    Honey walnut shrimp

This place is the real deal. My brother and I got the potstickers, szechwan chicken, and honey walnut shrimp. All were excellently cooked, with no overpowering flavors and all of the vegetables cooked just right. The potstickers were perfect, with obviously handmade wraps. My brother thought the honey walnut shrimp was a bit sweet, but I thought it was perfect. Very juicy! Fast service. Will return.

Really great local spot! The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Portions are generous, and everything tastes like it's made with care. The staff is super friendly, and the service is quick. Plus, they have almond cookies - a love of mine!. Definitely one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in the area.

Since I left New York I always wanted real Chinese Food and now I've found it. The Orange Chicken was phenomenal.

Everything was excellent especially the service. I usually don't get impressed easily but we will certainly be back.

Quality family-style Chinese restaurant, hidden in Orange. This spot has been around forever. We stopped by after a hike, and it turned out to be the perfect choice! We ordered the sweet and sour chicken, stir-fried prawns, and crab rangoon. I love how the stir-fried dishes weren't greasy or overly heavy with MSG--just nicely seasoned. The sweet and sour chicken leaned a bit sweeter than I prefer, but the flour coating was very thin, making it a satisfying meal. My only complaint is about the crab rangoon--it was good, but I could mostly taste the cream cheese, not much crab. The restaurant has a calming vibe, which I really appreciated--and the food matched that feeling. Service was Professional and Excellent!

    1) the people are excellent!!! Almost everyone checked in on us multiple times... very family feeling... 2) the decor is nice and fun... with a Chinese flair... black red and white with a couple happy buddhas and even a cross on one 3) the food is excellent... we had Salt and pepper pork, cashew chicken, house chowmein... it was perfect so flavorful and not greasy (just how I love it) we wish we could pack it up and move them to Sacramento where we are seriously lacking in good Chinese food! Thanks for a delicious late lunch

    5 Piece Vegetable Egg Rolls

I was headed to Albertsons to grab dinner but seen this place and yelp the reviews and seen 4.3 stars and thought why not. I really should have stuck with the not, but this place was not worth the $45 dollars I paid. The orange chicken tasted burnt and salty. As you can see in the picture the glaze is super dark so I know the sauce was over cooked and burnt. It tasted nothing like orange. The fried rice tasted like boxed frozen burnt rice as well. Nothing tasted fresh. It all tasted like old food that was reheated in a pan and thrown in a box and changed $45 dollars for it. I'm so disappointed because food cost to much for it to be nasty. I don't know who is giving this place 5 stars but they are definitely lying. I wouldn't recommend this place or go back. The best thing was the vegetable egg rolls, but I didn't spend $45 for some veggie rolls. Please if you want to get good food and not waste your time or money DO NOT EAT HERE.

Looks like a converted bar with plenty of booths. Our no nonsense server warmed up to us as lunch progressed. We ordered sweet and sour and king pao chicken from the somewhat (?) lunch menu, both very inexpensive. My wife liked the hot n sour soup. My egg flower soup was a STAR! Not too thick, great flavor and nice and hot! Some large egg rolls were included. A little oily for my taste but again, Irene liked hers. You can ask for some S&S/mustard dipping sauce. A slightly different take on how they prepared the mustard. The sweet and sour was decent breaded chicken with good homemade sauce, chopped onions and peppers. No pineapple darn it. My Kung Pao could have been called Kung zucchini! That was okay as the portion was huge and I shared some. Plenty of peanuts too (I wished they had been cooked inside the wok..). More than enough fried rice (we took some home. I always ask myself would we come back? A resounding yes as I have to try their egg foo young! I admit I was disappointed that the tea is in a single serve bag instead of a pot.

The dumplings were packed with flavor, and every dish we ordered disappeared way too fast. The only thing that could use a little improvement is the service. It seemed like the staff may have been a bit understaffed or just a little unorganized during our visit, so things took a bit longer than expected. That said, everyone was still friendly and doing their best, so it didn't take away from the overall experience. I'd absolutely come back because the food alone is worth the visit. Hopefully next time the service is a little smoother, but if you're craving great dumplings, this place is definitely worth checking out.

I noticed there weren't many people there. Granted, it was still early and I'm assuming you'll get a little busier as the night goes on. We were greeted and seated at a table. The people were nice and while I was surprised they didn't speak. Cantonese, the server spoke Mandarin and help us make decision on what items to order. We ended up getting the green beans, the filet mignon French style, a black bean fish fillet, and their house special fried rice. I thought the best item that we got was the fried rice. They put a decent amount of shrimp and barbecue pork and it tasted pretty good. The green beans was a tad bit on the sweeter side which I wasn't used to, but it had decent flavors. The filet mignon was a little bit on the smaller side and there wasn't a ton of pieces in there and it was the most expensive dish of the night. I probably will skip that next time. The fish fillet was actually pretty good. All in all, 3.5/5 stars is probably what I would give it. There are definitely better Chinese restaurants if you're willing to drive a little bit out. At least it's nice that this place is conveniently close to where we live.

The parking is okay, its pretty small but its do able. We went to eat around 2 PM on a weekday so parking was great and the restaurant wasn't too busy. We were greeted the moment we walked in and sat at a table. What I liked about their menu was that they offer smaller plates if you want to order individually, and also offer family size plates for sharing. We of course opted for the bigger plates. We ordered orange chicken, chow mein, white rice, broccoli and beef, and pad thai. I want to start off by saying I'm typically picky with my orange chicken. It usually has a tad of an artificial flavor. This place was realllyyyyyy good. The flavor was good for all the dishes we got, the portions were very generous and more than enough for 3. The servers were all nice and checked in periodically on our table. Honestly I would come back here, knowing its affordable with fair portions and good flavor!

And said we decided to share and eat off of my two brothers plate before we decided to consider coming back or eating more. There was only one worker that was working at the time, but she did a phenomenal job, considering she was holding down the fort for the restaurant by herself. She also mentioned she doesn't like lamb, but she would eat the one here herself so it gave me a pretty good first impression thus far. We ordered the lamb skewers, grilled rib, shank over rice, homemade yogurt, and Cole slaw. Lamb Skewers - 4.5/5 the portion was very generous! $15 for 3 large skewers that was about 1.25 ft length each. Was perfectly grilled and did not taste gamey at all. I believe it was Szechuan pepper that seasoned the skewers. I didn't eat enough to recognize if there was any numbing, but the bite that I took was amazing. Outside was crunchy inside was chewy enough to enjoy, but not tough. Grilled rib - 5/5 I was very pleasantly surprised at how although it was very charred and crunchy in the outside that the inside was very soft and fatty. The meat literally fell off the bone. Again, no gaminess and very pleasant to enjoy. Shank - 5/5 I would have to say that this was the hero of the evening from all the dishes we ordered. The meat was extremely soft, fatty, and literally fell off the bone as I was holding it up. It was very similar to pork flavor and extremely enjoyable for me. On a separate note, I enjoyed that so much but because I had already eaten before this dinner, I came back a separate day to have that dish for myself. The rice seems to be cooked in some type of protein broth and if I had to guess it's probably lamb broth along with carrot. It also came with size of pickled items to lighten the fatness from the meat as well as a small bowl of lamb based soup. Homemade yogurt - 4/5 had a slight tartness to it and light sweetness, but was more leaning towards the sweet side of things. I enjoyed it with the dried raisins and the granola for texture and it was a pretty good ending to the entire meal. Coleslaw - 3/5 it tasted average and didn't seem to be anything special. Though it was good to have it along with all the other protein items to lighten up each bite.
