Went in fully prepared to pay for a new tire (had a flat), but the folks here found a pinhole leak, fixed it, and didn't charge me a gosh darn thing! I am a Discount Tire customer FOR LIFE! And if that's not enough to convince you, the store is super clean, everyone is nice and professional, and the service was fast fast FAST! A rare combination of speed and quality (and I assume low prices)! read more

Ugh this trip is painful. We made an appointment for 12:15 for a tire rotation. It is now 1:15 and we are still sitting here waiting while we see tire sales coming and going. I get it that the business needs to make money, but don't offer appointments for rotations if you can't honor the time within reason. We talked to someone who apologized profusely and said we should be taken care of by 1:30. read more

Made an appointment 3 days prior to needing tires. received multiple confirmations for my appt via email and text and when I arrived for my appt I was told they didn't have me tires and that they could get them in 3 days making me cancel my weekend road trip and expecting me to make the effort to come back again in 3 days. No excuses and no care for my time or business. read more

Andreas provided excellent service at Discount Tire. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. He took the time to explain my options without any pressure and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Really appreciate his great attitude and customer care--highly recommend working with him! read more

I was disrespectfully misgendered and call sir. They also changed my name that I checked in with to my dead name and shouted it when my car was done. I ignored them thinking it was someone else because that wasn't the name I used to check in with. When I got in line to have my info change they called me sir and when I corrected him, he just ignored me, smiled and turned around. There was also a few people that came up to the store front just to get a look and laugh. When I called to file a complaint they denied that any of it happened to me taking zero accountability for what I experienced. I do not recommend this place for anybody relying on customer service because they don't show it for a select few that they choose not to honor. read more

My hubby called for me around 2:30pm and made a same day apt for 430pm. They were very helpful and we didn't have to wait at all on hold. When I dropped of my car, the man at the counter verified my needs for new tires and I gave him my number to text me when it was finished. He was very nice, well spoken & professional. He check out my car, I gave him the mileage & he took a few notes. He chatted it up with me while checking tires, etc. He was polite and opened the door for me & was very courteous. I appreciate this place and the people working there. It was so nice to get this done so effortlessly. We went inside and I paid for the tires. He said it would be about 1 hour wait. I took an Uber back to work and I got a text about 1 hr later my car was done. My hubby took me back to get my car, new tries on and they looked very good. The service was excellent and seamless. I didn't have to wait at all. Keys were ready with receipt and I was on my way home. One thing I very much had a hard time with was the SMELL of the showroom- it was very, very toxic smelling and wish they had some flow or better quality of air to breath. I was almost choking when I first went inside. I couldn't imagine waiting for 1 hour inside their showroom. read more

I made an appointment for 11:15, the employee let me know that my vehicle would be ready by 12:15, possibly 12:30. It was ready at 12:00 pm. I don't remember the employees name I dealt with but he was friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend this location and be back when needed. read more

I noticed one of my tires appeared low, so I went in to Discount tires and they checked my tire pressure. The gentleman that helped me explained that the cold weather often changes tire pressure. He also scheduled me for a tire rotation at no cost since I purchased my tires from DC. read more

I don't understand the point of making an appointment here.... I can have an appointment, show up on time, and still wait for an hour and a half for a simple tire rotation. I had an appointment earlier this week and was told that it would be almost 2 hours... And that I should try making an appointment earlier in the day. Made an earlier appointment the following week... Still an hour and a half wait. What's the point of the appointment?! Expect to wait a long time for service here... read more

Discount Tire is the best. I need to acknowledge and recognize Landon. He went above and beyond to help me get my son in quickly to get tires installed. He was very patient and helpful. I needed to take care of this from a distance and he did it. My son was very happy with the service he received and the fact that he was in and out so quickly on a Saturday. I'm a happy mama knowing that my son has new tires and will be safe on the road. Thank you again Landon at Eugene Discount Tire. read more

I ordered a tire online from their store. I had bought a Tesla and they don't come with spare tires ! So I found a new factory wheel on Amazon and got the tire from discount tire. I called once ordering on this Discount tires website and they had the tire I wanted ! I bought it and then set an appointment. I called the store to make sure all was set for me driving the 60 miles one way from Florence to Eugene to get this new tire mounted on my new rim . He said I see your order right here . So we agreed on the time , and I made it for the next day all great and very accommodating! So I got there early and they took care of mounting that new tire on the new rim right away ! I booked an appointment for a flat fix and tire rotation with discount tire because for someone reason a ton of shops around don't know how to lift a tesla safely and i didn't want to wait for tesla to come out to me. They fixed the flat and did the rotation for free. I didn't even buy my tires from them as they are factory but definitely will for my next set. read more

Trevor is the asst manager, and he treated me with such courtesy especially when no one seemed to be manning the desk when I entered. However, I only waited a couple minutes before being helped. Plenty of seats were available for waiting and it took only an hour before the requested tires I wanted were installed. read more

Needed new tires so I went here and had nothing but a great experience. I was asked to wait in my car and call, they came out to chat and check mileage, etc. I was invited in to talk tires, and they had face masks on and shields in front of them. I was helped and advised, not suckered into the most expensive tires due to my lack of experience. I was invited to wait in my car or social distance inside, then I was invited to wait inside or stay in my car. They waved me in and directed my car to the bay, put on tires while I waited in the driver seat and in 20-25 mins I was on my way. (Side note, I enjoyed the 80s music in the bay). Highly recommend! read more

I woke up with an air retention issue with my Bronco but I've been chasing a slow leak in 2 of my tires and I'd finally had enough. 33x12.50-15's aren't super common yet Discount Tire set me up with an appointment and had me on 4 new tires in no time. Being an RN at a local hospital is was reassuring to see a local business taking care of their clientele while still upholding social distancing and masks. Thank you for the killer deal but even more so, thank you for acting socially responsible to our local community. I truly enjoy that I can shop here with no reservations read more

Discount Tire - 1993 Ford Bronco 4x4 351 on 33x12.50-15s thanks to Discount Tires - Tires Near Me - Eugene, Oregon

Drove my Buick in on some old crusty tires and within two hours had brand new tires on and ready to go for less than 500 bucks.

Great deal for important work! I was able to get a puncture in my tire repaired for free and the employee helped me load it back into my car without me having to ask! read more

Drove a long way to have them mount and balance a new set of tires on my truck. But they refused to do it based on some ridiculous calculation they did. And said that 225/60/r18's couldn't support the weight of a little Ford Maverick (????) Totally wrong. Not only is it a very common size to now find on Mavericks, but it's the size I've used on it for the last 3 years. And I immediately went to another tire shop, and they said the tires were fine. Had them mounted and balanced perfectly in 30 minutes. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother with Discount Tire. Not worth the long drive to an inconvenient location. read more

I ordered some tires for my vehicle through their website and that was seamless. I scheduled an appointment and I was happy to find a time slot that suited my schedule. When I got to DT this morning, I was assisted by Mathew Mikkelsen and I cannot say enough about how incredibly professional, courteous, and helpful he was to me! Firstly, he spotted that my old tires were probably still under warranty without prompting and proceeded to go through the process to figure that out. He did so and saved me over $300. The service team were fast and they had me out within three quarters of an hour. I couldn't be happier to recommend Discount Tire here in Eugene - thank you DT! Wow. Wow. Wow!! read more

Terrible service! they tell you to make an appointment, which I did, but then after one hour they have not even touched my car! they get you in here, have you pay, then you are stuck, trapped! I would NOT recommend them. read more

"Oh we can't repair your flat tire. Its over 10 years old." I purchased these Yokohamas at this store. It still has 3/4 tread left and I bought all 4 here. Doesn't matter. Discount Tire won't touch it. How about that complementary tire rotation? Got to schedule that. A week from this Friday ok? The local competitor had no issues repairing my flat. I had to pay for the flat repair and the rotation, but next time I won't even bother calling Discount Tire. read more

Excellent service. Made my reservation for the tires I wanted, and they both emailed and called to confirm they had the tires I wanted in stock before I came in so I didn't waste my time if they couldn't get them in time. Service was polite and helpful, and the installation itself was super prompt -- I was in and out with my new tires in only 40 minutes. Will be recommending to others, for sure. read more

All of these guys have been super helpful and friendly! Came in last week after my wheel being damaged and they helped me find the correct size to order online for the factory replacement. All very professional and super efficient (I was shocked because it looked like a zoo when I arrived!) Thank you all for being so wonderful! read more

I went in to get my tires rotated & they told me that there wasn't enough tread left so they were unable to rotate. The tires looked fine to me, but they insisted I had to purchase new tires & that they couldn't rotate my tires even if it's part of the original contract. I took my car to another shop who said the tires were fine. Not happy with the lack of service, felt like they just wanted a sale. read more

Superior service from Matt and his team. Had a flat on Sat. Aug. 3d, noticed while changing it that all four tires were badly worn. Went to DT without an appointment on Mon. Aug.5th, had limited time so figured I'd have to make an appointment for later-but Matt and his crew got me in and out with five new tires (spare was worn too) in 45 minutes. Good price on good quality tires. Highly recommend DT Eugene! read more

Shout out to Joe at Discount Tire of Eugene, Or! My boyfriend and I were traveling back to Portland when my back left tire blew out, the closest city was Eugene. I contacted the store, DT associate Joe was quick to help, he pulled up my information in their system right away. They had my tire in stock, the only issue was by the time we would get there they would be closed. Joe accommodated to our situation, he was able to take payment over the phone & he made sure to keep the purchased tire/wheel in a secured area where we could retrieve it. I am sending all my gratitude to the Discount Tire of Eugene, Or. We got home safe and sound thanks to this team. read more
