I went to the mall at 10 and the store was not open. I had to wait around nearly 45 minutes before an employee actually showed up and opened the store. He was very nice but sadly they did not have my part (Galaxy S3 screen in pebble blue) in stock. The employee let me know my options and directed me to another location I could go to. I would have gone to that one initially had I known this store was not going to open on time. The other location (North Mesa) was wonderful! I would recommend that one over this location. At the N. We went to All Mobile Matters yesterday to get 2 of our older iPhone 3GS phones fixed. Our kids use them like an iPod touch but both phones were not working. After describing the issues Tony was very helpful with troubleshooting the problems. He quoted us a reasonable price to fix each phone and said he would call if there were any issues. One phone needed a new battery and the other phone needed a new digitizer. Less than an hour later both phones were fixed and in great working condition. Tony was very helpful and informative! The store in superstition mall SUCKS! I would give this 0 stars if I could. They fixed my phone for $139.39 and I could have gotten it cheaper. There is a 90 day warrantee on it of they messed up on it. So they fix my iPhone 6, and 8 days later my phone cracks. No I did not drop it. Nothing happened. It's called a stress crack. So I go to the store and told the man what happened. And he said he'll give us 20% off. WTF! THERE IS A 90 DAY WARRANTEE! And the man even said yes it's a stress crack but we won't fix it. So, first I want to start by saying the guys who work here are super nice, and they have good customer service. I had my iPad screen replaced and an glass screen protector placed both on my iPad and iPhone. Well, I brought it in and they fixed the screen but broke the camera. They kindly offered to fix that too but I had to come back a week later. The camera is fixed but the screen makes a clicking sound when I press on it on the side. They told me I can come back and they will add more adhesive to that side. My iPhone glass screen protector broke after a couple of months. I had my previous one for well over a year before that had happened. I know I may have dropped it wrong or something - but it doesn't seem like the quality is the same as I had initially bought at the Verizon store. I also can get my screen protector replaced for like a $5 fee. However, I am a busy girl and I don't have time to deal with these trivial things - especially when I pay a significant fee for them to be done correctly. I wouldn't recommend this company because, if you're like me, You don't like going to the mall and don't like having to return 3 times to get something done right. read more

A friend of mine recently took his phone (dorid x) to have the LCD screen replaced. He was a walk in customer finding the place after doing a google search for it. After dropping his phone off he was told that parts had to be ordered and it would be done within a couple day. A week later he decided to call them to find out what was going on with the phone since he hadn't heard from anyone since he left their store (he got a loaner phone from a friend). After spending an entire day trying to call all their locations he couldn't get anyone to answer the phone at any valley wide location. He gave one last attempt to call them and someone finally picked up the phone. He asked what was going on with his phone and the guy said he didn't see any paper work on it and that we would call him back. After not getting a call back the following day he once again attempted to get a hold of someone, again no answers. Finally after several hours he finally got a hold of someone. The guy told him that they couldn't find any information on his phone or his phone. He assured that he would get to the bottom of it and would call him back. My friend then stated to him that he was told that last night and no one ever called him back. The guys response was there' s nothing else i can do. A day later still hasn't heard back from anyone. Now he's gonna make a physical appearance now that the weekend is here and work will not conflict with their operating hours. !!!!WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! read more

I would give it 0 stars if possible!! I had my phone screen fixed and had temper glass put on it on October 16, my bill was $200. Not bad, Tony was nice. 3 days ago I set my phone down 2 inches on my table and it cracked. It was in a case they sold me, with temper glass they put on, and the new screen. I took it in and he started pulling it apart, then told me it would be $150 even though I bought a warranty on the screen and temper glass. He was so rude about it when I said no that I couldn't or wouldn't pay that. I asked him to put it back together and I left. As I am getting into my car I notice he cracked my screen more, didn't put the temper glass back on straight or all the way, and didn't put the screws back in my phone. I called him back and he was even ruder and told me I was wrong. Now there's a yellow spot in my screen that wasn't there, I am missing 2 screws, and its even worse than when I took it in. I had 2 devices fixed at the mall location. Paid full retail and got back one that was worse than it was when I brought it in. The other was a screen replacement that was not done right and the screen cracked again because it was not installed properly. I took it back to have the warranty cover it and they told me it could be fixed but I would have to pay for it again. They said the warranty would only cover parts and labor. well thats what was wrong, still would not cover it. I would never use these guys. Too many other options out there. read more

John is amazing!! Went in, dropped off my phone for a cracked screen and have absolutely no complaints!! Johns customer services is exceptional! I had made an appointment online and when I arrived there was a woman in front of me that he began assisting; he took the time to ask me if I had an appointment and checked my phone in so that I could be on my way and so that he could assist the lady without having to rush! When I returned for my phone, he was quick but also took the time to explain the different plans that they have for warranties; when I said I needed to discuss with my hubby, he said he would gladly note my account so that I could still take advantage of the discount !! (The only way I could have originally gotten it was if I purchased plan today). John definitely seems to be an asset to this establishment as, breaking a phone is upsetting enough however, he made the experience simple and easy as well as made me feel comfortable with my phone being there in general! Wow!! Dropped my iPhone5 and was desperate on where to have it fixed. Looked on craigslist and saw affordable deals for $60. Feeling skeptical about the Craig's deal, and I happen to walk in this store at SuperstitionMall. Zach the ultimate customer Service man, didn't pressure me into anything and answered all my questions regarding cracked phones. Gave it a try and figured oh well at least I'm in a store and not some random dude in a van fixing my phone in a parking lot. Zach fixed my phone, and made me make sure I'll say that again, made me make sure it's good or he'll redo it. No need to redo it was done perfectly and also he didn't have to hide in the back to fix it. I mean he fixed it the whole time in front of me. Customer service is key and this place has it. My IPad had a cracked screen and my wifi antennae wasn't working. I took it to All Mobile Matters in the Superstition mall and Tony fixed the screen and my wifi antennae in just a couple hours. My IPad is as good as new now and I am extremely happy with the price and work. In fact I am writing this review on my repaired ipad. One of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of working with. My Husband dropped off my iPad 3 over 3 weeks ago as a surprise for my 30th birthday to get the screen fixed. They originally estimated a 7 day turn around for this repair. Over a week and a half later the iPad was returned with glue protruding from the edges and more dead spots on the screen than working zones. I returned it to the shop under their 14 day warranty for all work and was promised by the manager I would have a working iPad in my hands within 3 days, she assured me they would fix it or replace it in that time frame. After several days of not getting any calls with status on my device I was finally contacted by the owner of the company who assured me steps would be taken to make this right beyond just fixing what they had already made worse in the first place, he also assured me that they would fully inspect the unit and make sure it was fully operational before allowing me to pick it up. Fast forward to today over a week past the 3 day promise and I was finally able to go pick up my device.. Not only did it have a dead battery but the employee confirmed that they did not even attempt to power it on and check function. And when I asked to charge it and verify its function before taking it back I was told to take it home and charge it and that they had a 14 day warranty... Then he proceeds to try an apologize after seeing a note scribbled on the slip, at this point he offers me a car charger as a way of saying sorry for the hassle. A car charger for my wi-fi only model iPad... Then when I did say sure i will take the car charger the guys says he doesn't even have one and that... wait for it... I would have to wait another 7 days to receive this... This company is a complete disaster with no regard for customer service. They are a fly by night trying to get as much money as they can before the city shuts them down! read more

There should be an option for no stars. One of the worst places I've ever experienced bad customer service. The employee was rude right as we walked in. My boyfriend got his lcd screen fixed there. They said it would take about 45 mins, and ended up being an hour and 30 mins long. When he got it back, he noticed that a piece was sticking up because the guy didn't do the installation right, and decided to push it down. It cracked! We went back for the warranty and the manager was completely rude, said there was nothing they can do and we'd have to talk to corporate about it. He also said that it was our fault because we pushed it down, we should have gone right back when the piece stuck up! Why would we waste our gas and time going back because they messed up?! We stayed there, called corporate at least 6 times and no one answered. Talk to the manager again, refusing to leave until it was fixed or his money back. After the manager was done being a complete wanker, he finally called corporate. Corporate was understanding, knew it was the installers fault, and told them to fix it for us. He came back and got it fixed the next day. It was a huge waste of time, stressful, and not worth it at all. Worst place ever. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They should have done it right the first time! read more
