My grandson just moved here from an another state and didn't know where to take his 2011 Jetta for a 130,000 maintenance service. Luckily found Autohaus. Jesse's communication was easy and professional. Appointment scheduled within a week. Needed to deliver some difficult information about various leaks and needed repairs. Again, professional and honest communication. Gave us time to evaluate, ordered parts, and completed the repairs for less than he had originally estimated. Fast, friendly, honest, professional...what more can you ask for. Autohaus will be our go to place for keeping this car running! read more

I had a broken transmission mount that they replaced today. I used to have everything done at the local BMW dealer, but hated their pricing. I have used Autohaus for several repairs and maintenance issues, at the recommendation of another auto repair shop that specializes in Japanese cars, and have not been disappointed. Their service is excellent, prices are reasonable, and in short, this is now my shop for my BMW service. read more

Had an awesome first experience with Autohaus. The staff that I had contact with was very friendly and helpful. Owning a Mercedes is awesome until something breaks, having the experience I did with Autohaus made the $600 blow a little easier to deal with. This is my repair shop now. I'm impressed and appreciate the professionalism. Thank you. read more

Having a lifetime of experience owning foreign cars and the accompanying repairs and maintenance my best was with Jesse Wilson and guys at Autohaus. My M5 was seriously mechanically wounded and though the shop was busy Jesse got me right in so I'd know what I was facing. The work was done in a timely manner and came in lower than originally estimated. Can't recommend these guys enough read more

If you want "dealership quality" service without the dealership, I highly recommend Autohaus. They got me back on the road sooner than expected with no surprises. The service and communication was excellent. read more

Scheduled a PPI for a performance car I was considering buying as an out-of-stater. Overall, scheduling was seamless and Autohaus was very diligent in their inspection. They even made themselves available on the phone to discuss any questions I had. read more

Honest and professional. Customer focused, friendly and knowledgeable. I plan on taking my Mini Countryman to Autohaus for all servicing and repair. Highly recommended. read more

We have taken our vehicles (3- Mercedes and Volkswagens) here for more than a decade. Jesse is fantastic to work with and they are very up front about the costs. I have called in to ask questions and gotten real answers and advise without being asked to "bring it in." You won't be paying for "cheap labor" but the job gets done correctly, every time, at a price that values the employees and their dedication to quality service. I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else in Eugene. read more

After a long and heartbreaking process with an independent mechanic who had supposedly "worked on my vehicle since it's inception," I was 200 dollars in the hole (not a major expense for some repairs I realize, but still) and at my wits end as to why my Mini Cooper would not hold a battery charge. Jesse and his mechanics at Autohaus were attentive, world class, efficient, and super personable....something I feel you can only choose 2 of when dealing with car repairs. Gave me a super fair price to fix the corroded ground they found, and most importantly, got my baby back up and running! Thanks so much guys. I will be back if the need arises. read more

I was driving from northern Washington to southern California and that dreaded check engine light came on and car started rattling... I took it to the dealer and a couple other places with no luck because everyone was too busy. Autohaus was also slammed with clients but Jesse (manager) squeezed room to help me get back on the road. The hotel I stayed at also said that Autohaus is reputable for their quality. If you want it done right, go to Autohaus. Excellent service and excellent people! Thanks for saving my butt fellas. Thanks a million times over Jesse read more

Very fast and high quality auto shop. Jesse was very courteous and professional. I was looking to have a full inspection of my vehicle and an oil change. He helped me choose a service that was the best value and met all of my needs. He was able to check me in same day, and his techs returned the car to me a few hours later. Excellent work! read more

Autohaus always provides excellent customer service and takes the best care of my vehicles. I took my Volkswagen Passat to them for years and now take my Acura MDX. I trust them completely, they are always honest and helpful. I highly recommend! read more

Have an older 3 series. After 50k miles of blissful driving, things started breaking down. Took it to the dealer first for issues with the car, but got annoyed with how expensive repairs were there. Heard about this place from a friend. No fuss, just good service at a fair price. Will continue to do business here. read more

These guys do a great job everytime I have a problem with my Audi. They seem trustworthy and they don't charge ridiculous prices just because it's a european car. read more

Brought my 2018 Audi S3 in for an engine oil filter/oil change. The job was done in an hour and I was charged a very reasonable price. My advisor Jesse was friendly and customer focused. Highly recommended. read more

Been to numerous auto repair shops & must say Autohauz is simply the best. Integrity is the best way to sum up my experiences with them. Jessie & crew are way accommodating from loaner vehicle, fair prices & of course excellent work. read more

Can't say enough good about the people at Autohaus. I had one very limited and unpleasant experience with the local Benz dealership's service department and after that I spent over a year having my car serviced at the excellent dealership I bought it from--200 miles away. I needed the 40K service done and a lingering post-collision mechanical issue addressed, and my Mercedes long-term service contract had expired, so I phoned the far-flung dealership for an appointment and quote. Because of the initial collision work (and the reviews herein), I was sufficiently impressed to consider starting a relationship with Autohaus. The quote I got was over a hundred dollars less than the dealership, the actual work even less than that (I didn't miss the free pastries, coffee, WiFi, soft drinks, wash/wax, leather zero-gravity waiting-room chairs or (I couldn't make this up) massage at the dealership, but now I know how much we were paying for all those "free" perqs). Fast, friendly, honest, professional service done thoroughly and right, along with actual advocacy on my behalf with the insurance company: really, I cannot imagine what more I could ask for. Needing service on German luxury cars is not fun, but now that I've found Autohaus, I almost look forward to it. Almost. read more

Autohaus is an excellent place for German cars, just had my BMW maintained here with fast and perfect service. Also, the price is reasonable for German driving machine, highly recommend here for everyone. read more

We have taken our Eurovan to Autohaus several times over the years and had NOTHING but wonderful service. They are honest and reliable and extremely professional. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else. They also have a free loaner car and--my favorite--a bike. read more

Thank you to Autohaus!! After cringing everytime I hit the breaks and hearing that loud obnoxious squeel, Autohaus made it right. After replacing my old worn breaks with new ones(a while back)...I did not think they should be makeing all that noise. After listening to my complaining about the noise, Autohaus got me in and made it right! No more cringing or embarrassment! Thank you Autohaus and Jesse!!! read more

They were super friendly, quick, and kept me updated! They will probably be my go to place for my VW now.

I just want to say thank you to the team at autohaus. I recently purchased a used bmw and was surprised by problems right out of the gate. My frustration was high and the staff at autohaus have done a fantastic job resolving my issues and helping me to like my car again. Thank you for great service!! read more

I Could not ask for better service experience. I had an electrical fault show up last Friday mid-afternoon on my Audi TT. I went for the first time to Autohaus, and they immediately came out to check out the car, diagnosed the problem (a faulty brake light sensor), showed me how to pull and replace the fuse to hold me over until Monday, ordered the part online and I was to come back Monday. On Monday they hopped on it, gave me a lift to work,, and inthe afternoon I got it back. They fixed it (fault was as they had predicted) and they also checked out the car's electronics, and I was back on the road. My total connect time was 10 minutes on Friday, and today just 5 minutes in the morning and 3 or 4 minutes in the afternoon when I picked it up. Cost was totally reasonable, and they are obviously highly knowledgable and professional. I'm going back when I need maintenance/repair. I could not recommend them more highly. Thanks guys! read more

I was stranded on one leg of my road trip by a failed rubber fuel hose. Without any kind of forewarning my tow driver dropped me and my car off at AutoHaus. Jessie and his crew were very courteous and highly professional and were able to get me back on the road the next day. Thanks a Million! I highly recommend this business. read more

We backed into a delivery van, totally smashing the left rear taillight assembly of my S430 Mercedes. Jesse got me a used taillight for $200 and only charged me $42 to install it. Made a nightmare tolerable. These guys are always great read more

Because I owned an older Mercedes GL450, Jessie and I got to know each other on a first name basis. Autohaus consistently found the problems and fixed them at a reasonable price (much more so than the local dealer), and made things as painless as possible from a scheduling standpoint. They are always courteous and professional, and they know their stuff. We had our older Mercedes totaled due to a tree falling on it in a storm, and we now own a domestic vehicle, but Autohaus will remain on my list of good automotive repair resources. read more

I've trusted these people with my 05 mini-cooper S hardtop, my '09 Audi TT, and my current '14 mini-cooper countryman. They are very easy to deal with, friendly, thoroughly competent, and my favorite car people. And I trust what they tell me, always. read more

Quick and well priced and knowledgeable. Took my MK IV Jetta here for a wheel bearing replacement. Got a free loaner car and had it all fixed by the end of the day. read more

Everyone at Autohaus is extremely helpful and extremely friendly! They did a great job on my car. This is the only mechanic in Eugene I'll take my Audi to get worked on. I very highly recommend Autohas if you drive a German car. I do recommend making an appointment if you can because they are a little busy, but to me that is a good thing and understandable because they do a very good job. read more

it's kinda daunting where even to start why I like & appreciate them so much - every aspect of my interactions with them has been consistently top-notch. one element that stands out for me, personally, is their willingness in helping me keep my costs down. 'fancy' car notwithstanding, I'm on a very limited income (and bought this mercedes when it was already 15+ years old) and, while the car was in great condition when I got it, the cost of maintenance was still a significant fear or concern. but no longer! ...well, at least not if autohaus has anything to say about it :-) after having them take care of my beloved 'lucy' for almost 2 years now, I cannot say enough about their unquestionable honesty (and in fact 'erring' in the opposite direction and not charging for things they really should be charging for), their professionalism, their willingness to explain things and answer questions and their willingness to look at all conceivable possible solutions to a problem. I've known some good mechanics/auto shops in my day (and 30+ years of driving), but autohaus takes the cake! thanks jesse! read more

I'm so glad I found Autohaus. It's not always easy to find a trustworthy auto repair shop, and my experience there has been terrific. The price is reasonable and service prompt with no added costs or delays. Jessie at the counter is a gem! He listens, answers my questions, and explains fully. I have recommended Autohaus to all my friends & family. read more

I've been using Autohaus for my Benz for years. They have great customer service and honest mechanics. It's never cheap to fix most things on the Benz, but their quotes are always comparable to other mechanics. This a family-based business that's been around a long time though. They let me know readily when they think I shouldn't have a specific service done just yet, etc. They keep at it until you're completely satisfied. I've always found them to be very honest. They're also great when you need a lift or a loaner car too. They even have a loaner bike that'll get you a small discount if you take them up on the offer to borrow it. :-) Wouldn't trust my Benz to anyone else. read more

Friendly and professional. Service on our VW was good, and the price was fair. We will be back for any future service needed on our vehicle.

I am not happy with their business at all their estimate was outrageous for the same front brakes only they were $530 did not include new calipers Les Schwab's was $437 and included new calipers Les Schwab's labor for doing the job was $98.50 Autohaus labor was $165 talk about ripping the public off I will never go back there again read more

Finding a quality service provider that you feel comfortable with and trust with your car can be a stressful endeavor. I was not looking forward to this process when it came time to have some work done on my BMW. I observed and contemplated many options in the Eugene Springfield area and finally bit the bullet and decided to go with Autohaus hoping they would live up to the positive feedback I had researched. I was not disappointed. I do not normally write reviews for anything on the internet although after my second visit for some typical wear and tear issues on my 2005 330xi i was not hesitant to share my experiences. I was treated with respect and Jesse Wilson the General Manager did an excellent job of discussing my options and the issues that had brought me to need service in the first place. They are a busy shop and I had to make an appointment which was expected as they obviously have a large clientele. They kept in touch with me in a timely manner explaining what parts were needed, what had to be ordered and how long it would take. My car was repaired to my satisfaction and everything was spelled out verbally and on my final invoice in terms that were understandable. Having work done on your car is rarely inexpensive, much less on a BMW. I found the parts and labor rates fair and was extremely satisfied with the work performed. I like being able to walk out the door knowing the work was done properly and they will stand behind the product. I will not hesitate to return this vehicle or any other to be trusted in their hands. I've had a lot of cars over the years and you just can't get hat feeling from very many establishments. Thank You Autohaus. read more
