Absolutely do not--under any circumstances--do business with this company. They don't always fix things correctly, but the biggest issue is the owner's greed and lack of integrity. My family and I have had the displeasure of doing business with this company 3 times, but I'll just share the issues I've had. Encounter #1: I bought an iPhone 4S off of Craigslist from the owner. I didn't know who he was--it was just your standard Craigslist transaction. The screen had a greenish tint--some other kind of glass? He said it was better, but I can tell you what wasn't better--the screen protruded further than the OEM glass, so the phone would NEVER be able to fit into a normal, protective case. Little did I know I'd be meeting him again. Encounter #2: A few months later, I found that the Facetime had never worked on the phone. Something wrong with a microphone . . . . I searched Craigslist for an iPhone repair person, and that led me to these guys. I brought the phone in. They "fixed" it. I took it home. It wasn't fixed. I took it back at least one more time (might have been two more times) before they actually fixed it correctly. By the end of this encounter, I was pretty frustrated with them. But wait--there's more. I needed two little screws for the bottom of an iPhone 4. How much did he charge me for these 2 little screws? $5. I suppose that price wasn't so bad . . . IF I WAS BUYING 200 OF THEM. But I paid it--I just didn't want to ever see him again. As I left, I thought to myself . . . "hey . . . is this the same guy I bought the phone from????" It sure was. Last week my iPhone glass cracked and bits and pieces kept breaking off every time I used it. I called a dozen places that day, the prices were so unreasonable. They repaired my iPad that was previously repaired by a company Rapid iPhone Fix (he fixed a cracked screen). Soon after the iPad had problems with the touch screen typing and he wouldn't come fix it again (customer service level over 9000 obviously). These guys came in and used way more sturdier glass and also got me some deals fixing my other old iPhones and further reinforcing my roommates current iPhone. Just by talking to them you can tell they use the best materials and actually know what they are talking about. Would recommend them to my friends in the future! I bought a brand-new, in-the-box, Silver Galaxy S7 Edge from a t Mobile retail store in Feb and cracked the front glass a week later. I found iSolutions, LLC at 7755 E. Redfield Rd., Scottsdale, AZ 85260, (480) 809-3592. They had the best price for an S7 Edge glass-only replacement ($150). I met Jake at the Redfield address and he was very, very late and I couldn't get in the building where the business was because the door was locked. This made me very uncomfortable. However, he offered an invaluable service and told me he was passionate about this kind of work so I was willing to make exceptions because I was desperate. I paid $40 in advance for them to order the part and I dropped off the phone on the morning of March 24 to have the glass replaced. I was told it shouldn't take more than 48-hours and, yes, I did sign a waiver and I understood that it was possible that the repair might not go as expected but Jake loved doing this type of work and he was very optimistic since my screen wasn't shattered, it only had a single crack across the screen. Jake said he would call me as soon as the phone was ready. I hadn't heard from anyone at iSolutions by March 27 so I decided to text them for an update. This had been my primary method of communicating with them. This time, I had NO RESPONSE AT ALL and, frustratingly, this would be the continued pattern. The next day, I call. I left a VM, no response. No communication whatsoever. On the 28th, someone finally answered but it was not Jake. He said that the part that they ordered was defective and was being re-ordered but it wasn't here yet. Ok, fine. Things happen. I decide to have more patience. 3 days go by and nothing from iSolutions. More calls with no answer, more VMs with no response. After calling from work, from another phone number, the same male answers that I spoke to on the 28th. He tells me that my LCD screen 'didn't make it'. I will need to pay $350 to have the LCD screen replaced completely. At this point, I am tired of the frustration and having to chase people for answers about my VERY EXPENSIVE LIFELINE. I deny having them replace the LCD and I ask them when I can pick up the phone. He puts me on hold so he can find out where the phone is (why it isn't at the phone repair store is my only question?) and then he NEVER comes back to the line. I wait for 15 minutes (yes, I timed it) before I hang up and start calling back. No answer, no answer, no answer. Finally, I leave a voicemail requesting to pick up my phone today and that I would be there ASAP. I try to call one more time from my regular phone and, this time, the same guy answers (I think his name is Victor) and he tells me that it is fine to pick-up the phone today but I owe them $100 for the 'work they did'. Had two phones fixed - a Galaxy Note 2 (small crack on glass) and a Galaxy S5 (shattered LCD). Guy said to meet him at the shop in just thirty minutes because they do mobile repair, that is, they will drive to your home/business and repair your device and he was on a job. No big deal, I wait 45 minutes and drive to the shop, and when I arrive I give the guy a call and he says it'll be another 35 minutes. I sat and waited in the parking lot for that 35 minutes because it was too far from home and not a long enough time to drive there and back. That's the reason for 4 stars. The guys there did a good job on both phones, but they were unrealistic on time. When I said I was bringing my Note 2 in as well (an extra $80 repair), they didn't seem that enthused, but it appears to be working well. I wish they would have given me a timeframe on how long that would've taken because I wound up spending a solid three hours at their shop either sitting in my truck or just waiting on the Note 2's screen to "cure". It's a quality repair place - just give the customer a heads up on how long things take. read more

I waited a long time to give this review because I didn't want to write it when I was still upset. If you're not in the mood to read let me summarize my review: he is always late and is at best unwilling to admit when he can't fix something and cut his losses and at worst, incompetent. His first trip out he was an hour late. He kept saying he was 10 minutes away. That 10 minutes eventually stretched into an hour. He spent the better part of an hour fixing the iPad and then wrapped it in bubble wrap and told me not to touch it for a few days. About a week later I pop the plastic off only to discover there's dust under the glass and he cracked the corner of the glass when installing it. I text him and he says he'll come fix it. No harm no foul. I understand even the best don't get it right all the time. I'm out of town but I schedule a time for him to come and let my inlaws know when he'll arrive. He's a no-show. No call, no nothing. I text him and he says he's sorry but that the part he had was wrong and it would be available the next day. Ok, again I understand but again you can't call? No communication here. So he comes the next day, wraps it up again and says to leave it for a few days. I jokingly said that wouldn't be a problem as I wouldn't be back to my inlaws for a few months. When I do get to my inlaws I immediately notice more dust under the screen than before and the left 5mm of the touchscreen is dead. On top of that the grid for the touchscreen is clearly visible, even when using the device. It's clearly a cheap screen. But the worst part is that there are dead spots in the screen. So you can drag your finger across the display and when you get to a dead spot it acts as if you removed your finger from the display. At this point I'm pissed. I message Jake threatening a chargeback and he says to send it to him and he'll fix it this time. I told him I have no faith in his ability to properly repair a device but he insists and I finally relent. He says he'll send the address tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and goes and nothin, more silence. A month goes by and I ask what's going on to which he responds that he's "sure" he sent it to me. He didn't. Finally I end up in Phoenix again and ask him if he wants to give it one last crack. He's nothing if not consistent because about 30 minutes after we were supposed to meet I called him (of course he didn't call me) and he tells me he grabbed the wrong screen. He's got to go back to his office and get the right one. Listen folks. These are Ipad and IPhone screens. They take up no room and any business person with a shred of sense would have them with them in case they got a call for a repair while they were out. He was just running really late, again, and this was the excuse of the day. To his credit he met me at a McDonalds with his kids. I'll give him credit for meeting me on a whim with his kids to try to get this fixed but it all went downhill from there. The kids were being kids and distracting him so it ends up taking him an hour to do the job. After he finishes it he shows it to me, almost proud to stick it to me that it's going to work but when he immediately points out the scratches on the back of the glass and calls them "unavoidable" I know this isn't going anywhere good. And would you guess it? It doesn't work, only this time he's there to see it. He put the home button in wrong so it doesn't click and the screen is completely unusable, by far the worst he's installed. It acts as if you're touching random areas of the screen. His response is to reboot the device. I'm laughing inside and feeling bad that this guy is trying to make this right but is just utterly incompetent. He doesn't know what he's doing and/ or is so poor at time management that he forces himself to hurry and his work suffers as a result. Of course that reboot didn't change things but I know that he didn't have another screen on him and I also knew that at this point he couldn't fix it after three tries. What am I going to do? Waste another hour sitting there while he goes for lucky number 4? Unfortunately it only gets worse. After getting home and assessing things further I noticed that my Smart Cover no longer awoke the iPad when you opened it. That's because he forgot to put the magnets back in the IPad. The screen? Well there isn't a seem that's flush with the iPad's bezel. The adhesive is so cheap that every time I go to use it the first thing I have to do is push the screen back down to seal against the iPad. And then of course it's a total crapshoot as to whether or not it will work for more than 5 minutes. I'm a fair guy. This has been a 6 month saga. I gave him 3 chances to do what should by all accounts be a simple job for someone that advertises being able to repair iPads. He was late every time, didn't show up once and made the device worse every time he touched it. I'm left with an unusable ipad. I don't hold a grudge but I feel others should be warned. read more

Please do not go here. They keep your device to fix for a long period of time. They made an excuse for putting the iMac back together wrong. Tried to take it to Apple but Apple didn't want to touch it, afraid they would move or take something out that was already put in wrong from these guys. Explained this to Isolutions and they just said negative comments about Apple. Just a future warning for clients, be aware of what you sign because they have a waiver stating if THEY do more damage or wrong doing more to the device by accident, they are not responsible. read more

CONTINUED FROM PREVIOUS...When I arrive, the door is locked, AGAIN. I call and knock with no response. Finally, the guys at Interlocks show up and let me in. The guy that is at the front desk is the guy that has been answering the phone but he is not the same guy that does the repairs. He doesn't even acknowledge me. Jake is actually THERE this time and he 'happily' reports to me that I won't lose the $150 I have already invested in the phone repair and if I bring it back to them, they will replace the LCD completely for another $200. I pay them $110 to get my phone back with NO LCD screen at all. I have no idea if it is even the same phone I dropped off to them almost 2-weeks before but I decide I am never coming back, I don't care to work with them again. I am completely burnt out on this experience and I am just happy to be done with this company and their horrible communication so I take my phone home, in its unusable state and vow to never even THINK about iSolutions ever again. Unfortunately, this is not the end of this saga. I FINALLY save up $300 to get my LCD screen replaced at another, more highly recommended business on Yelp. I am so excited!!! Finally, I will get my phone back after months of brewing in anger. I drop it off at my new repair shop and they have the part in stock and they will have it done in AN HOUR! The hour passes and I return to my new repair shop but my problems continue with iSolutions. My new repair shop asks me upon return, if I was sure this was a t Mobile phone. I was most definitely sure! He reports to me that whoever opened the phone last must have removed the original t Mobile charging port and replaced it with an AT&T charging port then because not only was the part removed and replaced with one of a different service provider but there were several screws missing and now the menu button on the screen is inoperable/dead. IN my mind, iSolutions probably had a customer that needed an S7 Edge charging port and, being the sneaky 'opportunists' they are, they removed my charging port and were planning to 'fix' their little cover up when I coughed up the other $200 that I would be paying to have them replace my LCD screen again. Keep in mind, this is just my speculation based on my experience with iSolutions so far. Luckily, for me, my new repair shop worked with me to replace the charging port, the LCD screen and troubleshoot the problems with the cellular band being disrupted since iSolutions removed the charging port. Finally, I have my phone back. I hope someone saves themselves some heartache by not working with iSolutions, if they are on the fence about it and that they find a local shop with a good reputation. I can't wait to hear the reasons they come up with, as to why it was okay that they stole parts out of my phone. I have seen their responses to other bad reviews and I can see that they try to make it appear to be the customer's fault and they do not seem to have any accountability for running a business poorly and in bad faith. read more

Horrible - DO NOT GO HERE! They actually BROKE my phone, refused to fix, no longer answering phone, mailbox is full. Brought a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 with a cracked screen to them, they "fixed" it, but within 2 days the glass was coming off. I brought it back to them to fix and they apologized, said they would fix it, but in the process of putting it back on they cracked the screen again. They apparently did not have the tools to fix it and told me that they would call me within the hour when the partner got back from another repair and would meet me to fix it. I did not get a call. I called multiple times and their mailbox is full. If you go to their location their doors are always locked, even when they are supposedly open. read more

Stay away from this business. They promised on four occasions to come to my house to fix an iPhone and a Samsung tablet but never showed up. One time they even said they were on their way, expecting to be there in 30 minutes. I have a big phone, the Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 inch, which is the biggest in the US market, and with a bigger screen it's more prone to breaking whether its dropped or accidentally pressured because it's so big and in tight pockets that can barely fit it but I now have had mine fixed twice by these guys and my gf's phone screen has been replaced twice too and every time it's always cheaper than paying with my insurance to get a refurbished phone and then having to log in to all my accounts and download a bunch of apps I use all over again. I've called them so many times that Jake actually knows me by name probably lol but they threw in a tempered glass screen protector the last time I had them fix my screen for half price. They're very nice and come to you too. He came to San Tan Valley to my house to fix my phone screen which was cool. They're the best in price and service for screen replacement. read more
