We chose Zinburger for AZ restaurant week fall 2026. $33 per couple! $5 draught beer pour. Wow! Very impressed! Friendly staff, fast service, delicious food, and free parking! Fun space too! Lots of outdoor seating!
I basically always get the Chinese chicken salad and the truffle fries here and it's a perfect combo! I know it might seem weird to get a salad at a burger place, but it is really delicious. Service is always pretty good here so it's an easy dinner spot, especially before the movies
Our server was the absolute sweetest. She joked with us and worked really hard to make our visit wonderful. I wish i could remember her name it was Monday at 5pm Our food was delicious except for the French fries, they were just mid. Our dinner took awhile, I don't know if the kitchen was busy or under staffed but I was very satisfied with our server The skinny margarita was too sweet. I had to order another shot to make it a little bit better. I think ordering from the happy hour menu makes you think you are getting a deal but that drink didn't even taste anything like tequila and the second shot helped but I just don't recommend their margaritas. It's definitely a casual vibe and overall think it was pretty good but not sure I would go back
We came here for the deal they had for restaurant week. $44 for two people that includes an appetizer, two entrées, one dessert. We got the spicy wings as our appetizer. They were very acidic and sauced up, in a good way. Not exactly the most delicious wings I ever had, but definitely did the job. It also came with some sliced radishes and celery which I appreciated. For entrées we got the double Smashburger, and the bacon cheeseburger. They came with fries which I really liked, they were shoestring so very crispy. The burgers were a little underseasoned, while they were cooked quite nicely, we did need to add salt. The thousand island sauce they add honestly didn't add much flavor. The star of the show for us was the banana cream pie. The whipped cream on top was so delicious and there are pieces of banana in the pie that were a nice break from the cream. It was my first time having this, and I usually don't like banana, but I would genuinely come back just for this. Not sure if it's fresh made in house but it sure tasted good. Our server was nice and gave me an aïoli for the fries when I asked. Restaurant is casual and a great place to take the family for a dinner. I probably wouldn't come back unless they were running another deal again.
So I've been coming to Zinburger for a while now, but in a different location and had two bad experiences with food and just service. So I decided to try a different location to see if it was any better in hopes that it would be. I came here with my best friend and honestly 5/5 way better service is way. Better way. Better way better. Everything around was way better. I am glad that at least one of the locations can get it right.!!!!!
I've been coming to zinburger for so many years and it's such a good spot to get a delicious burger, fries, and a milkshake! They have all sorts of variations of burgers to try from and lots of fun fry basket. My favorite burger is the Zinburger (how it comes) and the sweet potato fries with extra salt! If you still have room afterward, their Oreo milkshake is SO GOOD and the chunks of Oreo are to die for! This spot is good in all seasons as they have an outdoor patio with misters and a super cute indoor area if it's too cold outside (rare for Phoenix!). This is your sign to go get a bite to eat! My wife and I recently were craving a good burger so we thought we'd try out the Zinburger at the Biltmore and make a night out of it. We had visited the Scottsdale Quarter location though this was our first time visiting the Biltmore location. It was easy to make a reservation via Open Table and to head out there for a weekend date night. There was plenty of nearby parking that was easy to find. We arrived early before our reservation to check out the bar as several of the cocktails sounded quite intriguing. We were plenty of seats at the bar (on both sides). We enjoyed learning about drinks from the bartender. I got a frozen concoction while my wife got a fruity one. They were served very quickly, and we made it to the host stand a few minutes before our reservation. It turned out that they were still getting tables prepared, and we got seated at our table right around our reservation time. Our server was great! She answered questions and made some great recommendations. She brought us a very tasty appetizer (Soft Pretzels and Cheese) that we ordered in only a few minutes. I ordered a classic Zinburger while my wife got the All-American Veggie Burger (and we each got fries). I ordered a frozen lemonade while my wife continued working on her drink from earlier. We then ordered a Chocolate Pie to share for dessert. Everything showed up in a timely manner, and everything was tasty. We're glad we ordered what we did. Happy hour is from 3-6 PM on weekdays and include discounted bites, burgers, floats, pie, cocktails, beer, and wine. Our server, Vienna, was lovely! She was very helpful with the menu and checked on us regularly to see if we need anything. Double smashed burger was exactly how you'd expect a great smashed burger would be. The brioche bun was very buttery and paired great with the thin patty. Hit guac bottom is massive! I think it's new to the menu and it tasted great! If you are looking for something more interesting, give this a go. It does have a bit of kick to it though so maybe think twice if you couldn't take spicy. We sat outside and it was nice and toasty with the ceiling heater.
It's a nice plaza with a modern interior design, so if you're looking for a fine dining burger experience, this is a good place to go. The burger was kind of small for the price (tasty though) but funny enough more affordable than most fast food restaurants. As I mentioned before, the patty is actually well cooked and juicy. The green chili fries I got as a side were actually very impressive. They do have quite a strong kick to them, so if you're not into spice, I wouldn't get it. I had also gotten the strawberry milkshake which tasted pretty standard.
Checked out Zinburger after an event in the surrounding area. This spot seems pretty bustling and definitely was after the event but the staff were very friendly and quick, they even brought water for our dogs! I had the zucchini fries as an appetizer, those were pretty tasty despite me being skeptical about them at first. I got the Samburger -- applewood smoked bacon, american cheese, lettuce & 1000 island. I won't say it's the best burger I've ever had, but the flavors were there and it got the job done.
Great food, but service could be better I came in for lunch with my teenage son while visiting from NYC. We don't have Zinburger back home, so I wasn't familiar with the menu and needed a couple extra minutes to decide. Our server (won't post name) seemed irritated when I asked for a bit more time, she gave a sassy response and, when she returned a couple minutes later, flashed a forced smile and passed by our table to attend to others first, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. Throughout the meal, she just didn't seem happy to be there. Her attitude felt more annoyed than welcoming, and while she warmed up slightly toward the end, she never asked if we wanted dessert and just dropped off the check. That said, the food was excellent, and I'd absolutely come back and would even sit in her section again. Everyone has off days, and I'm hoping this was just one of those. While I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, I felt it was important to be honest about our experience. That said, I'm not expecting anything in return. I had a wonderful visit to your Scottsdale location back in March, and you can see that review as well. I'll absolutely continue coming back, your burgers are amazing, and I understand that everyone has an off day now and then. First time here and it did not disappoint! Came on a Friday evening and the place was lively and fun. We ordered a couple of drinks--super tasty and refreshing. The food was great too! The chicken was cooked perfectly, and the zucchini fries ended up being my favorite part of the meal. The highlight of the night, though, was our server, Emma. She was so attentive, friendly, and gave great menu recommendations. She even noticed that one of the salads was missing wontons (something I hadn't even caught) and made sure it was fixed right away. That kind of attention to detail and care really stood out. Amazing food + amazing service = I'll definitely be coming back!
I got the Samburger with a side of truffle fries. I liked that they gave us the option for doneness and the option to choose a the type of fries for the side. The service was kind and worked with you to get the customization you wanted. The inside was a causal sit down and was perfect environment for this type of restaurant. It was good for what it was, but it lost a star because it didn't really distinguish itself from other burger places. I'm not sure if I would return.

I had the opportunity to try this place another time, thanks to Valerie! This time everything was clean. We had food similar to last time to make the experience comparable. Their burger of the month comes with a tasty sauce and great toppings. The Buffalo chicken sandwich was delicious with the right amount of dressing which I enjoyed very much. West coast crispy chicken burger was so huge! I had to break some pieces off to be able to manage it, lol. The chicken was fresh and hot. All the toppings were perfect. The bun was nice also. Upscale burger place where the food is about what you would expect. The atmosphere is great and we loved the outdoor seating. Our food took a very long time and they mixed up our checks with a neighboring table. We ordered burgers, fries, chicken sandwich, a salad and the "grinch shake." Everything was good but nothing to rave about in my opinion. read more

We originally did not have a great experience on our first visit to the restaurant and I left an unflattering review. We gave the restaurant another try and I have to say the second experience was fantastic. Austin, the general manager is an incredible person and is trying very hard to ensure everyone has a wonderful time. We tried the loaded fries and they were perfect. The fries were crispy and the toppings were not overwhelming. We cleaned the plate, which is something we normally don't do, so I think that speaks to the quality. I had the grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken was juicy and filled with flavor. The sauce was a delicious mix of ranch and buffalo, but it was subtle and did not distract from the flavor of the chicken. We ended with the banana cream pie and it was perfection. A light Carmel drizzle covered the pie and decorated the plate. The cream holding it all together was light and flavorful yet not over powering the think slices of banana. We'll absolutely be coming back in to try some of the other menu items. read more

Decided to do Zinburger on a whim. Have never been but wanted to try it and of course it is Restaurant week. Showed up and greeted by the nicest hostess. Seated promptly and our server Garret took care of us. Loved the menu. For $33 we each got a drink shared a side and each had a burger and then split dessert. Started with a red wine.. husband had a beer. I chose the ZinBurger and husband had the SamBurger. We shared onion rings..( huge portion). Then the banana cream pie for dessert was delicious! I loved that the manager stopped by to ask if everything was okay. Nice touch... love that. If you've thought about coming here.. please go. Plus free parking. Decided to step out for lunch today and give Zinburger a try. Wow! I had the Diablo burger and substituted turkey for beef. This burger was packed with flavor. Topped with some nice grilled/smoked jalapeños, carmelized onion, pepper Jack cheese, lettuce and Chipotle mayo this was hands down one of the most flavorful burgers I've had anywhere. Often times a turkey pattie can be dry Not here, it was seasoned perfect, juicy and packed with flavor. Service was outstanding and the atmosphere is clean, bright and inviting. Will I be back? If you're looking for a treat at the Biltmore shopping center swing by here and enjoy their happy hour. The value is exceptional. Burgers, sides, and shakes are very well priced. At full price I would say things are slightly expensive for what you are getting, but I would still visit during normal hours. The staff was very courteous and prompt and the ambiance was very relaxed. Restaurant was very clean as well. Will be back soon for their happy hour! read more

Zin has really had an erosion of service and quality of food on my last several visits. We recently visited the location at the Biltmore for a late lunch. It wasn't crowded and we were seated quickly. They dropped the ball in several different ways, but the biggest issue was the big, black, curly hair that was sitting right on top of our wedge salad! Yummy!! We brought it to our waitress' attention and they were very sorry. They also messed up the order in our other salad and forgot to bring out another appetizer we ordered. The food is good here(with the exception of the human hair in the salad), but they're service hasn't been good recently, and we're searching for another burger joint. read more
I met up here with a friend for lunch mainly because they have outdoor seating and doggies are invited. The outside patio area is really nice. They have it sectioned of with raised planters and of course, misters. I ordered a nutella milkshake and an el diablo burger. I will always be disappointed that the burgers don't come with fries and that you need to pay more for fries. Potatoes are cheap, so please include the fries. Anyways, the milkshake is a good size and they are thick. The whipped cream is obviously house whipped and is delicious. The milkshake itself was amazing. It had a slightly mellowed down nutella flavor with bits of something crunchy in there. I would have ordered 2 if I didn't know better about the sugar content. The el diablo burger came with carmelized onions, pepper jack cheese, chipotle mayo, and roasted jalapenos. At other restaurants, when I have ordered their "spicy" burger it has never been spicy at all. This burger actually had a little kick to it, which I love. I always wish things were spicier but then more people wouldn't be able to eat it so I get it. The server informed me before ordering that they cook their burgers a little under. I didn't specify my burger to be cooked more or left the way they cook it when I order but it came out perfect so whatever happened, it happened nicely. We happen to come upon this place during restaurant week. What a fabulous bargain. Two burgers, large side of fries, huge piece of pie, and two alcohol drinks for $33! I thought the burgers were just great. The sweet potato fries were warm and crispy. And we enjoyed our banana cream pie dessert to top it all off. I really wish I could remember the waiters name for service. Because the dude was absolutely outstanding. He was so good I should've told the manager. He checked in periodically, anticipated our needs, and was extremely polite. With staff like this I can see why this place is doing so well. read more

The California burger bowl was great. I got the vegetarian patty and it was wonderful. I often don't love burger patties so this bowl was exactly what I was craving. Flavorful veggies and a yummy protein. My partner got the sin burger and he enjoyed it. We also got the green chili fries. They were tasty. I recommend it all. I got a cocktail and it was okay (the mule) ... huge clumpy ice that made it hard to drink and watery flavor which was unfortunate because it had potential. read more
