The chain store down the street would have tried him on for size, upselling him some O' Reilly sourced calipers, new rotors and possibly wheels and tires as well- all for complaint of a little pulling. He took the time to explain the math behind calculating rolling distance and determined I needed a slightly different size than I had been buying for years. They are a small, one bay shop but customer service is excellent! They have comfortable couches and a selection of coffees to choose from if you'd like to use the Keurig. Brandy, the boxer, is a sweet girl who may come to greet you and get some petting, if she is in the shop that day. I live in Florence,70 miles from Eugene. I planned to be there on Saturday as I had a meeting I needed to attend in that city. I needed a set of tires for a Pontiac Solstice. The size isn't common. I first checked with Tire Rack to see what a price I might find. Tire Rack identifies TireSport in Eugene as their only recommended installer. I spoke to the owner's brother at Tiresport and he was extremely helpful. Tire Rack shipped the tires there in just one day for free. The service I got was outstanding. Tiresport could have made more profit on the sale and installation, but they went out of their way to get me a discounted set of Uniroyals, and to make sure I got a two-year road hazard warranty from UniRoyal that's part of the latter's sale package that I wouldn't have gotten if I got them directly from TireSport. I can't remember the last time I went to anyone selling automotive products who saw that I was saving money essentially at their expense. The service was wonderful and none of their customers there when I was had a different experience than I did. Five stars isn't enough! read more

Was so impressed with the service here. I got a flat on a rental car and the rental service wanted me to pay for a new tire (and then reimburse me later) not thrilled about the idea of coughing up that much money tiresport patched the tire and got it back up to a safe PSI. They were so kind and helpful when I was having a little bit of a freak out. After leaving my car at another tire shop from noon till 4pm today and getting there to pick up and nothing was done I felt I was at a loss. Was mad so I took my keys sat in my car for 15 minutes yelping tires shops and this place came up with great reviews. I got here right before 5pm and they not only fixed the main problem which was one tire pressure sensor had broken in the wheel, they were able to replace all four of them and while they did that they also found that my tires weren't balanced and even got that done all before they closed at 6pm. I live in Coos Bay but found myself going to Eugene to purchase some wheels (From a Private Party) I had seen on craigslist. For the heck of it, I checked local Eugene tire-shop websites and found a set of used tires from Tiresport at a very reasonable price which I thought would be perfect for the newly purchased wheels.. I called ahead and asked the person working(Who I later found out was the Owner), if he could schedule me in for an hour before closing. Due to road work, I arrived about 20-Minutes before closing. Even still, The owner found time for me a got right to work. Half way through the process, I realized I made a mistake. I had for some reason assumed the tires were All-Seasons, which I normally put on my car. Instead, these tires were Sport\Summer tires. Feeling like a complete jerk, I asked the owner to stop as I explained my mistake. He was extremely understanding and even offered to call a few near-by shops to see if they had what I wanted. He insisted he didn't mind and proceeded to do so. At this point, my car is jacked up with two tires dismounted. Since half of the work was done, I figured what the heck. I asked him if he would mind putting my current tires on my new wheels. It meant a lot more work and a lot less cash then if I had just purchased the tires - But at lease he would get some money for his trouble instead of me trying someplace else. A little to my surprise, he had no problem doing this. Through the entire process, he was nothing but Polite, Professional and Understanding. Despite making 75% less cash then if I had just bought the tires, having to put in a lot more labor and having to stay after closing. And to top everything off, his work was perfect. I've dealt with a lot of different tires shops over the years(Both Mom&Pops and Chains like TireFactory and Schwab). I've never felt like such a valued customer from any of them like I did from TireSport. I'll definitely be back. read more

This place is awesome. My mom knew the owner of this place personally and told me to go talk to him about tires... I was very skeptical but mothers will forced me to do so. Turns out this place is great (hate it when mothers are right) The owner and his brother are really the only employes and they rock it. I thought "there is no way you're going to beat Costco prices on tires" after much research turns out they did. I do have to say the shop is kinda sketchy... It kinda has a "this is it??" These guys know what they're doing! For a simple tire rotation they carefully checked the condition of each tire, carefully aligned the valve stem with the right lug and lock then they hand started each lug nut to prevent cross threading and torqued each one perfectly. They also checked the tire pressure and compensated for the hot day. Couldn't ask for more and won't trust anyone else. read more

The business is open till 6, which makes it nice for most working folks to get to after work.
