Very accommodating with my schedule and even rescheduled me with the same nail tech I wanted. I arrived 10 minutes late due to traffic, but they still took me without any issues. Service was great from start to finish. The front desk lady was very welcoming and kind, offering me water as I got settled into my seat. The salon is beautiful, clean, and surprisingly quiet, nothing like the crowded or chaotic salons I have been to before. They confirmed what I wanted and reviewed the nail design price before starting, which I really appreciated. The massage chairs were a relaxing bonus. I booked Sammy for my manicure and pedicure, and she did an amazing and very detailed job. I also liked that there was no pressure to make conversation. Since I was working, the peaceful environment was perfect, especially for an introvert like me.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. From the owner greeting me at the door to Vivian who did my nails. She was so friendly, skilled, and gentle. The atmosphere is very zen and calming, a great vibe. I went with acrylics with clear and 2 nails done with cats eye gel. My hands have never looked better. Locals need to check this place out and make them your regular place! I'll be back on my next layover for sure!

Ambiance was great and the person who greeted me was very kind! They helped me pick a pedicure color to match my finger nails and did a great job with callus removal (well worth the extra $5). I will say though the gel pedicure wasn't perfect - the polish line against my cuticle isn't straight and they missed the side of my nail on a toe or two. It has lasted well for almost 4 weeks so far, and I'd expect it to last a bit longer. read more

After several visits I will not be back. The quality of the mani/pedi has been OK (good on 2 occasions, not great on one). But the vibe is terrible. The manager literally has yelled at customers on 2 separate visits (once rushing them to choose a color - "you are taking too long!" and the other time chasing them out of the salon bc their nails were going to take too long to dry and it was pointless to sit under the foot fan although they were the only client using the fans) . The salon also manipulates the ratings system by offering a discount if you leave a 5 star review. (The signs offering this were all over the salon for a while, I'm not sure they are still up tho.) The techs also seem a little threatened by the manager. Just sayin. read more

This place is in a great location and offers free parking. The staff is all very friendly and prices and packaging is clear and updated on the website. Picking out polish was very easy and organized. The chairs are very comfy and the service was great. They offer you bottled water as well during your stay. The experience was very welcoming and comfortable. After a few days of having these nails and paying the really high price of $90 for these, I give this place a 3.5/5 stars. They are too thick and my "cuticle care" that was added made me peel even more honestly. I really did enjoy the nail techs who took care of me, but my nails hurt now and my real nails underneath are coming apart from the dip nails I had done. read more

This salon did such a good job taking care of me and helping recommend what to get. At no point did I feel they were trying to upsell me or push me through a pipeline of customers. I had an appointment and definitely would recommend doing so, as they were turning away some walk ins due to being busy. There is plenty of parking in the lot behind the front entrance. It was recommended I get Gel X extensions and they lasted me 2.5 weeks of vacation (I went swimming in the ocean, road horses, and am notoriously rough on my nails) and they are still going strong! They not only lasted but came out looking so beautiful. I got lots of compliments and will definitely be returning to this location! read more

There are only about five waiting chairs, but they are really comfortable. The gentleman started the water for me and alerted my nail tech. My nail tech was very friendly, and I had a great experience with her, but overall the worst part about all of it was how rushed she was. I had over 45 minutes until they closed for my pedicure but she acted like the building needed to be evacuated! Still, I must say that I've never gotten so many compliments on my toenails as I have this time around. I will absolutely be back!

The receptionist excuse for Ken's behavior was he doesn't speak English which I thought was bananas. I still have a small tip, but asked that he not be assigned to me again. She agreed in doing so. Super nice salon and services! This is a new salon that just opened early this month. The interior is nice and luxurious. The store is very clean and I love the relaxing music. All of their staff were friendly and polite. The technician Tu Tu that helped me was knowledgeable in nail care. He gave me some good ideas how to take care of my nails while giving me the best pedicure I've ever received! Tried their DEAD SEA detox mani and pedicure, and I love it! My skin felt so soft and relax. Tu Tu told me all the benefits of the dead sea mud and I'm glad I decided to treat myself. My gel manicure was done by Tammy and she was very nice and friendly. She cleaned and shaped my nails the way I like it. I have oily nails and usually even with gel, they only lasted about 7 days. It's going on 9 days and my nails still look amazing! I was running late from work and upon arriving I was repeatedly yelled at and scolded by her. I have seen this happen to multiple other people in the past and those that walk in without an appointment are rudely turned away. There always seems to be miscommunication, and instead of listening to what I actually want, the nail techs constantly try to tell me what I should get done instead. This last visit was honestly my final straw. The only reason I continued coming here was because it's convenient, close to me, and offers free parking. This time I came in for a very BASIC Pedicure. I already had bare nails with no polish and had trimmed my toenails at home beforehand. All that was done was cuticle cleanup, some dead skin removal on the bottom of my feet, and polish. That was it. No massage whatsoever, which I understand may not be included anymore, but the entire service felt rushed and low effort. I was in and out in about 20 minutes, and the salon wasn't even busy. To make matters worse, another nail tech pushed her rolling cart directly over my designer shoes and left scuff marks on them. No care, no awareness, no professionalism. I was also repeatedly addressed as "girl" instead of "miss" or "maam," which felt extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand I may be younger than some of the staff, but that doesn't excuse the lack of basic customer respect. Then came the pricing. $60 for a basic pedicure like this is absolutely insane!! Especially for a salon that is dark, cramped, and not very clean. The prices they charge do not reflect the quality of service or overall experience at all. If I'm paying premium prices, I expect premium service, attention to detail, and professionalism. When I politely asked for clarification on the charges because I wanted to make sure I wasn't being charged for nail polish removal ($25) despite arriving with bare nails, all I got was "sorry, that's the basic pedicure." No real explanation, no customer care, nothing. And lastly, as someone who has worked in the nail industry, is Asian, has Vietnamese family and friends, and understands some Vietnamese myself, I find it incredibly rude when staff talk about clients in Vietnamese assuming customers don't understand them. Customers notice more than you think. This salon clearly does not value long-term customers or quality service. Experiences like this are exactly why I started doing my own nails at home. I gave this place enough chances, but I'm done.

Alex did a great job on my nails and Tri did a great job on my pedicure…read more I'm very picky about how I like my nails. I don't typically go to the chop shop -- I prefer to go to a nail tech! But since I'm new to living in Austin, I returned to this nail shop as they did a good job on my nails a few years ago! This will be one of my go-to places for sure, now. The only con is that they do charge a lot for a simple full set and pedicure but the prices are average nail shop prices so I expected to pay what I paid. Also, for the price I paid for my nails and toes they could've at least oiled my cuticles after completing the service. The customer service with the front desk staff was friendly and hospitable. I also like that they offer complimentary alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. They'll be seeing me again for sure.

Overall I do really like this place, BUT I've had numerous experiences where the color I chose from…read morethe book looks really different than it does once on my nails. And because I get uncomfortable telling them I don't like it once they've started OR in some instances don't realize that I don't like the color until after the fact or the next day, I'm stuck walking out with a color I didn't want. Most recently this happened and I even told them immediately afterward that the color looked really different than what was shown in the book (be careful with 065 - it's more of a barf yellow than a spring green!!) but that I would sleep on it. Still didn't like it the next day so I went back for a color change which (with tip) came out to $50!! Making this whole manicure experience around $150+ They did give me a 15% discount but I still feel like that's an insane price to pay for a color change esp based on the circumstances. Overall, still a fan but feel like there's an opportunity to show up better for your (repeat) customers

It looks like I need a fill already. the other guy that did my nails didn't do good and the lady that did my paint job didn't do well either. Only 1 person out of 6 knows how to do designs, and the designs were not what I asked for. Over priced for 5/10 service. Also, they try to get you to do a review during the service which isn't ideal. Wait, till the service is over. I would not come here again.
