I was disrespectfully misgendered and call sir. They also changed my name that I checked in with to my dead name and shouted it when my car was done. I ignored them thinking it was someone else because that wasn't the name I used to check in with. When I got in line to have my info change they called me sir and when I corrected him, he just ignored me, smiled and turned around. There was also a few people that came up to the store front just to get a look and laugh. When I called to file a complaint they denied that any of it happened to me taking zero accountability for what I experienced. My hubby called for me around 2:30pm and made a same day apt for 430pm. They were very helpful and we didn't have to wait at all on hold. When I dropped of my car, the man at the counter verified my needs for new tires and I gave him my number to text me when it was finished. He was very nice, well spoken & professional. He check out my car, I gave him the mileage & he took a few notes. He chatted it up with me while checking tires, etc. He was polite and opened the door for me & was very courteous. I appreciate this place and the people working there. It was so nice to get this done so effortlessly. We went inside and I paid for the tires. He said it would be about 1 hour wait. I took an Uber back to work and I got a text about 1 hr later my car was done. My hubby took me back to get my car, new tries on and they looked very good. The service was excellent and seamless. I didn't have to wait at all. Keys were ready with receipt and I was on my way home. One thing I very much had a hard time with was the SMELL of the showroom- it was very, very toxic smelling and wish they had some flow or better quality of air to breath. Drove a long way to have them mount and balance a new set of tires on my truck. But they refused to do it based on some ridiculous calculation they did. And said that 225/60/r18's couldn't support the weight of a little Ford Maverick (????) Totally wrong. Not only is it a very common size to now find on Mavericks, but it's the size I've used on it for the last 3 years. And I immediately went to another tire shop, and they said the tires were fine. Needed new tires so I went here and had nothing but a great experience. I was asked to wait in my car and call, they came out to chat and check mileage, etc. I was invited in to talk tires, and they had face masks on and shields in front of them. I was helped and advised, not suckered into the most expensive tires due to my lack of experience. I was invited to wait in my car or social distance inside, then I was invited to wait inside or stay in my car. They waved me in and directed my car to the bay, put on tires while I waited in the driver seat and in 20-25 mins I was on my way. (Side note, I enjoyed the 80s music in the bay). The tires looked fine to me, but they insisted I had to purchase new tires & that they couldn't rotate my tires even if it's part of the original contract.
