We chose Zinburger for AZ restaurant week fall 2026. $33 per couple! $5 draught beer pour. Wow! Very impressed! Friendly staff, fast service, delicious food, and free parking! Fun space too! Lots of outdoor seating!
I basically always get the Chinese chicken salad and the truffle fries here and it's a perfect combo! I know it might seem weird to get a salad at a burger place, but it is really delicious. Service is always pretty good here so it's an easy dinner spot, especially before the movies
Our server was the absolute sweetest. She joked with us and worked really hard to make our visit wonderful. I wish i could remember her name it was Monday at 5pm Our food was delicious except for the French fries, they were just mid. Our dinner took awhile, I don't know if the kitchen was busy or under staffed but I was very satisfied with our server The skinny margarita was too sweet. I had to order another shot to make it a little bit better. I think ordering from the happy hour menu makes you think you are getting a deal but that drink didn't even taste anything like tequila and the second shot helped but I just don't recommend their margaritas. It's definitely a casual vibe and overall think it was pretty good but not sure I would go back
We came here for the deal they had for restaurant week. $44 for two people that includes an appetizer, two entrées, one dessert. We got the spicy wings as our appetizer. They were very acidic and sauced up, in a good way. Not exactly the most delicious wings I ever had, but definitely did the job. It also came with some sliced radishes and celery which I appreciated. For entrées we got the double Smashburger, and the bacon cheeseburger. They came with fries which I really liked, they were shoestring so very crispy. The burgers were a little underseasoned, while they were cooked quite nicely, we did need to add salt. The thousand island sauce they add honestly didn't add much flavor. The star of the show for us was the banana cream pie. The whipped cream on top was so delicious and there are pieces of banana in the pie that were a nice break from the cream. It was my first time having this, and I usually don't like banana, but I would genuinely come back just for this. Not sure if it's fresh made in house but it sure tasted good. Our server was nice and gave me an aïoli for the fries when I asked. Restaurant is casual and a great place to take the family for a dinner. I probably wouldn't come back unless they were running another deal again.
So I've been coming to Zinburger for a while now, but in a different location and had two bad experiences with food and just service. So I decided to try a different location to see if it was any better in hopes that it would be. I came here with my best friend and honestly 5/5 way better service is way. Better way. Better way better. Everything around was way better. I am glad that at least one of the locations can get it right.!!!!!
I've been coming to zinburger for so many years and it's such a good spot to get a delicious burger, fries, and a milkshake! They have all sorts of variations of burgers to try from and lots of fun fry basket. My favorite burger is the Zinburger (how it comes) and the sweet potato fries with extra salt! If you still have room afterward, their Oreo milkshake is SO GOOD and the chunks of Oreo are to die for! This spot is good in all seasons as they have an outdoor patio with misters and a super cute indoor area if it's too cold outside (rare for Phoenix!). This is your sign to go get a bite to eat! My wife and I recently were craving a good burger so we thought we'd try out the Zinburger at the Biltmore and make a night out of it. We had visited the Scottsdale Quarter location though this was our first time visiting the Biltmore location. It was easy to make a reservation via Open Table and to head out there for a weekend date night. There was plenty of nearby parking that was easy to find. We arrived early before our reservation to check out the bar as several of the cocktails sounded quite intriguing. We were plenty of seats at the bar (on both sides). We enjoyed learning about drinks from the bartender. I got a frozen concoction while my wife got a fruity one. They were served very quickly, and we made it to the host stand a few minutes before our reservation. It turned out that they were still getting tables prepared, and we got seated at our table right around our reservation time. Our server was great! She answered questions and made some great recommendations. She brought us a very tasty appetizer (Soft Pretzels and Cheese) that we ordered in only a few minutes. I ordered a classic Zinburger while my wife got the All-American Veggie Burger (and we each got fries). I ordered a frozen lemonade while my wife continued working on her drink from earlier. We then ordered a Chocolate Pie to share for dessert. Everything showed up in a timely manner, and everything was tasty. We're glad we ordered what we did. Happy hour is from 3-6 PM on weekdays and include discounted bites, burgers, floats, pie, cocktails, beer, and wine. Sign up for their e-bites program at https://www.zinburgeraz.com/ebites-email-signup to receive $10 off your first online order of $20 or more. You will also be informed of upcoming events, e-mail discounts, new menu items, and more. Also on the website, you can place online orders and make reservations (unless choosing to use Open Table). We look forward to returning again soon!
Our server, Vienna, was lovely! She was very helpful with the menu and checked on us regularly to see if we need anything. Double smashed burger was exactly how you'd expect a great smashed burger would be. The brioche bun was very buttery and paired great with the thin patty. Hit guac bottom is massive! I think it's new to the menu and it tasted great! If you are looking for something more interesting, give this a go. It does have a bit of kick to it though so maybe think twice if you couldn't take spicy. We sat outside and it was nice and toasty with the ceiling heater.
It's a nice plaza with a modern interior design, so if you're looking for a fine dining burger experience, this is a good place to go. The burger was kind of small for the price (tasty though) but funny enough more affordable than most fast food restaurants. As I mentioned before, the patty is actually well cooked and juicy. The green chili fries I got as a side were actually very impressive. They do have quite a strong kick to them, so if you're not into spice, I wouldn't get it. I had also gotten the strawberry milkshake which tasted pretty standard.
Checked out Zinburger after an event in the surrounding area. This spot seems pretty bustling and definitely was after the event but the staff were very friendly and quick, they even brought water for our dogs! I had the zucchini fries as an appetizer, those were pretty tasty despite me being skeptical about them at first. I got the Samburger -- applewood smoked bacon, american cheese, lettuce & 1000 island. I won't say it's the best burger I've ever had, but the flavors were there and it got the job done.
Great food, but service could be better I came in for lunch with my teenage son while visiting from NYC. We don't have Zinburger back home, so I wasn't familiar with the menu and needed a couple extra minutes to decide. Our server (won't post name) seemed irritated when I asked for a bit more time, she gave a sassy response and, when she returned a couple minutes later, flashed a forced smile and passed by our table to attend to others first, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. Throughout the meal, she just didn't seem happy to be there. Her attitude felt more annoyed than welcoming, and while she warmed up slightly toward the end, she never asked if we wanted dessert and just dropped off the check. That said, the food was excellent, and I'd absolutely come back and would even sit in her section again. Everyone has off days, and I'm hoping this was just one of those. Responding to manager (see below)...... Dear Tanner, Thank you for your kind reply and for offering to address the issue I truly appreciate it. There's no need to do anything further for us. While I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, I felt it was important to be honest about our experience. That said, I'm not expecting anything in return. I had a wonderful visit to your Scottsdale location back in March, and you can see that review as well. I'll absolutely continue coming back, your burgers are amazing, and I understand that everyone has an off day now and then. Thanks again for your response and professionalism and for that I'll add a star. Warm regards, RR.
First time here and it did not disappoint! Came on a Friday evening and the place was lively and fun. We ordered a couple of drinks--super tasty and refreshing. The food was great too! The chicken was cooked perfectly, and the zucchini fries ended up being my favorite part of the meal. The highlight of the night, though, was our server, Emma. She was so attentive, friendly, and gave great menu recommendations. She even noticed that one of the salads was missing wontons (something I hadn't even caught) and made sure it was fixed right away. That kind of attention to detail and care really stood out. Amazing food + amazing service = I'll definitely be coming back!
I got the Samburger with a side of truffle fries. I liked that they gave us the option for doneness and the option to choose a the type of fries for the side. The service was kind and worked with you to get the customization you wanted. The inside was a causal sit down and was perfect environment for this type of restaurant. It was good for what it was, but it lost a star because it didn't really distinguish itself from other burger places. I'm not sure if I would return.
Food and service were great. We had a server from North Carolina, I believe and he was awesome. I was with a friend of mine and we both enjoyed our meals. We sat outside and it was cold so I asked to turn the heater on. He was great and pulled it closer to the table for us and made a joke about being careful fires but my friend is a captain firefighter so we joked he got it. Good experience. Would go back again if I'm in the area. read more

Brought my hubby for dinner to Zinburger. Had the Burger Bowl. It was awesome. Lean yummy hamburger. Bowl loaded with sweet potatoes, avocado, grilled onions, Brussels sprouts too! Quinoa on the side. Very good flavors in that bowl! Friendly service...got seated and served quickly. If you haven't tried this place... YOU SHOULD! read more

Hello Eva C,…
Dropped by to pick up a burger & fries. Ordered a Zinburger w/substitute of Beyond burger. The texture & taste of it was delicious - you'd never think it was plant based meet. The green chili fries had a kick! The curbside pick up was so convenient. And the 35% off was a bonus. Please stop by & support them through this difficult time. read more

Zinburger gained a new fan and is another hit in my book from Fox restaurants. My BFF was eager to use her FRC gift card she received earlier in the year and we settled on here as we were already in the area. Along with my 2 children, we were a party of 4 when we entered on a late Saturday afternoon. To my relief, it was not busy and our hostess greeted us quickly. She pulled out 2 small magnetic doodle toys for my kids to play with and it was such a neat surprise. Our server was pleasant overall but I felt like she was in a rush and uninterested at times. She completed all of our requests without issue so I can't complain too much. We ordered a lot of food - onion rings, zucchini fries, half order regular fries, and truffle fries for apps. Bruce Lee burger for myself and the Wagyu burger for BFF. They do have 4 different kids meals but I knew my kids would like the appetizer variety more. The zucchini fries were my least favorite. I don't know what it was about it but I couldn't eat more than a few pieces. Everything else was delicious, especially the truffle fries. It was so addicting! The Bruce Lee burger has a noticeable kick to it as evident by the sriracha mayo and jalapenos used. I eaten many different varieties of burgers over my lifetime and wanted to try something I haven't experienced before. This did not disappoint. I don't know what my BFF's Wagyu burger tasted like other than "good" from her words but I saw that it was slightly bigger in size than my burger. She also commented that the texture was a little different from an ordinary burger as well but this was not meant as a negative critique. I'm happy to add this to my guilty pleasures list and look forward to returning! read more

Zinburger is a cute little burger place located in the Biltmore. This was the second time I've come to eat at this restaurant. Since I was not incredibly hungry, my boyfriend and I shared the Bruce Lee burger and zucchini fries. The burger was delicious. The Asian BBQ sauce and sriracha mayo created a creamy, tangy, sweet, and slightly spicy concoction. The cabbage slaw, avocado, and jalapeño gave the burger a great freshness as well. Overall, it was great, but a little pricey at $11.50. The zucchini fries are one of my favorite things at this restaurant. They are crunchy but perfectly cooked through and served with a little Parmesan on top and ranch on the side. I will be back to try some other options, but if you are going to stop by, be prepared to spend more money than you would expect. read more

"Life does not start and stop at your convenience" -John Goodman Zinburger is a newish Fox concept restaurant. Hip, interesting decor on the inside, hotter than hades weather on the outside. We were already well done by the time we got to Zinburger. I ordered the burger bowl and Zinburger because I have no self control. My nephew, Steven ordered the Zinburger. Neither of us had any complaints the service was sufficient and the burger was charred perfectly. The burger was juicy, I would have preferred a touch more peppery or fatty flavor in the burger to enhance the taste. It did have delicious grilled onions though. I would defiantly come back, and try their other items. After dinner I took Steven to the airport back to Lansing :(. read more

Hello Stacy L,…
Zinburger specializes in burgers. They offer a variety of burgers along with salads, appetizers, milk shakes and a few other items. The standard burger is a 6.5 ounce certified angus beef patty that is fresh ground in house two times a day (according to my waiter). This is a casual restaurant with wait service. They offer a full bar and have indoor and outdoor seating. They validate your parking so you can park for free for up to two hours in-front of the restaurant. I decided to try the Bruce Lee Burger because it sounded delicious with Asian Slaw, Sriracha mayonnaise, Jalapeños, Avocado and a few other things. It also was noted on the menu that this Bruce Lee Burger was a WINNING Burger in last year's "Burger Battle." I received my burger and the plate was garnished with a few what seemed like freshly made pickle slices that were tasty. I go to take a bite of the burger. I can't bite into it because it's to wide for my mouth. I remove half the bun and I have to eat it open faced with a knife and fork. It's mighty delicious and still a big sloppy mess. The burger has a tasty caramelized outside and the inside is big with flavor. All together they made this taste like the best potsticker with dipping sauce I ever had. Did I tell you that this is really messy and juicy? This is messy but really good. You might not want to eat this on a first date or in-front of your in-laws. You need to eat this burger by yourself or only with someone you can fart with. My husband had the Diablo Burger. He was pleased with the burger. They cooked it medium rare like he asked for and he said it was the best burger he's had out in a while. We were happy with the burgers but service wasn't perfect. We planed to share a salad that didn't arrive before the burgers or with the burgers so we brought it up with the waiter. The manager generously ask us to take the salad home for free but we declined. It turned out for the better because the burgers ARE VERY FILLING. Both of us were full and really couldn't eat anything else anyway. The only other thing I'm not completely happy with is the decor. The place is nice but they have a big picture of beautiful cows in a pasture. It makes it hard to stomach beef when you gaze at the beautiful cows. Anyways- If they prepare the Bruce Lee and Diablo Burger the way they prepared ours was I can say they were really delicious burgers that you should be happy with. read more

I've been occasionally ordering take-outs from Zinburger, and it has always been a pleasant experience. I've ordered both the Zinburger Burger and the West Coast Crispy Chicken Sandwich, and I prefer the former. The medium-rare burger was really good and go well with all the condiments. My favorite part of Zinburger is the dessert--they have awesome pie! My favorite is the chocolate cream pie... Yum! Such a delicious, sweet indulgence. read more

Zinburger is always a safe bet. This location has a friendly staff and the same quality that you'd expect. I'm never disappointed in any way coming here. The truffle fries are a must and, if you haven't had them, definitely try one of the shakes after (or before) your meal. read more

I've been here twice and had great experiences both times. The food is out of this world delicious! On one visit I tried the whiskey hibiscus smash cocktail and was blown away by it. I loved the hibiscus liqueur and honey in it. The classic 'Diner Burger' was just the right size, cooked perfectly and seasoned well. I also really enjoyed the zucchini fries. They were outstanding! On my other visit I had the California Burger Bowl, which is a hamburger served with grilled mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, avocado, sweet potatoes, quinoa, and a delicious sauce. It was a fantastic combo of flavors and very satisfying. I also had the regular fries which were quite good. Zinburger is on the expensive side, but the food is worth it and the customer service is tops! Both times I came on a Saturday afternoon and it was quite busy. Still great service. I will be back! read more

This is a happening place on a Thursday night. We sat at the bar because of the long wait. The servers were very kind, but too busy to be very responsive (e.g., they forgot to bring a drink). The ambiance was nice--like a hip bar. The hamburgers were really good. I had the vegetarian burger and found it filling and flavorful. We also ordered fries and requested they add garlic. The fries were good, but we could barely taste the garlic. I would not go again. The food was good, but not good enough to fight the crowds. There are plenty of other burger joints in the area I would want to experience first. For ambiance, though, this place definitely has a good vibe. It would be a great place to meet friends after work. read more

Came here because of the good reviews. Ordered off the Happy Hour menu. Cheeseburger, jalapeno popper burger and fries. Was told by the waiter all happy hours burgers are cooked well done. My wife does not like well done and was told again all the Happy Hour burger patties are thinner so they are cooked well done. This was a ridiculous answer. JUST COOK THE ONE PATTY LESS. For goodness sake. The burgers were ok but not great. Fries were good. Service was ok. We won't be back read more

Well it's another weekend and another Sam Fox Concept restaurant to try. Life is so boring here in the Valley. LOL There have been quite a few "premium priced" burger places popping up lately. So, in many ways Zinburger's only competition in this category has been Hopdoddy. Both are upscale $10 plus burger places, that have interesting choices of tastes, add-ons, buns, etcetera. The food at Zinburger is very good. It's served fast and you won't feel like your wallet took a major hit. Our bill came to $33.00 before taxes and gratuities, which is expensive when only compared to the "In 'n Out" and "Habit Burger" of the world. But for us, it's the Zinburger's taste which we feel is unique and worthy of their premium price that makes us want to come back and we will. We tried their Kobe Burger ($15.00), Sam Burger ($11.00) and Zucchini fries ($7.00) and blown away the experience. The Sam had applewood smoked bacon, cheese and 1000 island dressing, which all worked well together. But the star was the Kobe, which is served simply with cheddar cheese, mushrooms and mayonnaise. You have to try it, it's delicious. Really! Enjoy! read more
A bit closer to 2.5 stars but my server was super friendly so that is why it's a 3. I was craving a burger and had seen this place mentioned a few times being named as one of the "Best Burgers in Phoenix". I decided to come down and check it out. Pay parking which you can get validated. They use plastic tokens...reminded me of a small poker chip. Anyways..........walked inside and was seated against the wall. My server came over and asked me if it was my first time here etc. She went over the whole drill. I decided to order the Zinburger (minus mayo), an order of fresh cut fries and a Diet Pepsi to drink. Here is how everything tasted................. Zinburger- ($10.50) This is a ground beef patty (I'm assuming 1/3 lb...it was a good sized patty) topped with manchengo cheese, zinfandel braised onions, and lettuce. I ordered mine medium and it came out perfect. It was presented nicely but it was lacking greatness. I took a bite of the meat itself and it tasted really great...like steak! The cheese was melted on top of the burger and the onions were layered nicely on top of the cheese. It came on a soft "fancy" bun. Each item itself was great...when combined though, it left something to be desired. All I could really taste was bread and onions. The meat/burger was not the star of the show. The lettuce addition was a little weird too. It probably would have been better without. It was a decent enough burger but for a "fancy" higher end burger joint, I expected more. It ain't cheap either! Hand Cut Fries- ($5.00) These things were actually really good. They give you a nice sized mound of them. They were hot and crispy and delicious. They needed just a bit more salt, but other than that, they were really good. Better/more memorable than the burger. Diet Pepsi- Is what it is. Why only 2.5/3 stars? For a burger, fries and drink, it was $19.98...that is before tip! I will never ever ever ever ever ever pay $25.00 to come back here for simple comfort food. It's just way too expensive for what you get! The staff was all pretty friendly, the layout is cool (kind of a hipster vibe), and they validate parking for up to 2 hours. I am glad I came to check it out, but sadly I will not be returning...the value is just not there. Once I hit that lotto and move to Scottsdale, then we can come here often lol. read more
