She was gentle, extremely thorough and I didn't feel at all rushed as I normally had in the past at other places. Surprisingly, I hardly felt any pain as she worked on my eyebrows. To top it off, she also applied aloe vera to my brows at the end for a nice soothing effect. I couldn't be more happier with the overall experience and result. When I searched online, everyone that said they did "ombré brows" were not truly ombré brows--there was no gradient of light to dark effect. I was also really hoping to find someone who was Asian or has experience working with Asian clients. I was ECSTATIC when I found Mychelle and looked at her portfolio of previous work. The booking process was a breeze and Mychelle was wonderful to work with. She is very honest and price is reasonable for her experience. Is it cheap? No. But do you really want to pay "cheap" for your brows, which can make or ruin your face?! She was very patient with me getting my draft brows to my liking. I also trust her suggestions. I will post pics after it heals, as I'm currently three days post procedure. I highly recommend!!

The lady who was going to do my brows her name was Kalpana, I believe. She listened carefully then she called over an expert, Srijana, to ask how best to fix the shape and give me the look I wanted. Srijana gave her some tips, and the result was perfect! My eyebrows turned out thick, clean, and exactly how I wanted. They even left a couple of small spots untouched so the hair can grow in, and they can shape it better next time. There were people waiting over 45 minutes even on a weekday, which shows how popular they are. They offer lots of other services too, but so far I've only tried threading and I can definitely say this is going to be my go-to spot once a month!
