I requested full lip color fill without lip liner and a 'cupid bow' fill. What I got was empty, unfilled cupid bow and lip liner upper and lower lip, even applied lip liner ABOVE my natural lip line to make my lips appear fuller. Nancy was the nicest person, enjoyed her stories about accompanying her doctor-father on patient home visits, and provided excellent after care including after care call to see how I was doing (which I really appreciated!) and I wasn't altogether unpleased with results, but Nancy didn't listen to or provide the permanent make up application I requested. Re pain level, Nancy said the more numbing agent she puts on the longer it takes to heal so application was a little more painful than I expected. read more

Nancy was very professional. In October 2017, she applied permanent makeup on my eyebrow and eyelids. I felt more attractive for the photos taken the next month at my son's wedding. Nancy is so amazing at what she does! She thoroughly explains the process and makes sure you are equipped with what you need to know about healing as well as the process. At first, I honestly thought my left one was lower than the right one, but nancy reassured me that it was probably because of mild swelling. She measured multiple times so I kept telling my self that she's been doing this for YEARS and she's AMAZING at what she does, so just wait until it heals because she will always fix it if I need her too after the healing process. So I waited, and by exactly a week from when I had them done..After the flaking and healing process, they didn't look uneven at all. I was so happy with the color and I can't thank nancy enough for her amazing, clean, precise, work and being so patient! She switches her gloves, wipes down her tools, wipes your skin as she's going along and is all over very clean in her work. She measures multiple times, makes sure you like it and changes the drawings as many times as you would like while being and remaining very patient. How on earth all the Yelpers aren't beating each other down to review Nancy's services is beyond me. I am a fan for life. If I move away to another country, I'll fly back to this one to have my eyeliner touched up by her. I had my procedure for upper and lower eyeliner done, and I must say I am impressed - genuinely impressed. The price was right. Visit her website for her rates; they are spot on for the procedures she does. There are cheaper places out there, yes, but at PC by Nancy, you KNOW you aren't contracting some disease. The peace of mind alone for me was what drew me to her practice. Her facility is professional in appearance and operation, including sterile tools and new needles for each client as well as sanitary protection for you and her. She has been a Doctor's Assistant her whole life, so she knows the correct conditions under which a medical procedure like this one should take place. She has a steady hand, and matched what I asked for exactly. I brought in a picture of a girl whose eyeliner I wanted to imitate, and that's exactly what she gave me. It was surprisingly fast, and with stunning results. She makes you feel totally comfortable and will talk the whole time with you if you are nervous, or leave you alone when you don't want to say anything. She has a very fascinating history, though! As for the pain, I cannot comment on your individual pain threshold. I consider myself to be pretty tolerant of pain, since I have a nerve disorder that makes it feel pretty much like I am on fire all the time, so I barely felt anything but a funky vibration near my eye. (I have also had numerous large tattoos and am familiar with that feeling, YMMV.) She will give you more anesthesia, though, just ask. Nancy wants you to be comfortable. The only time when I felt any discomfort at all was near the end, where tracing over the same locations for a third time felt sort of "raw" and rubbed like a rug burn. It was really just my eyeball saying, "Ok, enough, quit." I consider it an honor to have had her do my eyeliner, and will probably get more services she offers in the future. read more

I had upper and lower lash enhancement done by Nancy in mid-December. I went back 3 days ago for my first touch up. She is wonderful! Nancy is more than thorough from start to finish. Everything she does is very sterile and by the book. As the first Yelper stated, I didn't experience any "pain", just some discomfort, "rug burn" sensation, on the 3rd pass. After a great deal of research, I contacted Nancy a year ago to do a touch up on brows I had done about 6 years previous. Nancy is wonderful. She is meticulous, accommodating, professional. Most of all, she is sanitary and by the book. She took her time in getting the look I wanted just right. She made sure the procedure was not painful, which it was the first time I had the procedure done. I felt NO pain. There is very minimal 'stinging' as the numbing wears off but it subsides quickly. My brows looked amazing. Nancy added a 'hair stroke' technique that I had not had before and I love it. My brows look so good and natural that people ask me where I get my brows waxed? I tell them that I no longer need waxing, this is permanent makeup. They are amazed at how natural they look. I called this amazing human being late afternoon on a Monday trying to get a last minute eyelash set before a trip the next morning. I had called about 9 other places before realizing I probably would not have long luxurious eyelashes blowing in the wind on my vacay. So I explained about my trip and Nancy being the angel she is must have heard my heart break over the line and right away said "can you be here at 5?" Mind you lashes take a couple hours usually so I knew she was staying late just for me!! I show up to the appointment and Nancy was so sweet and professional. She made sure she knew exactly what I wanted and assured me we would get the desired result. She took her time getting me ready and making sure my eyes were all clean for the application. She didnt rush me like anyone else would if they were just taking an appointment for money. when the process began I could not tell you that I had just met Nancy for the first time just a few minutes prior. We talked like bestfriends the whole time and she made me feel comfortable the whole time. She has a great sense of humor and the time really flew by because of all the great convo. I feel like i got a free therapy session not included in the price hehehe and I mean that in the best possible way. besides the great company, Nancy did such an amazing job on my lashes. They are EXACTLY what I wanted. They are noticeable but not over the top. they look natural mand you could not tell they were not growing out of my eyelid. The work she did is FLAWLESS!! She had me look at them just to make sure they were exactly right. Now you can imagine after being in the office late most people would just send you on your way but Nancy wanted to make sure I was satisfied. She EVEN gave me a eyelash brush, a special soap to clean my lashes and a super cute wand to brush htem out!!! Do yourself a favor and stop reading this review and just go make an appointment with Nancy! It has been almost a year since I had my first session with Nancy and in the most non-cheese ball way, she has changed my life. I no longer have to worry every time I pluck my brows over the fear that if I plucked 1 wrong hair, it would completely change the shape...usually for the worse. I no longer have to invest in brow powders, pencils, gels, or whatever the latest trend requires me to buy. Most importantly, I no longer give my brows a thought when I step outside for my day. In fact, I wear less makeup in general because my brows (I also have subtle upper and lower lid liner done as well) are always looking natural and on point. In fact, I just had someone a few days ago who didn't believe my brows were permanent!
