    Wor Wonton Soup
    Shanae V.

I wanted some soup and I decided to try a new place. The wonton soup was different than what I was used to but it was pleasant. Their egg rolls was amazing! The quality is way better than the "regular" egg rolls other places offer. This has now become one of my "go-to" places if I want some soup or egg rolls and I have to try their other items as well. They give a free can beverage if you check in as well.

The food is always so bomb and so is the service. It's a must eat authentic Chinese bistro

Amazing Pad Thai, Vegetable Fried Rice, and A10. Cream Cheese Fried Wonton (6)!

Phenomenal food! These reviews do not justify how tasty, high quality, and diverse the food is here! I visited this delightful shop with my club, and everyone could not get enough. Fresh, refreshing food, authentic tea, and amazing ambiance. I've never liked cheese wonton, but their's is heavenly. It melts in your mouth and is sweet. #kissedbyanangel This Chinese restaurant has me craving for more! I recommend all my friends here now! Definitely a hot spot for vegetarian delight!

Fair price and great food and service with a smile

Always so friendly and fast. Not so fast that the food is sitting under a heat lamp, this we know as we can always see the cook, Chinese, moving so quick preparing our fresh food. About the only thing that may be frozen and then quick fried is the egg rolls and won tons, but they are good. Decent pricing too v

Big portion. Great flavor. Not too salty or oily. I ordered sesame chicken and teriyaki chicken. The breading wasn't too much on the sesame chicken. Vegetables were good. Noodles not cooked too long. Rice delicious. Sesame chicken was very tender and super bomb. Overall delicious plate. Nice decor, clean newer place. Will be back.

    KungPao Chicken

Tried it for the first time, I ordered the lunch specials of KungPao Chicken, Chowmein, Pepper Beef and Beef Pad Thai. Flavorless food.. KungPao Chicken- They are strips of chicken with a lot of onions and vegetables and it is not spicy at all it was flavorless Pepper Beef- Obviously it's peppered beef so it has a huge amount of pepper however once you eat the beef the texture of the beef is kind a different very soft like it's just been over cooked more than one time Pad Thai- I have had my fair share of this dish and let me tell you horrible.. The noodles were extremely soggy to the point that I was trying to serve them out of the container and they smooshed like mashed potatoes again no flavor to the food Will never order again, was very disappointed

Very nice dining room. This was at 1pm on a Saturday. Shortly after I took this photo, a family of 5 came in so it wasn't always empty.

In an area where there are as many Chinese quick service restaurants as there are Starbucks, it's important to find a unique way to draw people to your place. This place is kind of tucked into a corner and hard to see unless your driving east on Chapman Ave. Even then, you have to be looking for a restaurant to really notice it. When I pulled up around 1pm on a Saturday, there was only one other customer, but I was greeted immediately with a very friendly welcome. Not overly aggressive to immediately take my order, she let me peruse the menu until I was ready. The place is very clean and well decorated. In talking with the woman behind the counter, they've only been open since last summer and she said people are still finding them for the first time. I ordered the Orange Chicken, lunch portion (there's a dinner portion as well). She asked what kind of side dish I wanted, fried rice, white rice, chow mien, etc. I opted for white rice as I like simple foods. Total cost - $7. Not bad for what you get. I checked in on Yelp so received a free soft drink. My order was to go so I waited a nice oversized comfy chair until it was ready. They don't make the food until you order it. When I got home, the food was still hot and tasted excellent. They added veggies to the orange chicken which most places don't. The orange chicken was very moist. The portion size was perfect. Towards the bottom of the dish, the orange sauce had settled so it was a little to much for me. Probably wouldn't happen when eating in though. Overall, I rate it in between a traditional sit down Chinese restaurant and quick service pull from the pan place. I'll definitely eat here again when I'm in the area. I might even dine in next time.

They added broccoli stem as broccoli..... -_-

Wow. This is by far the WORST Chinese food I've ever had, and I've had really terrible Chinese food in my life. The "orange chicken" tasted like dried frozen chicken was flavored with fruity pebbles. Ordered chicken with chow mein for $1 extra but it smelled like plastic for some reason.... so disappointed. Don't order from here

Great spot never busy. A little expensive for what it is but worth trying once. Braised meats are the way to go here.

Lots of space to sit, love the ambiance feel like you were in an old train station. Service was great, I had questions about some of the coffees and they took their time explaining it to me. For food they only had pastries but for coffee and matcha lots of interesting options. They have beans from various parts of the World, but mainly Norway!!! We got really excited about this. We ordered a Volcano Latte and a regular latte. The Volcano latte had an explosion of flavors topped with a smoked salted foam out of this world. My new favorite. I will keep on coming to try more things while in town.

There are definitely more affordable options in the area for just as good quality. Service: My biggest gripe was the service, despite a sizeable line there is no priority to get patrons checked out with their drinks. I noticed 3 baristas all talking and taking it slow while orders were piling up. It took my one drink 15 minutes to make. There wasn't even much small talk at the register, so I'm confused why it took so long to get people's orders. Parking: parking is no longer free at the circle. Which personally, makes me less likely to choose play coffee in the future. They used to have a dedicated parking area for quick pick up orders for this cafe, but now it is $4 per hour. If my drink is nearly $10 I'm not paying an extra $4 just to order take out. OC has no shortage in cafes, similar menus can be found at Hola Adios in Tustin, and Kei coffee house in FV is a great option as well; all with free parking.

The coffee is delicious when served sweet and creamy and the staff is always nice to adjust your drink if you don't like it. I typically order the Iced Mint Mojito as its fresh, sweet, delicious and comes with fresh mint! This time I opted for the new seasonal Cashew Cocoa. This drink was also delicious, but a little too sweet for me, and if you don't like cashew milk I would opt for a different beverage. The pastries are on the sweeter side, so keep that in mind if you order the almond croissant or cinnamon roll, but the flavor is there. The blueberry muffin was probably my favorite as it was so moist and paired well with my coffee. This Orange establishment is nice and offers games (like most Philz') so you and your friends/family can play, while enjoying a coffee or pastry. The company even offers used coffee ground to take home for your garden - a full recycle moment! The staff is always pleasant and friendly, and each barista usually has a name tag in front of their station. If the place is busy (and it can be busy) you can also order online for a quick grab and go! The coffee, staff, and atmosphere keep me visiting the delicious Philz Coffee. Thank you!

Every time I come in, there are 5 to 6 employees behind the counter, but more than half of them are just standing around talking and laughing. It creates a distracting environment for the few people who are actually trying to work, and it shows in how slow and disorganized everything feels. What really pushed me to write this review is how often the app is completely inaccurate. I'll get a notification saying my drink is ready, only to show up and find that it hasn't even been started yet. Meanwhile, the person who is supposed to be making drinks is busy chatting with coworkers instead of focusing on orders. This isn't a one-time thing either. It's become a pattern, and nothing seems to improve. Long waits, lack of urgency, and poor communication make the whole experience frustrating, especially when you're paying premium prices for coffee. I used to enjoy coming here, but the repeated lack of professionalism and attention to customers has really turned me off. Hopefully management steps in and addresses this, because right now it feels like customers are not a priority at all.

Still, I decided to give this place a second chance (no angry neighbor this time), and I was glad I did! PARKING: There's street parking around the neighborhood - I parked on Almond Ave so I wasn't in front of a house. The spots right outside the shop were 30 minute only. If you can't find parking there's probably tons as you go east if you're willing to walk. WHAT I ORDERED: Pistachio cream cold brew THE DRINK: Amazing. I've had my share of acidic or bitter cold brews, and this was not one of them. The cream was perfectly sweetened and flavored . SERVICE: Exceeded my expectations. The baristas when I came in were very bubbly and answered my questions and gave me suggestions, and were funny too! I wish I got their names, but they were working on Monday early afternoon - I hope they get some recognition. We also got some samples of the food items (which may have swayed me to get the turkey panini next time I come in). Even with the experience I had above a while back ago, I remember going in to let the baristas know and they were very understanding and apologetic, which I really appreciated. VIBES: Probably one of the top coffee shops to get work done in OC. Here's my work-from-coffee-shop checklist: * OUTLETS: So many. Not at the tables downstairs but in the private rooms and at a lot of the seating upstairs. * WIFI/INTERNET: Yes, good speed * BATHROOMS: Yes, clean * WATER: You can ask for free water * VOLUME: Music was a little bit loud but not terrible * SEATING AVAILABILITY: Lotsssss of seats when I came on a Monday late morning-afternoon. Very cool that there were private rooms (which can be reserved two hours in advance if you call them), tables, bar-style seating upstairs, and most importantly, comfy couches!! * LAPTOP FRIENDLINESS: No restrictions BOTTOM LINE: I can't believe I almost missed out on this gem.
