Hack job and awful customer service. We brought my husband'a recently cracked phone in, back in July 2023 to get the back panel replaced (where it had cracked). Was told by an associate we would have to wait a couple weeks as it was a special order (not sure why, he has an iPhone). Paid a $10 deposit and was called to bring phone in weeks later to drop off for repair. Did such, and when we went back to the store to pick up his phone, the associate informed us that while installing the new back panel, he cracked it. He told us that he did not have another one in store and would have to special order it and it would take a couple of weeks, just like the last time. So we were sent home to wait for the part with his phone installed with the new cracked back panel. This made us very nervous leaving with another cracked back panel, as we do not have the funds to fix anything that could potentially happen with the cracked back while waiting for a replacement. Sure enough, while waiting for the replacement part, the phone screen starting glitching and eventually turned black permanently, not allowing him access to anything. We brought the phone in for them to examine and was told that there must have been water damage and that since the phone wasn't in their possession during the waiting period for the new part, that they weren't liable for it. Our biggest fear came true, and we were forced to spend almost $1000 for a new iPhone and are unable to trade in his old one, since it is rendered useless without the screen working. All Mobile Matters was irresponsible in not ordering a back up part, as mistakes can and do happen. They also failed to take ownership in leaving us longer with a broken part, which increased the chances of the phone potentially being damaged, which is exactly what happened. Vinnie from All Mobile Matters at Superstition is the best. He's incredibly intelligent, honest, provides the best customer service. His workmanship is impeccable. My LCD screen was damaged and he repaired it in less than 30 min and installed a glass protector. I can't even tell the protector is installed... no bubbles or lint underneath. If he can't your device, he'll tell you the truth, instead of lying to you and providing you with shoddy parts and service... saw it with my own eyes. You don't find many straight up and honest people out there today like Vinnie. Hopefully I won't be back for a broken phone anytime soon, but if it does happen, I'll definitely take it here again to get repaired. read more

My iPhone battery was not holding a charge. I called All Mobile Matters and spoke with Matthew. He gave me a quote and estimated it would take less than an hour. I dropped my phone off and 30 minutes later it was fixed! I couldn't ask for more than that. He also told me how to maximize the new batter's lifespan by not overcharging. Don't waste your money!!!! I took my iPhone in for a new screen. When I got home my face recognition was only working part of the time, lock screen buttons didn't work, and my texts were registering as swiping part of the time. I called them the next day but was leaving to go out of state. They said they would fix it as long as it wasn't cracked again. Here I am less than 1 week into this phone and the screen cracked!!! Cracked my phone screen walking around the mall, and having gone to All Mobile Matters my previous couple of experiences and them being flawless I expected more from them. I have an iPhone 7+ and usually their prices have been fairly true to everyone else's so I went in there thinking this was still the truth. Well, I was wrong. Service was great, don't remember the dudes name but he was good. Second of all, they say "OEM parts", but the screen on my 7+ doesn't 'pop' like it used to and clearly has a more blue tint to it like my old iPhone 6 did. Not only this but I was charged nearly $40 more to have them do it than if I were to take it to apple and it be off warranty. Unfortunately I won't be using them again and with the whole screen color thing it makes me think they're cutting corners and their business practices are a little shaky now. Update: Went back in and they said it was a faulty screen... still upset I was charged a premium but it is what it is and my screen works now at least. read more

Delayed review. I went in a few months ago after having dropped my phone. Walked in, Vinnie helped me out right away. One of the nicest people in customer service I have ever dealt with. He fixed my phone fast, took the yelp deal I had without a problem. My phone was acting super funny, not recognizing my touch or anything. Took it back to Vinnie the next day, no questions asked replaced my screen with no problem and said if anything happens, come back and he would more than gladly fix it again. We bought a few other things from him, screen protector and case. He was so nice, and so very efficient. I would totally recommend people to him, and I would go back in a heart beat. I would give this place no stars if I could . I went in today trying to get my phone repaired from a shit job the guy did to begin with. It has "ghost" marks on it and the guy (Mexican with facial hair) wanted to charge me full price to get it fixed . I got it fixed last year and the guy couldn't have me any kind of discount . Got a quote over the phone to fix the microphone in my ipad pro. They said they would do it for $119 and that it could be done by Monday. I drove 25 minutes to get there, and when I arrived the person I had spoke to on the phone was apparently not around, the part they needed had to be special ordered, and the cost was actually $360+. My HTC M8 phone was dropped into water. All I wanted was to open the phone up to dry out the parts and to make sure that my battery did not short out. I went to two different locations. Representative in Chandler Mall was completely stoned out and proceeded to tell me for 10 minutes why he wouldn't want to open the phone up (apparently it was just hard). Representative at Tempe Marketplace downright refused to work with HTC phone, saying that I need to send it to the HTC service center. What a find!! I'm old, so I don't have much need for cell phone insurance. So, imagine my dismay when I recently dropped my phone, shattering my screen, with no insurance. My lifetime streak of dodging a phone repair...over. I did a search on Yelp to find a location near my house, and stumbled upon All Mobile Matters. Horrible experience at this location. Quick flight to see family, next day flight and phone won't charge. Took several phone calls to get a live person- at a different location. The gentleman that answered was courteous and asked that I keep trying, as they might be busy. Three calls later, the correct location answered and was quite short, but we went anyway- as we already on our way. The store was EMPTY when we arrived. Not even a tech in the store. When the tech did show up, was very curt and did not want to replace the charging port on the phone. First berated me for dropping the phone while it was plugged in. Then told us we were using cheap cords. Even though one of our iPhones worked with several, the one in question did not. We left without the work being done. My wife cracked the front and back of her iPhone 4s. The screen also went out so we needed a cheap fix ASAP because she was driving me nuts on either getting her a brand new galaxy or the phone repaired. The verizon store on power and southern told me my upgrade was in a couple months so best alternative was to take it to these guys! Went in to the mall and walked right up to the counter and handed over my phone. They quoted me $100 for the entire repair and they did it under 2 hours. Another thing that I appreciated was they accepted the check in off on yelp so that took care of the tax for me. They also give a 60 day warranty on their repairs.
