He said it was one of the best burgers he's had; Very Juicy and hot! I ordered the wedge salad. I love a good wedge. However this was NOT a wedge. It was cut up and there was a lot of "stuff" in it. I was very disappointed I wanted a true wedge. I wouldn't order it again. The salad was good just not what I ordered or wanted. I also ordered a winter sangria which was delicious!! The real draw back was our waiter. We had to repeatedly ask for our drinks and our appetizer was cold. He wasn't that busy but he did come check on us or refill waters. We originally did not have a great experience on our first visit to the restaurant and I left an unflattering review. We gave the restaurant another try and I have to say the second experience was fantastic. Austin, the general manager is an incredible person and is trying very hard to ensure everyone has a wonderful time. We tried the loaded fries and they were perfect. The fries were crispy and the toppings were not overwhelming. We cleaned the plate, which is something we normally don't do, so I think that speaks to the quality. I had the grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken was juicy and filled with flavor. The sauce was a delicious mix of ranch and buffalo, but it was subtle and did not distract from the flavor of the chicken. We ended with the banana cream pie and it was perfection. A light Carmel drizzle covered the pie and decorated the plate. The cream holding it all together was light and flavorful yet not over powering the think slices of banana. We'll absolutely be coming back in to try some of the other menu items. read more

The restaraunt week deal was great at $33/couple for entree, side of fries, and dessert. We each got a burger and it was yummy but fell apart. Fries were okay, could be crispier. Banana cream pie was yummy with fresh bananas! Our server was nice but it took a pretty long time to get our food. He apologized. The ambience is OK. I would've expected more from a FRC. Definitely more casual than Blanco or Culinary. Overall it was good but I probably won't return if I had the choice since you can get a burger and fries anywhere. If you're looking for a treat at the Biltmore shopping center swing by here and enjoy their happy hour. The value is exceptional. Burgers, sides, and shakes are very well priced. At full price I would say things are slightly expensive for what you are getting, but I would still visit during normal hours. Decided to step out for lunch today and give Zinburger a try. Wow! I had the Diablo burger and substituted turkey for beef. This burger was packed with flavor. Topped with some nice grilled/smoked jalapeños, carmelized onion, pepper Jack cheese, lettuce and Chipotle mayo this was hands down one of the most flavorful burgers I've had anywhere. One of the best burger joints in town! They are so much more than burgers btw, Zinburger delivers delicious satisfaction in every way... So let me tell the tale of my Zinburger love story.... First off I ordered from Zin (for short) on door dash and was greatly dissatisfied with my order, food, and everything involved in my supposed to be wonderful dining experience (in my pjs of course). I was upset and called Zin right away to tell them my woes and see what could be done about my less that satisfactory dinner situation. Though let's be real most likely the error occurred due to doordash and not Zinburger. Regardless who was at fault it was Jake (the manager) to the rescue. Jake is extremely competent, efficient, and took care of my problem lickity split! Not only was he in control of the situation, but he is one cool dude! I actually enjoyed our phone convo and would be totally cool being Facebook friends ! Anyway Jake sent me an e gift card and insisted we come back anytime. Finally we had the chance to use the gift card and we and our tummies/burger connoisseur palates are in love! I called in an order for curbside pickup and Valerie took my order; she could not have been more attentive, sweet, and good at her job. When I hung up I was fully confident that my correct order would be ready when I arrived. I was right! Valerie brought it out to my car with virtually no wait and it was flawless both in what we ordered and taste. We drove 40 minutes home and our burgers and fries were still hot and ready to eat. We got BYOB one with bacon (that was crispy!!!!), and cheddar, and one with onions and cheddar. Both burgers were incredible! We also got zucchini fries (my favorite), and a mixed fry bag that was quite scrumptious as well. The food, and service is unbeatable at Zinburger. This is a top notch restaurant, but the prices are reasonable (especially with 25% off Tuesday takeout online). It's worth the extra buck or two. My family and I are extremely covid conscious and we felt very safe as the staff are all wearing masks, it's not overly crowded, and everyone seemed clean and safe! When you have a crave, you just go for it. The Zin burger and the waygu burgers are typically my go-to's. But really when you're looking at the list, you could honestly go with a different one each time and probably leave with a smile. The Zin burger is just your good old traditional burger that has a bursting flavor in one patty with melted Manchengo cheese and Zinfandel braised onions to compliment. You just can't go wrong with it. The Waygu (American Kobe) burger....wow! Now if you thought your Zin burger was awesome, the Waygu burger will knock your taste buds out of the park. Something about it just makes it a yum yum in my book. I think the caramelized onions, wild mushroom, lettuce, and melted cheddar cheese helped. It comes with a soft pillowy set of buns - *pat pat*, pickle spear and tomato slices on the side. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here. So I know service here is important. The serving size is big enough for me - bigger than your average sized fast food burger. read more

Zin has really had an erosion of service and quality of food on my last several visits. We recently visited the location at the Biltmore for a late lunch. It wasn't crowded and we were seated quickly. They dropped the ball in several different ways, but the biggest issue was the big, black, curly hair that was sitting right on top of our wedge salad! Yummy!! We brought it to our waitress' attention and they were very sorry. They also messed up the order in our other salad and forgot to bring out another appetizer we ordered. I met up here with a friend for lunch mainly because they have outdoor seating and doggies are invited. The outside patio area is really nice. They have it sectioned of with raised planters and of course, misters. I ordered a nutella milkshake and an el diablo burger. I will always be disappointed that the burgers don't come with fries and that you need to pay more for fries. Potatoes are cheap, so please include the fries. Anyways, the milkshake is a good size and they are thick. The whipped cream is obviously house whipped and is delicious. The milkshake itself was amazing. It had a slightly mellowed down nutella flavor with bits of something crunchy in there. I would have ordered 2 if I didn't know better about the sugar content. The el diablo burger came with carmelized onions, pepper jack cheese, chipotle mayo, and roasted jalapenos. At other restaurants, when I have ordered their "spicy" burger it has never been spicy at all. This burger actually had a little kick to it, which I love. I always wish things were spicier but then more people wouldn't be able to eat it so I get it. The server informed me before ordering that they cook their burgers a little under. I didn't specify my burger to be cooked more or left the way they cook it when I order but it came out perfect so whatever happened, it happened nicely. Since we had friends with us we also ordered loaded fries. They were ok. Nothing bad but also nothing special. Then I ordered the Zinburger. Wow, great taste, medium was slightly pink, perfect for me! The toppings and seasonings were to die for. Bread was good too. As for drinks I got 2 old fashions.
