As always, an establishment of Fox Restaurant Concept doesn't disappoint. This was our second time here, which is a rarity because with so many places to eat, we want to experience as many places as possible without duplication. But, we saw a gift card for FRC at Costco and couldn't pass it up. Hubs got the blanco burger with Kobe beef for a $5 up charge. My daughter and I got the Diablo and the zinburger. The boy got the $3 kiddie burger, which is a killer deal. All burgers were cosines with much delight. Katie, who was our server was phenom! Her service truly made the dining experience top notch. Katie noticed my daughter and I were talking about splitting our burgers so we could try each other's. When the burgers came out, they were both cut equally so it made it easy to split and mix up our plates. Mind you, we didn't have to ask her to do this. She did it on her own, which was very much appreciated and stands as a true testament to what a wonderful server she is. She also split our milkshake into two glasses knowing we were sharing. Katie. Thank you for your thoughtfulness. read more

So, just when I thought True Food was the star establishment of the shopping complex, I tried Zinburger and learned they are a strong contender as well. Luckily both share the same owners. The place was super cute and inviting, but the GOP debate was a few minutes away from its start time so I opted for a takeout order instead. El Diablo burger with Kobe - 5 stars Zucchini fries - 5 stars (unique, flavorful and quite filing) Sweet Potato fries - 3.5 stars (good but nothing to write home about) Service was phenomenal, the bathrooms are cute. Loved that girls are called Bessies! If you are looking for a creative burger, shake or add item in the area, this is a great place to check out. read more

Burgers are some of the best I've ever had! Green Chili burger and the Wagu Beef Burger are my favorites!

I've been wanting to try out this place for quite some time. Stopped in tonight. Staff was prompt and courteous. Ordered a double El Diablo medium well burger with a large fry and GF bun. Do see pics and judge for yourself. I should have went to Five Guys. This wasn't worth $27.00. read more

This place was so good! My friend and I went for restaurant week and it was a great deal. We got a glass of wine, appetizer, choice of entree, and a slice of pie to share. I opted for the salad instead of a burger and it was so good! I was in love with the fresh ingredients and the champagne vinaigrette was perfect; not too sour but just the right level of citrus flavor to complement the various components. I'd go back for the salad alone. Service was fast and attentive and outdoor seating was perfect at night. read more

Zinburger has really good burgers. I have had both the Prime rib burger and zinburger. Both were really good. My first experience here was a bit iffy but the manager handled the situation very well and I left satisfied. We ordered the large fries -- however I was quite shocked that the large was still not that large to serve two people. I've been to a competitor, HopDoddy, quite a few times and when I order a large fry there it actually feels like a large fry as you do have to pay an extra $7 for a somewhat pricey burger. I would advise the management to perhaps be more giving with the fry portions. Everything else was solid. The second experience here was close to perfection for food and service. Both times we had very nice waiters who were very good at refills, giving us to-go waters, and timely burgers out of the kitchen. This time around we both ordered small fry's and that was the better move as the small fry felt like a medium fry. I would advise people to order two small fries instead of one large fry for a party of two. I think the management should maybe reconsider this specific thing as the actually taste of everything is really good so no complaints there. Only other comment is that the Tziki sauce on the side for sweet potato fries is a bit odd...I'd suggest rethinking that side sauce. Will definitely be returning to Zinburger!! Just wanted to make a few suggestions to make the perfect dining experience. read more

Love this place! If you are looking for a nice place for fun burgers, this is it! We had the zucchini fries to start. Nice cold glass for the brew! Loved the Bruce Lee burger. Just enough spice to make it zing, and super flavor. Also shared the Chuck Norris, but next time I will ask for the BBQ sauce on the side. Ended with a salted caramel shake and banana cream pie. Awesome! read more

10 months later and the food still taste amazing! My first time was at the Scottsdale location. Friday I went to this location. It was fantastic! I didn't even know they had an HH menu! I will definitely be back sometime this week! The West Coast Chicken sandwich was amazing! My Summer Sangria drink was really good! The ambience is nice very chill and relaxing! You forever have a customer! read more

Todd, the manager at Zinburger at Biltmore Fashion Park is doing an AMAZING job! Servers like Cameron and Brandon are the best! The food is so delicious. Shane, the chef made sweet potatoes as yummy as my grandmother's! read more

Friday night bartender is a boss. I haven't gotten his name, but the dude always hooks me up with great drinks and recommendations. I got the Grass fed burger which is a special this month (heirloom tomato, mayo, white cheddar), plus the zucchini fries ($7) which I usually cannot skip here. It was a lot of food, but the burger was excellent ($14, medium well). An 8oz glass of garnacha (Spain, red), which was exotic but really rather memorable, sealed the deal. It was also good to see that in-person dining was picking up, even though most of the Fox restaurants in the area are usually packed anyway (COVID or not). read more

Just ok, rather bland burger and bacon was weak. Not thick great bacon but thin like microwave bacon. Stark atmosphere, lackluster service. Hang out for spoiled Biltmore teens. Poor selection of beer on tap, proab won't go back anytime soon. read more

My absolute favorite place to get a burger in Scottsdale! Their sweet potatoe fries are tooo good!

I'm not sure what the draw here is, but the food is just bad. Is it the wine? Is it cute that you can get wine at a burger place? I don't know what it is, but I've been here twice and it was equally wretched both times. There really isn't a lot to talk about. The food is bad. We waited 45 minutes for our food, which is a really, really long time, and what we got was terrible. The service was really good, which means your bad food will be well served. I did see many, many delivery orders going out. Maybe those of you who enjoy bad food would be best served by taking your seat at Zinburger and ordering Doordash. It's still going to be bad, but at least it won't be as cold and you won't have to wait as long. Zinburger is one of the worst restaurants that I have ever been to, and it was consistently bad over two visits. read more

We had an awesome experience 11/23 7:30ish pm with Greg as our waiter. After moving here a few months back from LA and not yet exploring the area, we were both anxious to find a good burger place. In general, food was fantastic, drinks were great. Wait times were pretty short to be sat for a place like this and ticket times were amazing in the kitchen. But honestly, Greg was the stand out tonight for us. Offered to refill my beer before I even thought about it (or noticed I had finished because it was so good), was thorough, polite, and communicative about wait times for drinks and food, and refilled my water 3 times. Seriously, 3 times. He was genuinely a delight and we can honestly say he made the evening what it was. read more

Best sit down burger in Maricopa county by a long shot. Normally I go with the burger and shake of the month. Only real issue I have is that the HH is at times that I would never be in the place. read more

I went there because i heard it was really good and I was excited to go. I got a cookies and cream milkshake. That was really good but it took a really long time to come. Then we waited for our food and it also took a long time, but when it came IT WAS COLD! Then out burgers came. It was ok. I expected more from the burger. Honestly the food was pretty good, but the service was really bad. Other than that the place was clean and some servers are nice. read more

Dined in on 3/3/17 Zinburger - 5 Stars Double Truffle fries - 3 Stars Salted Caramel shake - 1 Star Customer Service - 5 Stars The burger was delicious in every way, it may have just been the BEST burger of my life! I prefer the truffle fries from hopdoddy! That shake was the worse - FLAVORLESS!!! The service was friendly and professional! I will be back fit just the DELICIOUS burger!!!! 7/3 Zinburger - 5 Stars Double truffle fries - 4 Stars So originally only gave 3 Stars, have since changed to 4. I think that first time was just an off batch with the fries. Now I think they are equally as good as Hopdoddy if not better. read more

We love Fox Concept, so much we go at least once a week to one of the many restaurants. Tonight I decided to take my sister here as she was craving a burger and had never been before. It was so embarrassing how awful the service was tonight. We came in around 640 and put our name down for a table inside for 2, and were quoted a 10-15 min wait. We walked around to a few shops then made our way back to the restaurant where we waited another 15 minutes before I checked to see how much longer. When we got there, only two couples were waiting and now the entry was so crowded you could barely walk in but we noticed many people were getting seated inside. I told the hostess we had been waiting about 30 min and she was like I can sit you right now. So that was frustrating, were they even using the list to begin with? Not only that, but we got the table right in front of the kitchen. Like the only two top legit in front of the kitchen. Next our server was very friendly, we ordered everything we wanted at that moment since we were pretty hungry at that point. We asked for two waters, Pinot noir, turkey burger bowl, the special which was the jalapeño burger and sweet potatoes fries. No kidding 10-15 min later we finally got our water, considering it was still 100 degrees out it would've been refreshing to get it sooner. Then we were waiting and waiting and finally he came back with the wine, nearly 20+ min after being seated, even apologizing that it took so long. He asked if we wanted our fries up first we said yes, however that never happened. After 30 min of being seated we got all our food, which was perfect. So although my sister left full and loved her burger(who doesn't love a burger smothered in cream cheese) it was not a great impression. We noticed our server seemed to have some tables outside and maybe that wasn't a good assignment, or maybe the kitchen was overloaded because it was a Saturday night but it just wasn't the Fox Concept execution l normally experienced. read more

Delicious food, great service and fun atmosphere. I have food allergies and they had some tasty options for me.

The happy hour is amazing, although we missed it. Will have to stop back in for sure. Huge shoutout and thank you to the team and our server Taylor!! read more

Zinburger has great tasting burgers, shakes and fries. I don't know how long ago they changed their menu, but they removed some of their specialty burgers--most notably a breakfast one that had bacon and a grilled egg. Even without those specialty burgers, they still have a solid selection, and if you want that grilled egg (like I did), you can build your own burger and recreate some of the burgers that they used to have. Any burger that you get here is cooked to order, and it's always juicy and filled with flavor. You can get different types of fries ranging from normal fries to double truffle fries (my personal favorite). On top of that they have a large selection of shakes-- my favorite being the Nutella crunch! The atmosphere here is loud and pretty busy. Unless you reserve a table, you're most likely going to have a wait during dinner time. They have some indoor seating, a full bar, and more seats outdoor as well. If you're looking for a good tasting burger, you can't go wrong here. read more

I order my food to be ready at 830 when I got off of work they told me no problem it will be hot and ready for you so I order a build your own burger sweet potato fries and a milk shake get off of work get there food hasn't come out yet I wait still no food ten minutes later finally comes out and I head to my car no I live an hour away I just wanted to eat my food on the way home now for a milk shake understand the size if your dining in but I get a kids meal size for the milkshake wtf and the burger not only not cooked all the way it had tomato on it and I asked to make sure that was not on it the burger was cold and I know because I had a fried egg in in and bacon both cold and the fried come on those were cold as well this was horrible and not edible waste of my time and when I spend 30 bucks on food at least have it hot for me so no dinner on my end and the bag it came in fucking ripped zinburger more like bad burger read more

Way too expensive for what you get, just another example of a place taking advantage of the location, i guess someones got to pay for the overhead. For $9 you get a 3.5 burger with no fries or a drink! 3.5 oz! To put that in perspective you get a 8oz burger from fuddruckers for $7, a better quality burger, for $9.99 you get a 1/2lb exotic burger. The burgers are still good but dont justify the price, if you want to go on a cool hangout and have no budget i recommend this place, if you are hungry and dont want to spend a ton of money to not get what you would at another burger place i wouldn't recommend. Update I ordered the chicken sandwich and it is the thinnest chicken sandwich ive ever ate! Comparable to chick-filet, i dont work for fuddruckers but i eat there atleast 2 times a week, and the buffalo chicken sandwich is double the size and better quality. I attached a pic to show how thin it is, im so disappointed! I dont think i will eat here again read more

After a long wait for our food the server finally came to check on us. She looked at our empty glasses and said she would bring refills. They brought 2 of the 3 refilled drinks. Finally our food arrived. It was mostly warm not hot. The burger was ordered medium rare but arrived medium well. The grilled chicken sandwich was crisp on one side and dry. This was a huge disappointment. We had a similar experience the last time but we wanted to give them another chance. We all agree that we will not be coming back. read more

The food was great. The service was great the you g man did a great job except not sure why it took the kitchen over 23 minutes to make a milk shake with only 4 tables in the place. We finished our meal and my daughter asked for a milk shake. Totally ridiculous we sat there for 23 minutes without knowing the milk shake machine was broken - they refunded the cost but it was the waste of time that irritates me! I feel bad for the servers who had no idea the machine was broken... do better kitchen staff. read more

Shrinkflation in full gear at this place! Shrunken burgers that are so-so for about &14. Waitress or kitchen botched the order but didn't bother to offer any relief on the bill. And, they're stingy with their ketchup. In a place that serves burgers and fries! In n our burger is better at about 1/5th the price. read more

This was my third visit to this establishment...always a pleasant experience. This day, unlike the other two visits where I ordered a salad, I ordered the Samburger (medium well) with blue cheese. Oh my goodness!!! That burger was soooo good it made my toes curl. Generally, I'm not a beef eater, but every once in a while I crave a burger. Today was that day. I could not have chosen a better spot. I went around 4ish, it wasn't busy, so I got a lot of attention from the bar staff. :-) I like the indoor/outdoor bar. There is outside seating as well. All of the staff was great. The facility was clean; and very trendy. Four stars because I asked for no 1000 Island on my burger, but mustard and ketchup instead. The burger came with blue cheese, the bacon, burger, and the bun. I didn't complain, simply asked for ketchup and mustard and I added it to the burger. I will be back! :-) read more

This place is amazing! Went here for lunch with my husband and nephew. First the parking is odd, but free. We were seated right away.... and the server was amazing. He knew it was our first time and explained everything. His recommendations were spot on! The onion rings are amazing. I added pictures of the burgers... all delicious!!!! It USED to be really good but they recently switch to frozen patties and not fresh meat and the difference is very obvious. My husband usually frequent this place but after our last visit, no more. The burgers were so gross and we could only finish half. Given the price, I can't afford to only be eating half my burger. That means I had to get more food somewhere else and that's experience. I do think the service is great here, though! read more

I absolutely loved this place. It is my new favorite burger place. I honestly do not have anything bad to say about them and that is why I gave them a five. The service was great. Our waiter checked on us often but not to often. They got our order right and asked us when we wanted everything to be served. They packed up our food and got us our check and we were on our way happy and content. The food was OMG so delicious. The milkshake was to die for. Seriously, I got the cookies and cream and It actually had the little chunks of cookie and it wasn't to thick or too thin. The loaded fries were heaven on a plate. They had this delicious cheese sauce on top with chives, sour cream, and bacon on top. The zucchini fries were a whole other kind of delicious. They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. SO GOOD!!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves burgers!!! read more
