Did not have a good experience here. Came in for pedicure, dip and design. Was assigned people to do pedicure and dip/design. When it was time to do the design, the worker was not able to do it. The manager did not assign another person and left the person doing the nail design to struggle. The manager was not accommodating at all. read more

My nails and pedi came out perfectly. Their waxing area was very clean and they spent a lot of time making sure everything looked perfect. They've really gone above and beyond with the amenities, too -- the drink menu is extensive and free! I had a Vietnamese coffee (so good) while getting pampered. Even the little things are elevated here -- the nail tools and products were arranged beautifully on a platter with orange slices, such a classy touch. Bachelorette weekend in Austin. Didn't want to miss it so took the super early flight. Landed at 9:00 am, got coffee, and after confirming that not only me but bride and friend #1 wanted pedis, I set out to find us appointments. 10:15 am: I called and was able to score a last minute appointment for 3 pedicures at 12:30 pm after several conversations with other salons saying they were already "fully committed." Met up with Bride and Friend #1. Went to a delicious brunch where I realized we would be late to the appointment. Called and rescheduled for 1:00 pm. No problem. They said ok. We got there about 1:01 pm. We were seated immediately. With our feet in swirling pools of water (the pedicure baths are lined with plastic), we waited 5 minutes (Friend #1), 10 minutes (Bride), and 30 minutes (me) for our nail technician to begin the blissful process of a milk and honey pedicure. 10/10 recommend!!! All the nail technicians serving us were very skilled and our nails looked amazing. There is a photo wall to snap a selfie with your besties toon your way out. Could improve by communicating start times could vary and especially if there is a longer wait. Obviously I move our appointment later which might have thrown things off. I completely enjoyed the blissful 30 minute soak prior to my appointment start time. Sign said walk ins welcome. Update: I forgot to say::: MOST COMFORTABLE PEDICURE MASSAGE CHAIR EVER. Okay I'm not saying not to go here for certain things. First of all they keep an extremely clean salon and the drink service is a nice touch. I've only had a problem this one time and it has caused me have to find a new place. During this particular visit I got a full acrylic set. This requires someone who knows what they are doing and apparently this person did not. I have gotten the opinion from multiple professional nail techs that my nails are far too short to have broken in this extremely painful way. According to them, this is due to improper technique. The nails have no apex (which I did not ask for) and no support in important stress points that would prevent this sort of break. If you're just going in for a fill you should be fine, but beware of getting full sets done here as some of their techs are not properly trained. Also notice how in the thumb picture they let acrylic flood over the edge and did not file underneath so it looks messy. read more

The owner instantly jumped up to accommodate them before us even though we were there before them and they didn't have an appointment.
