Found this place being in the shopping center on Chapman and decided to give it a try. We went around dinner time on a weekday afternoon and the inside seating was very open. There was a good amount of tables inside! I ordered the vegetable tofu Soup, tender beef and broccoli, and honey walnut shrimp. The veggie tofu soup was seasoned very lightly (which was exactly what we wanted!) and the veggies and tofu were cooked just right. The honey walnut shrimp was absolutely delicious and would definitely recommend! The beef and broccoli had a great sweet and savory sauce that was very good. The service covered us well and checked on us multiple times throughout our meal. They were also quick to provide and additional requests we made. This place is the real deal. My brother and I got the potstickers, szechwan chicken, and honey walnut shrimp. All were excellently cooked, with no overpowering flavors and all of the vegetables cooked just right. The potstickers were perfect, with obviously handmade wraps. We ordered the sweet and sour chicken, stir-fried prawns, and crab rangoon. I love how the stir-fried dishes weren't greasy or overly heavy with MSG--just nicely seasoned. The sweet and sour chicken leaned a bit sweeter than I prefer, but the flour coating was very thin, making it a satisfying meal. My only complaint is about the crab rangoon--it was good, but I could mostly taste the cream cheese, not much crab. This was my first visit and it was lovely- there was a crew of firemen there when I entered and that was my first clue that the food would be great. We ordered sizzling rice soup to start which was delicious! There was a generous portion to take home. Then each of our entrees was so good and served fresh and piping hot. Portions were generous and we took some of these home as well. We were able to adjust the spice on the kung pao chicken which was appreciated. The only place in all of Orange County to order egg foo young. It's on the expensive side and the servers can be hit or miss but the food is excellent. My wife loves the walnut shrimp as well. They serve a very nice hot tea as well. I just wish they served egg foo young as a lunch option. I would eat there at least once a week if they did. I was headed to Albertsons to grab dinner but seen this place and yelp the reviews and seen 4.3 stars and thought why not. I really should have stuck with the not, but this place was not worth the $45 dollars I paid. The orange chicken tasted burnt and salty. As you can see in the picture the glaze is super dark so I know the sauce was over cooked and burnt. It tasted nothing like orange. The fried rice tasted like boxed frozen burnt rice as well. Nothing tasted fresh. It all tasted like old food that was reheated in a pan and thrown in a box and changed $45 dollars for it. I'm so disappointed because food cost to much for it to be nasty. I don't know who is giving this place 5 stars but they are definitely lying. I wouldn't recommend this place or go back. The best thing was the vegetable egg rolls, but I didn't spend $45 for some veggie rolls. Please if you want to get good food and not waste your time or money DO NOT EAT HERE. read more

This place is amazing! Words can't describe alone the service you get overall. From the extremely friendly staff to the great quality food that you get. Another great thing about this area is you usually will never have to fight for parking! From the moment my family and I entered, we were greeted right away and immediately sat down. Our orders were taken and the food came out within minutes. They also ensured to check on our table from time to time, but at around 5:30-6PM, they began to get busier and the restaurant started to get packed (even their to-go were busy.) But they never stopped checking on the tables that were already eating as they seated new guests. Now to the food. We ordered Aromatic Chicken, Honey Walnut Shrimp, Basil Chicken, Crispy Wontons, sides of rice and Pot Stickers. Everything was very flavorful and the rice/chicken was almost perfectly made/moist. The Honey Walnut Shrimp here is probably the best I have ever had from anywhere (and their best seller). I highly recommend trying at least this if you come. Crispy Wonton and Pot stickers will speak for themselves because they were definitely crispy on the outside and delicious on the inside. The Aromatic Chicken and Basil Chicken were perfectly seasoned. As a result, I was not dissatisfied one bit, and would absolutely recommend you try this restaurant at least once. We were looking to taste their Three Ingredient dish. I asked Daniel if they could add some vegetables to the dish. OMG! when we received the dish, it was custom made. Exactly what we were looking for. The vegetables were fresh, and a variey of vegetables. The brown sauce was mild..perfect!! The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and is very clean. The Good - Good food - Large portions - Good service - Good, safe location The Bad - Service can be slow on a real busy night There are so many good Chinese restaurants over the years that I don't take the long standing mom and pop operations for granted. This has restaurant been around a long time, and there are many long time customers. The place is small and intimate, with mostly booths and a few tables. Also, the parking is easy since most other shops are closed at dinner time when we've gone. It's also a safe location near the junior college. There is decent selection of food and portions are generous for the price. I like the House special Lo Main with shrimp, chicken, pork, and beef with pieces of broccoli. It's way too much for two people especially if you're ordering other things. I also like the Mongolian Beef. F;avpr pf tje Mongolian Beef was excellent with lots and lots of onion. My only beef (haha) about the beef was that it wasn't as tender as te last time. The above dishes are favorites because even after two people eat that with rice, there's a lot of food left over which is great for reheating the following night. I've also had their sweet and sour pork, and aromatic shrimp, both good and plenty. But I tend to favor dishes not friend or two sweet. Also, always order their sizzing rice soup with chicken and shrimp, veggies like carrots, pears, and zuchinni. A small size is enough for two, and by the time I eat half of it, I'm almost full. Add some soy sauce and hot chili paste and it's even better. Service is usually good, but I've been there when the whole place is full, with every seat taken and service was slow. But strangely, the last time I was the last weekend in July, there were only two parties but lots and lots of take out orders. They did a good job of refilling sodas, and always love the fortune cookie and almond cookie at the end. read more
