The music isn't working in the beds, and it is so hot in there it's uncomfortable to stay for your full 12 minutes. When I walked in, the versa spa wasn't working properly, a gentleman at the counter wanted to smell test everything, a lady was enraged over a suspended account, people on the couch, and myself. Morgan who helped everybody and handled each situation with grace and intelligence deserves a promotion! Every time I've been in to tan, I pick her brain and not only is she knowledgeable about the entire store and the beds, lighting etc but she is painfully kind and sweet. More people need to be like her!!
