They aired up the tire and said I was in the queue. When I returned around 9:50 AM, a flood of walk-ins had arrived. I was told I had an appointment in an hour--then 1.5 hours later, still nothing. Eventually I was informed it wasn't "technically" an appointment. After decades of loyalty, this was a huge customer service failure. Very disappointing. It seems like every time private equity buys a company, the service quality declines--and sadly, Les Schwab appears to be going down that path.
