extremely unprofessional and I lost a diamond necklace which mysteriously was turned into police after I made report describing it. Service was just ok. I had IPL and no results. Settings were way too low even after I suggested to aesthetician that I am very accustomed to laser. She was very defensive the entire time when I was hoping to get the treatment that I understand I skin tolerates well. read more

Marie started my first appointment an hour late -- with no call for me to come in later or re-schedule. Her receptionist made no mention of her delayed schedule, so, I just sat there for an hour. I booked my next service for a month later (booked at the time of my first appointment), to which I received both an email and text confirming the appointment. Boy was I surprised when I showed up for my appointment, and I was told Marie was out of town! Mind you, I've already paid upfront for this service, and if I had not shown up for my appointment I would have been charged an extra $50 fee. I was told by the receptionist that Marie would call me. That was 5 days ago. Since then, I have written 2 emails and a Facebook message and no response. I understand mistakes happen, but two out of two bad experiences, with no attempt to rectify the situation, doesn't sit well with me. read more

I generally get a bit of social anxiety during any service requiring a stranger this close to my face. However I was extremely at ease here. Their staff is a great combination of charismatic & professional. If you're coming from Groupon, they will honor the first time dysport independently in store. read more

I love Wild and Beautiful! I am in my mid 50's and my face and neck are starting to show signs of aging :( after having facials and Botox I figured it was time to do something more aggressive i.e. surgery, facelift, skin tightening and/or something along that line... I was invited to Wild and Beautiful's open house which was fun and informative learning about all of their new treatments and thread lifts. Marie examined me and showed me before and after photos and I signed right up to have a thread lift after weighing the thread lift costs vs. plastic surgery. My appointment was 10/11/2022 a bit nervous but all went well and Marie's professionalism and attention to details calmed my nerves. The immediate results were awesome and a week later I look 10 years younger love, love, love! I can't wait to see the final results in a few months! No more sagging neck and jowls!!! Thank you so much Marie and Wild and Beautiful staff you are absolutely warm, welcoming, and beautiful. Much love and appreciation for making me youthful again. Love, Ann Margaret P.s. I can't wait for some body/skin tightening with your new machine! read more

I had a really positive experience at Wild & Beautiful! Firstly, the space is very welcoming, relaxing and designed nicely. I was greeted and checked in quickly and sat by a cute little fireplace while I filled out my paperwork. I had the microneedling with stem cells treatment done to help with scarring. Marie was very knowledgeable and professional during my entire procedure. She explained everything to me and made sure I didn't have any questions before we started and made me feel comfortable. I felt like I was in great hands and can't wait to see my results! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. read more

I've seen Marie 4-5 times over the past several years, so I'm already a repeat customer. Megan, the receptionist is organized and very sweet. Marie is an excellent professional in skin care services and is also highly knowledgeable in using genetic testing to determine nutritional supplements needed by individuals to achieve maximum health - not just for beauty, but also for fighting cancer and other diseases. I really appreciate Marie's caring heart and her expertise in aesthetics. I'm going back in three weeks! Five stars for Wild & Beautiful! read more

Marie offers $300 to remove bad reviews but does not actually pay. She made me sign a legal contract that I would not wrote a bad review after she almost blinded me by injecting filler in the wrong place under my eyes! Very dangerous and should only be done by a Medical Doctor. I looked like I got punched in the face for months and she tried to say it was "swelling" and never offered to fix it. Over a year later, you could still see it under my eye, uneven, made me look older, not younger. She just offered $300, 2 years later to remove the negative review. I did and I still have gotten nothing from her, which shows she is dishonest and unprofessional, and irresponsible. read more

Marie is kind and intelligent and really knows a lot about nutrition. The spa is beautiful and comforting.
