I had my wedding celebration at Baci and Abbracci last night. We were a group of about 60 guests. I could not have asked for a better venue. The owner Mimo and his team were incredible. The food was delicious, the service impeccable, and the vibes immaculate. I was worried about having one bartender for 60 people, but they kept the drinks flowing. My father, a man who loves a beverage, said the servers didn't allow him to see the bottom of his glass. The food was so good, and the restaurant beautiful, especially the back room that opens up into a small courtyard. We had several gluten free, dairy free and vegan guests, and they accommodated every request. We were able to have the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and reception all in one place, and it flowed beautifully. If you are ever in need of a place to have an event, or just want a nice dinner out, I cannot recommend Baci an Abbracci enough. It was beyond my wildest dreams and honestly one of the best nights of my life. I will never forget it. read more

Two of us came here for Restaurant Week dinner, which was an incredible deal at $30 for three courses. The food was solid, standard Italian. All of the staff were lovely. The noise level was a little high for my taste, but I guess people were having a good time (loudly). read more

4 1/2 rounded up to 5. It's been a few years since I've eaten in Baci & Abbracci, we used to eat here regularly when there were fewer restaurants in Williamsburg. The inside dining room is nice but quite minimal in terms of decor, out back there's a big garden/yard which is my preferred spot. Service is always good, friendly and professional. The menu consists of pizza, pasta, appetizers, and main courses. The food is solid, of a good standard and nicely prepared, the potions are generous and the prices are very reasonable for Williamsburg. I'm knocking 1/2 a start off purely because I don't find the menu that exciting but otherwise it's a reliable and pleasant spot. read more

Great spot. Williamsburg can be overwhelming with choices of where to eat but this place was 100% solid. Fresh linguine with homemade bolognese was great. Osso bucco was also terrific. We stayed at the Moxy in Brooklyn. We wanted good Italian within walking distance. I looked on Yelp and my ommunity did notlet me down! This was a great dining experience! There was a party going on in the back, but we didn't notice until they left because the service was so good we felt like we were special guests. Really cute intimate setting, well stocked bar. I had wine with my meal. Very good wine and a decent pour. We ordered our meal and a basket of warm bread and olive oil appeared. Lovely. I ordered Fettecine Carbonara and y husband had Lasagna! Baci & Abbraci in Williamsburg Brooklyn offers Neapolitan fare. We came here one Saturday rainy night and thanks to their covered patio that outdoor dining with them was warm, dry, and comfortable. Once we were seated, a staff served us homemade bread and butter while we perused the menu. We then ordered calamari fritti (my partner's favorite and we always order this wherever we can) I now consider myself a calamari fritti aficionado! To be fair, it suited well with a nice bottle of Montepulciano. We decided to share a main entree of Peperoncino; a pizza with mozzarella, tomato sauce, spicy salami, and spaghetti al Pomodoro, both dishes are delicious and portions are good for sharing. It was served freshly made. We then concluded our dinner with tiramisu to share. With so many other dishes on the menu to try, we will be back to this restaurant. read more

Providrd with sanitizer and they jad dividers by every table. Tables were also spaced apart. Customer service was superb and friendly. We had appitizers and dimner and both did not dissapoint. The calamari was fried well and flavorful, grabdma meatballs was deelish and the foccacia bread warm and tasty. We tried the special for yhe day which was shrimp alfredo with fettuccine, and ordered a host of other pasta dishes. Each pasta was fresh and each meal delicious. Came for dinner after a movie at WBurg Cinemas. For 3 people, we got the beets, pizza bianca, eggplant and the lasagna. It was all very tasty and we were stuffed beyond stuffed after. The portions were decent but we also tend to overorder. Solid spot for dinner without reservations after a movie and if you can't get into the other restaurants in WBurg. A small note, definitely opt to sit inside rather than outside. We were attacked by mosquitos sitting outside. read more

Came here for a catch-up meal with a big group of friends and really enjoyed it! The staff was so kind and went out of their way to make our experience memorable. We ordered 2 bottles of wine for the table, and I loved the red that we got. Food-wise, we got an assortment of dishes at the table. I got the gnocchi, which was delicious and simple. The gnocchi was cooked well and it was covered in a well-seasoned sauce and melted cheese. The spinach ravioli was a table favorite as was the carbonara. One person had the salmon tagliatelle, which was good but a little fishy in my opinion. We also got the pizza bianca, which was also really yummy! I came in when it first opened in 2006 and returned last night for a college reunion -- we all had the time of our life! Randomly and hungrily stopped in here for a bite on a night in January with the fiancée (and her brother) after getting matching tattoos down the street at Nice Tattoo Parlor. The food far exceeded my expectations (thus me saving it to write a review later, pulling me out of a much-too-long review slump). I remember i had a seafood special that was so freakin good, and i ordered a personal pie to take home because the one the brother-in-law order was GOOD AF!!! omg. We also had coffee, desserts, drinks..all excellent. I enjoyed the romantic yet understated ambiance of the place, and all the staff were super nice and attentive. It was a great ending to an evening out in Brooklyn. I definitely plan to come back here again - next time we get tattoos together for sure! read more

They have a garden and outdoor seating in the front of restaurant which is where we sat for a table of 6. They provided heaters as we sat down for dinner. We loved our server, super fun and charismatic man. Our table had a great time, it was still a bit cold even with the heaters, just layer up and you should be fine! Our table veered off from their wine/ cocktail menu and decided on bourbon neat and dirty vodka martinis. --Just bc we were in the mood and not anything against their menu. We ordered fried calamari (2 orders) for the table. It was good but did not blow us away. It's typical lightly battered calamari with marinara sauce on the side. I wish there was more seasoning to it. Also the batter just seemed like there was something missing. It could use more layers to this app. The margarita pizza was underwhelming and served partially warm. The flavors however was good. Wish it was served on a pizza tray elevated verses on a plate. It does make a difference for the experience. We also ordered the steak and fries. The steak was great, cooked med rare. Next time we would probably swap the fries for a side of roasted potatoes that one of my friends ordered. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals. Pasta was a hit all around. Super filling and flavorful. Get the tiramisu! Get the 3 layered chocolate mousse! And try the Nutella dessert!! All of the desserts most definitely hit the spot! Absolutely amazing meatballs! My friends ordered the meatball appetizer but there was 10 of us, and I only got half of a meatball out of it. But that half a meatball was so incredible, I immediately decided to get spaghetti and meatballs for my meal. The food was delicious and the service is wonderful, thoughtful and attentive. P.S. It was fairly empty which was surprising considering the quality of the food. We were seated right away and our waiter was extremely friendly. I noticed a back area after we started eating our bread and asked to check it out. We decided we'd prefer to eat outside and the waiter didn't hesitate to move our food and drinks. The outdoor area has a brick wall, plants, draped lights, fans to ward off the heat and citronella to ward off mosquitoes. The outside area features different music than the inside. Whereas the inside played classic Italian music the outside music had an elevator-esque feel. I ordered the spaghetti pomodoro and he ordered the spaghetti carbonara. Two very basic Italian dishes cooked perfectly- aldente. Our waiter grated Parmesan and black pepper over the food in front of us. The food arrived very fast. At first I was a bit concerned but then I remembered from all my years of watching food network that fresh pasta only takes a few minutes to cook. In fact, the dessert took longer to arrive than the pasta. For dessert we ordered the chocolate mousse. It consisted of dark chocolate,milk chocolate and white chocolate with whipped cream. Because we couldn't make it to another ridiculous busy restaurant with out reservation we just walked around the area and found this place. It was on Saturday night and every place all booked. 5 stars for taking us and minus 3 stars for not really fresh food. I ordered a special menu Tuna grilled and I couldn't even finish it half. The restaurant was so busy and rack of service plus wrong bill. So I don't think I want to go back to this place again. read more

Adorable Italian place in Williamsburg. Most amazing eggplant Parmesan I've ever had, and the Margherita Pizza was the best ever. Incredibly fresh and flavorful - everything tasted like it was made with love and care. The whole wheat pappardelle was unique and interesting, and definitely had a bite to it. Service was very attentive. They have limited indoor seating, and private heated (and very warm !!) rooms outdoors, too. Perfect for a date night. read more

The food here is excellent and I'm very picky about my Italian :) we sat in the back garden which was lovely and heated! The margherita pizza was perfect-- the dough was fluffy, the sauce was flavorful, the mozzarella was fresh. I also got the gnocchi which had the perfect texture- soft but not chewy- with a delicious tomato sauce and big pieces of fresh mozzarella. Calamari and Tuna Carpaccio appetizers were delicious. Bottle of Malbec at $24 very good value and decent too! The fresh bread is really good with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar dipping. My wife had Linguini with clams good size plate and she really enjoyed. I had the cavatelli with brocolli raab and sausage. It was very tasty but portion on the small side. My sister had the pepperoni pizza which was thin and crispy and her friend had the pasta with jumbo shrimp and also was on the small portion side. Not typically in Williamsburg, however, we decided to take a drive and try out something. Neither of us were very hungry so we ordered a margarita pie, the meatballs, and the shaved filet app. In the beginning of the experience they bring bread and olive oil. I wish they had brought us sharing plates, I hate the anxiety of making an olive oil mess. And I also wish they brought a little balsamic cause yum! The food came out quickly, and at the same time. Which is super tough when the pizza oven and the kitchen seemed to be in different locations. So props to them for making the timing work! The pizza was really good, and the steak app was to die for!!! The meatballs would have been good, but they were hardly even warm. I like my food piping hot, however, this was like room temperature. It was a turn off for the meatballs. The service was good, not anything special, but nothing bad. Would I return? I wouldn't go out of my way, however, if I was in the area I could see myself possibly stopping in. read more
