Throughout my entire appointment, I could hear the staff speaking Vietnamese and talking badly about customers. Unfortunately for them, I also speak Vietnamese, so I understood exactly what they were saying -- and they were talking about me the entire time. On top of that, my nails were done crooked and uneven. When I politely asked them to fix them, instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was scolded and spoken to disrespectfully in Vietnamese, in front of me, assuming I wouldn't understand. I genuinely don't understand how a customer is expected to spend their hard-earned money somewhere and then be insulted and treated disrespectfully by the people providing the service. The poor workmanship was disappointing enough, but the disrespectful behavior was completely unacceptable.
