    Wor Wonton Soup

I wanted some soup and I decided to try a new place. The wonton soup was different than what I was used to but it was pleasant. Their egg rolls was amazing! The quality is way better than the "regular" egg rolls other places offer. This has now become one of my "go-to" places if I want some soup or egg rolls and I have to try their other items as well. They give a free can beverage if you check in as well.

The food is always so bomb and so is the service. It's a must eat authentic Chinese bistro

Amazing Pad Thai, Vegetable Fried Rice, and A10. Cream Cheese Fried Wonton (6)!

Phenomenal food! These reviews do not justify how tasty, high quality, and diverse the food is here! I visited this delightful shop with my club, and everyone could not get enough. Fresh, refreshing food, authentic tea, and amazing ambiance. I've never liked cheese wonton, but their's is heavenly. It melts in your mouth and is sweet. #kissedbyanangel This Chinese restaurant has me craving for more! I recommend all my friends here now! Definitely a hot spot for vegetarian delight!

Fair price and great food and service with a smile

Always so friendly and fast. Not so fast that the food is sitting under a heat lamp, this we know as we can always see the cook, Chinese, moving so quick preparing our fresh food. About the only thing that may be frozen and then quick fried is the egg rolls and won tons, but they are good. Decent pricing too v

Big portion. Great flavor. Not too salty or oily. I ordered sesame chicken and teriyaki chicken. The breading wasn't too much on the sesame chicken. Vegetables were good. Noodles not cooked too long. Rice delicious. Sesame chicken was very tender and super bomb. Overall delicious plate. Nice decor, clean newer place. Will be back.

    KungPao Chicken

Tried it for the first time, I ordered the lunch specials of KungPao Chicken, Chowmein, Pepper Beef and Beef Pad Thai. Flavorless food.. KungPao Chicken- They are strips of chicken with a lot of onions and vegetables and it is not spicy at all it was flavorless Pepper Beef- Obviously it's peppered beef so it has a huge amount of pepper however once you eat the beef the texture of the beef is kind a different very soft like it's just been over cooked more than one time Pad Thai- I have had my fair share of this dish and let me tell you horrible.. The noodles were extremely soggy to the point that I was trying to serve them out of the container and they smooshed like mashed potatoes again no flavor to the food Will never order again, was very disappointed

Very nice dining room. This was at 1pm on a Saturday. Shortly after I took this photo, a family of 5 came in so it wasn't always empty.

In an area where there are as many Chinese quick service restaurants as there are Starbucks, it's important to find a unique way to draw people to your place. This place is kind of tucked into a corner and hard to see unless your driving east on Chapman Ave. Even then, you have to be looking for a restaurant to really notice it. When I pulled up around 1pm on a Saturday, there was only one other customer, but I was greeted immediately with a very friendly welcome. Not overly aggressive to immediately take my order, she let me peruse the menu until I was ready. The place is very clean and well decorated. In talking with the woman behind the counter, they've only been open since last summer and she said people are still finding them for the first time. I ordered the Orange Chicken, lunch portion (there's a dinner portion as well). She asked what kind of side dish I wanted, fried rice, white rice, chow mien, etc. I opted for white rice as I like simple foods. Total cost - $7. Not bad for what you get. I checked in on Yelp so received a free soft drink. My order was to go so I waited a nice oversized comfy chair until it was ready. They don't make the food until you order it. When I got home, the food was still hot and tasted excellent. They added veggies to the orange chicken which most places don't. The orange chicken was very moist. The portion size was perfect. Towards the bottom of the dish, the orange sauce had settled so it was a little to much for me. Probably wouldn't happen when eating in though. Overall, I rate it in between a traditional sit down Chinese restaurant and quick service pull from the pan place. I'll definitely eat here again when I'm in the area. I might even dine in next time.

They added broccoli stem as broccoli..... -_-

Wow. This is by far the WORST Chinese food I've ever had, and I've had really terrible Chinese food in my life. The "orange chicken" tasted like dried frozen chicken was flavored with fruity pebbles. Ordered chicken with chow mein for $1 extra but it smelled like plastic for some reason.... so disappointed. Don't order from here

Bland flavor. Egg rolls were burnt. Sesame chicken had a brown gravy, instead of a sweet glaze. Pad Thai was pretty lackluster.

The finger foods was Asian‑inspired, with flavors like black sesame, curry, and other creative twists that made each bite feel unique. Every piece was thoughtfully made, rich, and decadent without feeling repetitive, and the presentation was beautiful across the board. It definitely felt like a more elevated, modern take on afternoon tea. The tea itself, however, fell a bit short for me. I ordered a non‑caffeinated chrysanthemum tea, which unfortunately didn't have much depth or flavor. My friend's Darjeeling was better, but still not as rich or complex as I've had elsewhere. Given how strong the Asian inspiration is in the food, it would've been nice to see more thoughtful decaf tea options in that same direction, like decaf sencha, barley tea, or kuromamecha, to better match the concept. Price: The afternoon tea service is prix fixe at around $45 per person, which includes a curated set of savory bites, desserts, and a pot of tea. For the quality and creativity of the food, the price feels pretty reasonable compared to other OC tea services, though the tea itself didn't quite meet the same level as the food. Ambiance: The space is bright, warm, and inviting, with a nice amount of natural sunlight coming in that makes it feel cozy rather than stuffy. There are subtle Asian design elements woven into the décor, giving it a modern, slightly upscale feel without being overly formal. It's a great spot to catch up with friends and linger over tea. Service: Service was good, friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. Even during a busy service, staff remained kind and approachable, which added to the overall relaxed vibe. Parking: Parking can take a bit of effort. Since it's located on a busy street in Orange, you may need to circle around the roundabout or park a little farther away and walk over. Not impossible, but definitely something to plan for, especially on weekends.

I stopped by for an early dinner on my way back to San Diego last weekend. My friend and I each got the bulgogi garlic noodles (I added the egg but for $2.50 not sure it added a lot of flavor or value to the dish), shared the wings and an order fries. I also ordered a Vietnamese coffee on the cashier's recommendation--good suggestion, nice flavor without an overpowering amount of sugar. The wings were fantastic. Fries were fair, good portions and flavorful. I liked the noodles but weren't blown away. Everything was very soft, not a lot of textural change. The portion was generous with lots of bulgogi beef. The service was great--friendly and responsive. They have a small lot which was fine at 530pm on Sunday but probably problematic at lunch or normal dinner hours. My one complain was dirty dining room. Maybe it was just after the lunch rush, but the tables and floor could have used some wiping and the trash cans were full. We came with reservations on Saturday night before Mother's Day. The first thing I thought when I walked in was that there was a live band playing with bad speakers because the music was so loud. But when I saw there was no band, I thought maybe their speakers were broken because the music had that scratchiness to it. Then I realized it was a DJ spinning vinyls with foreign music from the 1950's with that scratchy vintage sound on full blast (think shrill trumpets and shrill voices.) Now don't get me wrong, the music was wonderful and very unique ( again, a lot of foreign songs) with a few I even knew...my husband and I loved most of the songs that were played. HOWEVER not when it's so loud that we can't even hear our own thoughts! I felt annoyed within the first 5 minutes of being seated when my family and I had to keep repeating ourselves, and my husband even went to check the rest of the place to see if it was any quieter anywhere else, but it was blaring music everywhere. I ended up ordering for my whole table of 8 people because we couldn't even hear each other over the music to make suggestions on what to order. My adult kids (all in their 20's) kept apologizing for recommending this place for my mother's day dinner. But oh my, the food was delicious---practically everything I ordered was amazing! OMG the hangar steak skewers, pork belly skewers, iberico pork secreto steak, little gem salad, and their bread with goatmilk -butter were my faves! We also had the short ribs and the pork fried rice with prawns but they were mid...nothing to write home about. This would've been a great place to come have a drink at the bar for happy hour or even late at night on a weekend since they open until 1am on thursday, friday, saturday... but don't come for dinner unless you bring earplugs and learn sign language or know how to read lips because there will be no conversations over dinner unless it's just to the person sitting next to you. Even so, I noticed the young couple next to us looking very annoyed-- they got up and left after quickly finishing up their one cocktail while the speakers blared out an instrumental piece of a girl moaning the whole time until she climaxed. Heck---I'll have whatever SHE'S having lol So plz keep the music down several notches until after 10pm, and let the rest of us enjoy our dinner so that we can sing praises on how delicious everything was. Until you do, I think I'll cross this place off my list for now and revisit again sometime in the FAR future.
