I usually don't rate good service because that's what we usually expect. But today this gentleman ( Matt ) from All mobile matters saved me a great deal of money, He fixed something that Verizon could not, they were just tryin to sell me a new phone. I highly recommend this place for your phone issues, that man was the Phone Dr. Superstition springs mall All mobile matters read more

Hack job and awful customer service. We brought my husband'a recently cracked phone in, back in July 2023 to get the back panel replaced (where it had cracked). Was told by an associate we would have to wait a couple weeks as it was a special order (not sure why, he has an iPhone). Paid a $10 deposit and was called to bring phone in weeks later to drop off for repair. Did such, and when we went back to the store to pick up his phone, the associate informed us that while installing the new back panel, he cracked it. He told us that he did not have another one in store and would have to special order it and it would take a couple of weeks, just like the last time. So we were sent home to wait for the part with his phone installed with the new cracked back panel. This made us very nervous leaving with another cracked back panel, as we do not have the funds to fix anything that could potentially happen with the cracked back while waiting for a replacement. Sure enough, while waiting for the replacement part, the phone screen starting glitching and eventually turned black permanently, not allowing him access to anything. We brought the phone in for them to examine and was told that there must have been water damage and that since the phone wasn't in their possession during the waiting period for the new part, that they weren't liable for it. Our biggest fear came true, and we were forced to spend almost $1000 for a new iPhone and are unable to trade in his old one, since it is rendered useless without the screen working. All Mobile Matters was irresponsible in not ordering a back up part, as mistakes can and do happen. They also failed to take ownership in leaving us longer with a broken part, which increased the chances of the phone potentially being damaged, which is exactly what happened. Picture to show the "new" cracked screen they installed, which led us to having to buy a new phone. read more

Jared was super helpful and friendly!! Thank you for getting us all taken care of!! unfortunately Jared's staff has now lost our battery twice. When we called to make sure everything was all set now (we received an email telling us the CORRECT battery was in) John was so incredibly rude and sarcastic. He says it is not there however he never asked our name or anything. Jared, please get in touch with us read more

I found all mobile matters to be outstanding. First of all, they had to order the part and got it quickly, at a fair price. Second, the store was clean and professional looking. Not big but big enough. Most of all I found the personnel to be extremely friendly, professional, and competent.I am 100% satisfied, and they will certainly be getting my business in the future. read more

I am very happy with the customer service I received today at All Mobile Matters at Superstition Spring Center. The service was quick and he did a great job explaining my price options and how long it would take to fix my iPhone 6S plus. I am going to go back and have the battery replaced in my iPad next. read more

I went in near closing time needing to replace the cracked screen on my iPhone 8 Plus. The young man working there was very friendly and efficient and had it fixed in less than an hour. The price was less than what most of the competitors were charging. I was very pleased with this location and would definitely recommend it to anyone needing their iPhone glass fixed. read more

You got it yet again, a new phone and I am here in all Mobile matters. Tony is excellent and I love using this company

Vinnie from All Mobile Matters at Superstition is the best. He's incredibly intelligent, honest, provides the best customer service. His workmanship is impeccable. My LCD screen was damaged and he repaired it in less than 30 min and installed a glass protector. I can't even tell the protector is installed... no bubbles or lint underneath. If he can't your device, he'll tell you the truth, instead of lying to you and providing you with shoddy parts and service... saw it with my own eyes. You don't find many straight up and honest people out there today like Vinnie. Hopefully I won't be back for a broken phone anytime soon, but if it does happen, I'll definitely take it here again to get repaired. read more

Jon was GREAT!!!! Resolved the phone issue (new screen) in 1/2 hour. Friendly and knowledgeable and way more reasonable price than Apple!!!!

Excellent service! Cheaper, faster and more honest than the other guy! Definitely recommend

My iPhone battery was not holding a charge. I called All Mobile Matters and spoke with Matthew. He gave me a quote and estimated it would take less than an hour. I dropped my phone off and 30 minutes later it was fixed! I couldn't ask for more than that. He also told me how to maximize the new batter's lifespan by not overcharging. Compared to the cost of a new phone this is a no brainer. Highly recommended. read more

This place is great! They are significantly cheaper than other services and they replaced my iPhone screen on the spot. Replacement came with a free warranty and they also gave me a free screen protector. read more

Really happy with my service here today! Brought in my broken screen and they fixed it within 45 minutes, gave us the best price around, and gave us a free screen protector! Will use them again! read more

Don't waste your money!!!! I took my iPhone in for a new screen. When I got home my face recognition was only working part of the time, lock screen buttons didn't work, and my texts were registering as swiping part of the time. I called them the next day but was leaving to go out of state. They said they would fix it as long as it wasn't cracked again. Here I am less than 1 week into this phone and the screen cracked!!! No idea how but magically a screen that was installed improperly cracked and now I am out $200. AVOID THIS BUSINESS. I was fooled by the good reviews. read more

Vinny Saves the Day! Unfortunately, this is my second visit to this fine establishment in less than two weeks. Never before have I broken a phone screen. Twice in two weeks - that's nuts. Their customer service was superior and the friendliness of the staff was extraordinary. Repair completed in less than 45 minutes. Break your phone- go to these guys. You will be happy! read more

Vinnie was great and very knowledgeable. Super fast, professional, affordable and Didn't need an appointment. When I got there he was working on another persons phone and even then it only took about an hour. Would recommend to anyone needing the screen replaced read more

Matthew was very helpful and knowledgeable, not to mention the fast service was great. I'm glad I came across this repair shop.

Cracked my phone screen walking around the mall, and having gone to All Mobile Matters my previous couple of experiences and them being flawless I expected more from them. I have an iPhone 7+ and usually their prices have been fairly true to everyone else's so I went in there thinking this was still the truth. Well, I was wrong. Service was great, don't remember the dudes name but he was good. Second of all, they say "OEM parts", but the screen on my 7+ doesn't 'pop' like it used to and clearly has a more blue tint to it like my old iPhone 6 did. Not only this but I was charged nearly $40 more to have them do it than if I were to take it to apple and it be off warranty. Unfortunately I won't be using them again and with the whole screen color thing it makes me think they're cutting corners and their business practices are a little shaky now. Update: Went back in and they said it was a faulty screen... still upset I was charged a premium but it is what it is and my screen works now at least. read more

tony shah was so helpful! we were able to get a part delivered for my phone and get it all fixed up in no time. they even gave me a free screen protector and let me charge it up while i walked around the mall. 10/10! read more

Delayed review. I went in a few months ago after having dropped my phone. Walked in, Vinnie helped me out right away. One of the nicest people in customer service I have ever dealt with. He fixed my phone fast, took the yelp deal I had without a problem. My phone was acting super funny, not recognizing my touch or anything. Took it back to Vinnie the next day, no questions asked replaced my screen with no problem and said if anything happens, come back and he would more than gladly fix it again. We bought a few other things from him, screen protector and case. He was so nice, and so very efficient. I would totally recommend people to him, and I would go back in a heart beat. You're awesome Vinnie! read more

Took my iPhone 7plus in with a broken screen. Walked out 25 minutes later with a nearly brand new phone again. Zach was very courteous and quick. I would highly recommend All Mobile Matters for your cell phone repairs. read more

Stopped by the mall today to get repairs to the screens on the kids iPhones and that's when I went into All Mobile Matters. The best decision ever. John assisted me and he was awesome, professional, courteous and most importantly very knowledgeable!! That means a lot. We visited a place in Tempe prior to coming here and let's just say we will be here from now on. All Mobile Matters ending up repairing the work done by this other place. I'd definitely recommend going here!! In fact I have additional devices I will be bringing back read more

Great service. I had a cell phone crack with water damage and Tony was able to check if the phone was going to work by changing the screen

Excellent place. Matthew was really professional, and replaced my iPhone battery, super speedy!! I was extremely pleased. Honestly, my expectations for a shop inside the Superstition Springs mall weren't that high, but Matthew blew me away. Highly recommend!!! read more

I would give this place no stars if I could . I went in today trying to get my phone repaired from a shit job the guy did to begin with. It has "ghost" marks on it and the guy (Mexican with facial hair) wanted to charge me full price to get it fixed . I got it fixed last year and the guy couldn't have me any kind of discount . I will never go to this place again !!! Save your money and go to the Apple Store this place is crap ! Did I mention he was trying to sell me a warranty plan before even trying to fix the first issue. He was more worried about his friend there lounging on the couch with his daughter ! read more

Got a quote over the phone to fix the microphone in my ipad pro. They said they would do it for $119 and that it could be done by Monday. I drove 25 minutes to get there, and when I arrived the person I had spoke to on the phone was apparently not around, the part they needed had to be special ordered, and the cost was actually $360+. Waste of time. read more

My HTC M8 phone was dropped into water. All I wanted was to open the phone up to dry out the parts and to make sure that my battery did not short out. I went to two different locations. Representative in Chandler Mall was completely stoned out and proceeded to tell me for 10 minutes why he wouldn't want to open the phone up (apparently it was just hard). Representative at Tempe Marketplace downright refused to work with HTC phone, saying that I need to send it to the HTC service center. It's an older model without a warranty that costs less than $100. I would spend more money at HTC service center than the phone is worth. I guess not ALL Mobiles Matter... read more

Easy to get an appointment Very helpful when I arrived. Had the parts for my repair in stock. Timely same day repair

What a find!! I'm old, so I don't have much need for cell phone insurance. So, imagine my dismay when I recently dropped my phone, shattering my screen, with no insurance. My lifetime streak of dodging a phone repair...over. I did a search on Yelp to find a location near my house, and stumbled upon All Mobile Matters. I scampered right over, prepared to pay millions of dollars to have the screen replaced with a wait time of a week. Much to my relief and delight, the price was right, and the wait time, 30 minutes. THIRTY.MINUTES! All Mobile Matters saved the day. Go there for all of your screen repair needs. They are awesome! read more

Took my Motorola Bionic in for glass replacement. They had to have the part brought in from another store, so they said 1 to 1-1/2 hours. They were done right at 1 hour. Price was $50 less than some other local places. Overall, very satisfied and I would go back. read more

My wife cracked the front and back of her iPhone 4s. The screen also went out so we needed a cheap fix ASAP because she was driving me nuts on either getting her a brand new galaxy or the phone repaired. The verizon store on power and southern told me my upgrade was in a couple months so best alternative was to take it to these guys! Went in to the mall and walked right up to the counter and handed over my phone. They quoted me $100 for the entire repair and they did it under 2 hours. Another thing that I appreciated was they accepted the check in off on yelp so that took care of the tax for me. They also give a 60 day warranty on their repairs. These guys did a great job. read more

This place is great, Mike took great care of our iphones. They repaired my boyfriends screen that was heavily cracked and tempered glassed both of our phones. We purchased the glass plan for both phones in case we need our glass repaired, wish we would have gone sooner! Great place, quick and affordable. read more
