I enjoy coming here. With a good sized parking lot along the neighborhood, as you walk in, it's clean and there's fresh dim sum and people waiting to help you. And the service for getting to go is quick, My usual go to is chicken feet, siu mai, fried sesame balls, and sometimes a bbq pork bun for the drive home. I find the servings and price very fair, and in a way, a good deal! The chicken feet are tender and the skin soaked up all the flavors. Good amount of meat and size for the siu mai, very good too. I would always take the opportunity to stop by whenever we're in the neighborhood.

Solid choice for dim sum to go! My mom and I were craving some dim sum this weekend and wanted a quick option we could pick up without having to go down to Chinatown! They have a limited menu but what they do offer is all delicious and steaming! They sell their dim sum in set orders of 4 and most cost $5 which is pretty reasonable for the rising prices of dim sum! I love their chicken feet, hargao and xiumai which are seasoned well and come in large portions! I recommend this as a quick solid option when you want a good to go dim sum place!

Lots of parking out front. Even more public parking across the street!

Sad I didn't know about this place sooner. I grew up in San Francisco, love dim sum, and crave it all the time. There are decent spots in the Seattle ID, but this is my new go-to for to-go. Favorites: - Chicken feet were fresh out the steamer -- melted in my mouth and so tasty. - Pork spare ribs were juicy and tender, and the rice rolls were silky smooth. - Siu yuk (roasted pork) had crunchy skin. - Bok tong go (sweet rice sponge cake) was light, fluffy, and perfectly sweet. They make thinner pieces, which I much prefer. A full box for $5. Also good: - Ha gao (shrimp dumplings) were huge with lots of shrimp filling. - Jin duy (fried sesame balls with red bean filling) was less greasy and very crunchy. Service was quick and friendly. They were busy with walk-ins early Saturday but cranking out new steamer baskets to keep up with the demand. Space is bright and clean. Prices are very reasonable. Love it!!!

It hits the spot. The siu mai is basic yet good. I'm spoiled, coming from LA, we have a giant shrimp and fish eggs on our siu mai. But the Har Gow was bomb; It's bigger than usual and the flavors are all there. As for the bbq pork bun, they added a bit more bbq flavor, which I love. The bigger bun is a classic with pork, sausage and an egg. I'd def recommend the har gow and bbq pork bun.

This place has great bbq roast pork and roast pig ! The char siew is nice and juicy! They have limited dim sum but all very good! I got their big baos which are so good! Those are meals within itself! The spare rib rice or spare rib rice noodle is so good and great value! I didn't even want to post this to let the secret out! It's a hidden gem in Beacon Hill.

Dropped by for lunch and got 2 bbq pork hum bao and siu ma for $8.50. Loved it and I'm pumped to go back.

Quick service, great prices, and I can't believe this place has escaped me for so long. I had bbq hum bao and siu ma and made for a perfect lunch. I'm excited to try more great food!

Can't believe I've lived in Seattle this long without trying this place. Quality, selection, and price is great! I got the chow mein (or lo mein?), dim sum selection, and roast pork. All incredible!

This place offers a limited menu of (mostly) dim sum items with some BBQ items as well. The dim sum items are only offered by order (4+ pieces per order) so depending on the quantity, sometimes you either have to order a lot of an item or pass on it. (Some items like egg rolls are geared more towards large parties or catering events). What's frustrating for me is that even though they have a limited menu, they still sell out of items over an hour before closing and don't make more. I also overheard someone call ahead and try to place an advance order, and they were told to just show up on the day of because there were plenty of that item and weren't allowed to place an order. As a customer, that would be really frustrating to not be able to guarantee a large order ahead of time, especially knowing that they do sell out of some things. I got an order of sticky rice (2 per order), two orders of har gow (shrimp balls, 4 per order), one order of siu mai (4 per order) and a half order of sesame balls (5 per order). The total was around $22, which seemed pretty reasonable for the amount of food I got. The dimsum items all seemed larger than what you would normally get if ordering from a sit-down restaurant, and all were flavorful and cooked well. It's not a full dimsum experience, that's for sure, but if trying to pick up a couple staple items in a pinch, this is a good option.

Like the Food Walk itself, this place gets very crowded during peak lunch hours when they're open; every seat was taken and everyone else - myself included - got our goodies for takeout. You pay depending on how much you get; for example, one piece of siu mai is $1.30 each as of this writing. All other food items follow in a similar suit. We got the following: - Egg tart: my favorites though they have cookie crusts. I do prefer flaky crusts but the egg yolk has the right amount of sweet to balance the crust. - Siu mai: fresh and piping hot. Meat was also fresh and didn't have a weird aftertaste. - Green onion bun: each one is pretty big, and there's just enough green onions on them to distinguish between similar buns like the baked BBQ pork bun. - Sponge cake: didn't eat this myself but parents thought this was all right though a little too set. - Baked BBQ pork bun: my dad's favorite. BBQ pork is sweet and complements the bun itself. - Meat bun turnover (Shanghai pan-fried buns): I always like getting these in places like Din Tai Fung and Dough Zone. The ones here are even better, with a ton of filling in each bun and a nice crisp from the pan fry. A classic staple of Chinatown that serves awesome dim sum that edges out the competition pretty well considering dining in has gotten a lot more expensive lately! My favorite was the beef honey comb (intestine), probably the best tasting one I ever had. The service was fine, as it's usually is in C-town restaurants. We showed up with half our party since the rest of our group had a hard time looking for parking, but they sat us right away and didn't give us a hard time at all. The decor is cute - darker lighting with spotlight on their cultural elements. Not gonna lie, when a restaurant over emphasizes its Asian decor, usually I have pretty low expectations for the food since it will likely be Americanized. This place proved me wrong! Their menu was a mix of Cantonese dishes, Taiwanese elements, Shanghainese dumplings and noodles, and Szechuan mala flavors. We probably over ordered but seriously enjoyed all the dishes. From most to least favorite: - Ginger & Scallion Fish Fillets: Sooooo fragrant and honey. LOVE! - Typhoon Shelter Beef Short Ribs: The fried garlic seasoning is fantastic, usually seen with crab or seafood but with short ribs it was excellent and super flavorful too - Black Truffle Wagyu Fried Rice: A pretty big portion for the price! The aroma of the truffle was fantastic but not overpowering - Half Hong Kong Style Honey Roast Duck: Hard to find good roast duck in the US so was happy to see it in the menu, skin was crispy and flavorful and the sauce was authentic as well. A tad too salty if I were to be nitpicky which is why it's not higher on the list - Traditional Kurobuta Pork Soup Dumplings: Good but not standout, not the star of the show compared to places that specialize in dumpings - Stir-Fry Green Beans: A little bland, can skip The Hong Kong Style iced lemon tea is just okay, but it's hard finding one truly authentic around here. Still enjoyed it! For the price point, ambiance, and quality of food, I was blown away and highly recommend!
