It was an hour or so hydrafacial but half the time was spent massaging my arms and shoulders which is great but I rather the minutes be spent on my face since it's a facial. The location was not easy to get to with lots of traffic. At least parking was paid for up to 2 hours. I walked in and it was a basic ambiance. I was seated in a very small waiting area, no robes offered like my usual spa. It was basic with tea, water, and only white wine. No snacks. I felt like it's not a place to relax before or after, it's truly "get in and get out." As I left, I saw a much larger, prettier waiting room, so I'm not sure how they determine who waits where. All in all, for the price, I won't be going back. No negatives about the esthetician as she did a good job.

Treated ourselves to the delicious duet spa package for couples. The entire start to finish…read moreexperience was pure royalty. We were given a choice of welcome tea and a few minutes to relax in cozy room prior to our appointment. It was my birthday and everyone was sweet enough to wish me :) Our providers were soft spoken and gave us a rundown of the treatments for the day. We started off with 25 minutes in the sauna (with cool cucumber water and peppermint towels) followed by a full body dry scrub, swedish massage with focus on pain points, scalp massage, butter body wrap and finally a foot scrub, all of which took almost 2 hours. Everything was perfect although the foot scrub just included putting on sugar scrub in the feet and rubbing it off. No active scrubbing so I didn't get the point of it. The scalp massage was very gently done for a few minutes on only mid portion of the scalp, so it wasn't as thorough as I would have expected. The goodies bags were a great gift and included a dry brush, soy candles, chocolates, Viva body butter and lip balm. The check out process was slightly strange as the front staff were a little rude and we felt an immediate return to the real world after a relaxing two hours. I had a gift certificate for gratuity and had specifically inquired if it can be used for the same but the front staff said that it has to be paid separately. I asked her to check again and then she said it worked. Not sure if she was really not aware or just trying to get more money out of us. The package + gratuity was already expensive so I didn't appreciate being treated as though I was not paying enough. They do offer a 2-hour parking validation at the adjacent garage but you have to pay additional fees if treatments exceed this time limit.

As a guy, I wasn't sure what to expect going into it. Bre made the process easy, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions without making it feel awkward. The treatment itself was a lot different than I expected, and I ended up really liking it. After finishing my sessions, I could definitely see a difference in my midsection, which was exactly what I was hoping for. What I appreciated most was that Bre was straightforward from the beginning. She explained what the treatment could realistically do and never overpromised anything. Overall, another great experience at Rejuvenate Austin. If you're thinking about Emsculpt Neo, I'd recommend talking with Bre.

I got the acne facial and had a lot of extractions and Terra was incredibly thorough. I love all the products she used too! I have also been feeling so insecure about my skin, and Terra made me feel super comfortable and was very friendly and we chatted the whole time. Will definitely be coming back whenever I'm in town!

Melanie is not only an incredibly skilled esthetician, but she's also part therapist, part comedian, and feels more like a trusted friend than someone I see for appointments. Every visit is something I look forward to. What I appreciate most is her honesty and integrity. She never tries to upsell services or products you don't need. Instead, she takes the time to understand your goals and gives realistic, honest feedback about what kind of results you can expect. In an industry where sales pressure can be common, that level of transparency is refreshing. Beyond that, she's knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients. My skin has benefited tremendously from her expertise, and I trust her completely. If you're looking for someone who is talented, honest, and makes every appointment enjoyable, Melanie is the best.

Prior to your massage you are given some time to enter the locker room and leave your belongings in your locker and change into your robe. You have access to the showers, toiletries and hair styling tools. Once you step out of the locker room you enter a dim lit lounge where they have light snacks and the most delicious tea while you wait to be called for your appointment. I decided to go with a lengthy 120 minute Ultimate Massage with Katie since it had been quite a while since I've had one. This included a full-body brushing (you get to keep the brush afterwards), your choice of Signature, Deep Tissue or Sports massage and a warm oil scalp & neck massage. Prior to your visit you fill out a survey to decipher how you would like your massage to focus on. I prefer a firmer massage, but not too intense that it's not enjoyable. Katie was understanding of what I wanted and also receptive to how tense some of my muscles were and adjusted as the massage proceeded. I appreciated how she answered any questions I had during the massage and checked on me periodically to make sure everything was to my liking. The massage was fabulous. Just keep in mind that the oil scalp and neck massage while it feels amazing is going to leave your hair super oily. Be prepared to shower and rinse your hair several times. After my appointment I relaxed in the lounge for a bit and then utilized the showers to rinse out the oil in my hair. You are welcome to stay as long as you like. I have some issues with Viva. (I really think that only fifteen minutes between appointments for…read moremassage therapists is not enough. So, I stopped getting massages there a few years ago.) OTOH, the receptionist at the 35th street location is wonderful, and all the aestheticians at that location are thoughtful, careful, informed, and very good listeners. Janna and Barbara are my preferred, but every facial I've had there has been lovely. I walk a lot, and my feet are gnarly gnomic nightmares of callouses on callouses. I had a doctor actually recommend I get pedicures to deal with how bad my callouses are. So, I started getting pedicures from various places. And then I got a pedicure from Rubey. She was the first pedicurist who didn't draw blood. I mentioned that to her, and she said she hears that a lot. And she was puzzled why people kept saying that. We say that because she's so good. So, I highly recommend Viva, especially Rubey, Janna (sp?), Barbara, and the 35th front desk person whose name I can't remember who straightened out so many things for me, but I wish they gave their massage therapists a longer break, and the music is bleh.
