Meeeehhhhhhhh. Yeah, I've had better wings. I was jonesin' for some wings late the other night so I went with the bf. We ordered Cajun and the original hot. The original hot was good, but I didn't really like the Cajun though. Whoever seasoned it put too much herb seasoning on top. We did the combo meal at around $12 that consisted of 15 wings, fries, and 2 soft drinks. Plus 69 cents if you count the ranch dressing...(grumble) This is just a minor peeve of mine but when our wings came out they weren't hot, but room temperature. Like another review said, expect to wait a short while for your wings. I'm assuming they are a little short staffed since they only had the cashier and cook there when we went. The upside to this place is that it's open until midnight and wings are a perfect late night food. So their wings aren't the best, but they aren't too shabby either. Writing this review because this is the 2nd time I've ordered out and was told it would be "about 15 minutes" for my order to be ready. Arrive roughly 15 minutes after placing the order, pay, then told that it will be "another couple minutes" until my order is ready. Lo and behold, I am sitting here 15 minutes later, still waiting for my order, for a total of 30 minutes since calling in. Home now, but continuing this review... Got up to see where my order was, and apparently they had already called my name. Really? The employee standing back there staring at his laptop says he called my name, while I was sitting on the bench next to the counter. And to top it off, he proceeds to tell me my order is still fresh. So my friend had been raving about this place for quite some time, finally when we ran out of ideas of some place to eat, she suggested wing stop. I tried the 10.99 deal which consisted of 10 wings and a side of either seasoned fries or celery/carrot sticks and a drink. Placed my order which takes about 15 min or so and finally I got my plate. I ordered the cajun and lemon pepper. I was a way bigger fan of the Cajun. I cannot imagine buffalo wings not being spicy. I mean the spices were there for the lemon pepper, don't get me wrong, but it felt unnatural. I love spicy food too so to eat mild wings was almost a slap in the face of the buffalo wing gods. You also know its perfectly spicy is when your nose starts running just a bit and have a bit of a glow on your face. It was good! Also the texture of the wings ( bone in ) were great. It seemed as if they double fried it to give the wing an extra crunch which I loved! Alongside the wings I ordered the fries which were sweet and salty, sort of a take on kettle corn but think ot it a kettle fries? The fries were absolutely addicting! I think I found a new method of seasoning fries. Wingstop! 0o0 It has been a very long time since I have actually been to the location, the past times I have had it was delivered and eaten at home. This location is my actually go to spot. It is shaped just as pretty much any other Wingstop. I have noticed that each one is pretty much the same size, and usually has the same structure. I love the fact that they have a refill station for your soft drinks. My mouth waters just talking about lemon pepper wings, I love that the skin of the chicken is always crunchy, but the seasoning is what makes this just again mouth watering amazing. Has the perfect balance of the pepper with a touch of salt, and then you get a splash of the lemon. Their fries are seriously my favorite french fries, they season it with what seems like regular fry seasoning, but it has a sweet taste to it. Most of the time their fries have a mixture of crunchy ones and also the soft ones which I think is awesome! On a side note, I love calling to place my order for pick up, because its always the most random times ever, one time I called it was "everything will be ready in 14 minutes", this time it was "everything will be ready in 17 minutes". I just think its funny that its a very different time. They also do have specials I believe during Angel and Laker games, but when those two aren't on the best one in my opinion is the two can dine. 15 of your choice of wings either bone, boneless, or strips. An order of large fries, and two drinks. You also have an option to add 5 more for I think 2 something, its brilliant! All of their wing flavors are amazing, but seriously my favorite is the lemon pepper, everyone is also a big fan of the original hot. Right off the bat I will say this: The wings here always come out tasty. That is why this isn't a one star review. I have given this place a TON of chances, but they always manage to disappoint me somehow. Last night was the final straw that made me decide to never return to this Wing Stop. The service here is AWFUL! It's almost as if they ask during the interview "Are you totally brain dead and bad with people? Great! You're hired!" We ordered our food online over 2 hours in advance and arrived about 3 minutes early. When I told the cashier my name, he at first couldn't find my order. After some time he finally finds my receipt and tells me my order is coming. It soon becomes clear to me that they completely forgot to make my order and are just starting to make my order. I ordered OVER 2 HOURS IN ADVANCE. i had to wait another 15 minutes for my food to be prepared. You read that right. They STARTED making my order once I got there. Instead of admitting to their mistake and maybe trying to make it up, they say nothing to me, prompting me to ask several times when my order will be ready and them giving me vague answer each time. This is not the first time this has happened. Another time I told the manager that our fries weren't seasoned at all, and he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Overall, this place just plain sucks. The soda machine is always on the fritz, the staff is horrible, and the fries are never seasoned. Yet, this place is still always busy. I guess there are more suckers like me in there giving this place it's 50th chance. Stop supporting this awful place. I love the wings here, but this place has got to get it together. read more

If I could give less than one star for this place, I would. Here is what I sent to Wingstop through their Guest Relations link on their website. "I placed an on-line order (09-14-2013 07:28 PM Order #928213w) for a pick-up on 9/15/13 at 12:15pm. I arrived at 12:10pm and not only was the order not ready, they had no record of it. Two different employees separately asked me the name it was under, so each time I provided two possibilities: Tae or Sean (I wasn't sure if it was under my name or not). Why did they both ask me if it was under Michelle? One employee even asked me if I had cancelled the order. Really? If I had cancelled the order, why would I be at your restaurant? Five minutes had passed and the two employees are completely confused, looking for information in the register, looking for paperwork, asking each other questions... If I was seeing this in a movie, I might have laughed. But this was happening to me... right in front of my eyes! I walked out to my car to get the confirmation email to show them the order. When I return inside, another employee (shift leader? manager?) is now set to help me. He is looking through the few on-line order forms that he has in front of him... with no luck. I give him my email and he starts to type the order into the register/terminal for the order to be prepared... hardly saying a word to me. After about another five minutes, he gives me a receipt and tells me it will be about 15 minutes, then turns to walk away. I ask him "How about throwing in some more wings... for the delay?" He responds that he'll see what he can do. To this point, no one... I repeat NO ONE has apologized to me for this inconvenience, mistake, error, screw-up or whatever you want to call it. NO ONE. About 15 minutes later, he calls my name for my order. He gives me my order, tells me he put in some extra wings, quickly says "I'm sorry about the wait"... then turns and walks away. Really? He didn't even ask me if I needed napkins or even bother to shake my hand when I extended it to him. Wow. Top Class all the way. So, 10 minutes later, I arrive at my destination with the order of wings and fries... and it was disgusting! The mango-habanero wings were sickly sweet, NO HEAT to them whatsoever! Three different people tried them and couldn't even finish their bites because there was NOTHING to offset the sweetness. And these are supposed to be your second hottest wings? Your teriyaki wings are 'spicier' than these things were! The lemon-pepper wings were extra, extra salty... WAAAAAAAAAAYYYYY saltier than I have ever had them before from this location! The fries? Not only was one order just 'warm' but the second order was COLD and DISGUSTING! These were OLD fries that were given to us! NO ONE could eat any of these! And to top it off... one person threw-up from eating from this order, another person received an upset stomach.... and there were no 'extra wings' included in the order (which in hind site, may actually have been a good thing!). Now, my question to you is this: What are you going to do about my terrible experience with your restaurant?" --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- That email was sent on 9/16/2013. Shortly after, I received an AUTOMATED response from Wingstop, letting me know that it would take 96 HOURS for a response... since they read each email personally. But I got no response from them... I re-sent the same email on 10/24/2013 and DID get a real response from their customer service department, apologizing that no one got back to me. They were going to inform the franchise owner and I would hear from them shortly. Well, it is now 11/11/2013. And STILL no response. SAVE YOUR MONEY! SAVE YOUR TIME! Go somewhere else. ANYWHERE else! ordered the Cajun, Original Hot, BBQ, & Terriyaki. My overall review is 4 stars given timeliness of service was good as there were quite a few people in this little wing shack. Customer Service of their employees was also great. Upon checking in on Yelp they honored the checkin bonus giving us chocolate chip cookies with our order. The wings are pretty good and they are fairly priced given the numerous ways you can order wings here. I tried plenty of different flavors of the boneless wings and would suggest any to try since all were tasty and fabulously cooked. if you're in the area and are craving chicken wings? you should definitely give this place a try. read more

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE wingstop, but this location in particular has horrible customer service. I placed an online order for pick-up at 8:05pm. I get there and reach the register at 8:25 pm but they didn't have the order ready. At first, I didn't mind waiting for the order because they were pretty busy and only had one worker at the register, but when the guy next to me (he was also there to pick up) got his order the moment he reached the register, I got irritated. I ended up waiting an extra 10 minutes for our order and then went outside and emptied all the bags to make sure everything was there (I had ordered a huge family meal), but we were missing a small cheese sauce. I went in and had to wait a minute for a worker to notice I needed assistance. I told the woman we were missing the sauce but she insisted I had gotten it. Instead of just giving me a cheese, she argued with me and my cousin insisting that we had it, until another worker came up to us and just gave it to us. I've never experienced this kind of service. Let alone I don't expect a worker to argue with a customer over an $0.89 cheese sauce ( It may seem immature of me to go back just for the sauce but we added this order at the register and after already being irritated by the wait, I expected the order to be on point). I've gone to other wingstops and their workers are more approachable and ensure everything goes smoothly for their customers. Although Wing Stop as a franchise is not my favorite wing restaurant it does hold a special place in my heart for having my favorite wing with their awesome Cajun flavor. This location in Fullerton however is the least favorite of the So. Cal Wing Stops I have frequented and its purely service based. This is the only Wing Stop location I have been to who charge additional fees for substituting their fries for baked beans or another side. I don't know what it is with this location but they tend to charge for everything and anything out of the ordinary. The food on the other hand is still top-notch in flavor and quality. I have had more good service than bad over my last couple of visits but the first 3 times I was here was purely awful, unfortunately this is still the only location near my house other than the new larger sit-down sports bar style Wing Stop Sports in Orange. I really wish they would open a Buena Park or Anaheim location to satisfy my craving for wings (which is fairly constant these days) All in all a great restaurant but the service appears to be hit and miss and they charge for substitutions that other locations such as Lakewood, Cerritos and Bellflower do not. read more

I went here a couple of weeks ago cause I had to get some food for family and some friends. I called ahead as the wait can be pretty long to get food here. I gave the cashier my credit card but I accidently gave her my Gamestop card (haha). I jokingly said, do you take Gamestop cards? Apparently, she did not get my joke and instead gave me a "wtf" kinda look. I guess she didn't take humor 101 at Fullerton College. I asked for more sauce but she wanted to charge me extra for additional sauce, I'm like really? Is it that expensive to give one sauce to a customer? Anyhow, despite the "great" customer service, the wings were good as I ordered the lemon pepper wings and their fries are pretty good. If this place would be quicker at dishing food than dishing attitude, I would come here more often or perhaps the staff here should offer some smiles :) read more

I am so outraged and disappointed with this location. My family and I have been loyal customers since they started and today they completely did it for me. I specifically asked for my wings extra wet multiple times. I Highly addressed how I wanted my wings over the phone several times until it was understood. And when I arrived I also re confirmed if they were extra wet. The staff reassured me they were. I had a long day at work and I work and hour and half away from home. The last thing I wanted to deal with is bad customer service. "We" as customers pay for what we want, otherwise we wouldn't bother investing our money. I called to address this issue with Amanda and she had her manager (female) pick up the phone. I explained what happen over the phone and I offered to take a video or picture of my food for her to see that I wasn't lying. She responded that she remembers making my order and that it was made correct. I can't believe the nerve and the audacity of this manager to correct me when I am offering to show her evidence of the way my food was made. How is it fair for a customer to feel accused of lying when I specifically asked 50million times if my food was made correctly. DO NOT INVEST IN THIS LOCATION IF ALL YOU'LL GET is ACCUSED OF IS OF LYING WHEN YOU ORDER YOUR FOOD. As soon as we walked in, it was great, we actually got to order our food, unlike BWW -___-", we paid for our food at 11:02 P.M. I know what time we paid for our food because it took so long to come out that I had to check our receipt of when we ordered it. After about 30 minutes I walk up to the counter and asked about our food, he looked surprised and said two more minutes, well those two minutes dragged as on, we finally received our food at 11:47. I've been here multiple times and it has never took this long to receive my food, I guess it's time to find a different Wing Stop. read more

This location is the worst! I expected to come hang out, watch the hockey game and eat some wings. First off.. No hockey. They couldn't find the channel, don't carry the channel, didn't know what they were doing.. I don't know. But c'mon! I mean it's the Kings in the finals!!! So we were stuck watching baseball. Because that's the only channel that had. Then the soda machine was out of everything.. Then apparently they called our order but we couldn't hear over the extremely loud music, so about 15 minutes later we decide to go up and ask, and we're told they put our order in a bag because we didn't come to the counter. Woot! I love me some buffalo wings here! :) One of the better hot wings places that I've been to (in comparison to your standard TGIF's and Applebees). This place basically serves chicken and sides that you could expect with fried chicken (since that's what it is, anyway): coleslaw, fries, potato/mac salad etc. I've tried most of the wing flavors; my favorite is the original hot and then the lemon pepper (esp. if you like butter, hyum!). The BBQ is good, too, if you like something sweet. Gripe: It's kinda expensive, for what it is. 20 wings/drummettes for $12. Get your coupons out! Like: It's open until midnight, perfect for Dinner #2 and they've got beer and TVs for your entertainment. Hoorah for chicken! read more

Decent wing place. Bar-B-Q wings and hot (or atomic if you like REALLY hot) wings are reccomended. I would say avoid the Garlic Parm and the Hawaiian wings are not so great. The french fries are good though, and they offer side orders of Nacho cheese, a personal weakness of mine. I love Wing Stop, I really do. So I can't tell you how excited I was when I found that there was one near my work. **very disappointed** I walked in and placed an order at 12:11 pm yday. I ordered an individual meal of 6 lemon pepper wings, fries, drink and an order of veggie sticks. I didn't get my order until 12:36. Yes it took over 25 minutes! There were several (larger) parties that came and ordered for dine in AND take out. Finally after receiving my order, I looked down at the poor excuses they called chicken wings. Half of them were the size of my thumb and the other half looked like someone else had taken a bite out of them. They were soo small and there was a pool of butter and grease it was sitting in they were disgusting to say the least. I am able to say I did enjoy the fries though. Thats the only thing I can compliment about my visit. I probably won't be returning. I'll just look forward to when I pass through Torrance or Carson to get my Wing Stop fix. read more

I called in an order for pick up I looked at the menu online first and when I called to order she never gave me her name got my whole order wrong. First I order the 6 piece combo and she told me that the smallest is a 10 piece. Weird??? So I was like okay whatever I'll take the 10 piece then I order two chicken tenders a 5 piece with fries and never got those fries. Then a 3 piece chicken tender but told me the they only have a 2 piece. Weird again. My wings were disgusting. The fries tasted like they weren't even cooked right. Had a really great experience at Wingstop recently! A couple weeks ago my bf and I went to Wingstop because we were cravin some garlic parm and we wanted to pay with a coupon we found online. Unfortunately our coupon was expired but the manager still accepted it. He was so sweet he told us don't worry we all do that. Shoutout to him for his customer service and his genuine politeness about the whole thing! :) As for the food, really delicious as always, we got the garlic parm and lemon pepper and a mess of hot fries. Helpful tips: If you phone your order, THEY WILL NOT START MAKING YOUR FOOD UNTIL YOU PAY!! From the time I placed my order to when they handed me the bag, 37 minutes had passed. Another guy waiting experienced the same issue. The people who walk in and dine there are SERVED FIRST. When we complained they just smirked and said, "oh it takes longer with bone-in wings". When I call and you state my order will be ready in 15 minutes, but in reality it's 15 minutes after I pay. More importantly, we never get what we order. Always missing something whether we're shorted wings, veggie sticks, or dips.. Our order is always wrong. This last incident on 11/18, 2 of our wings were severely undercooked to a level of inedible. This chain has gone downhill since years ago. My major concern is how their wings has gotten so tiny! Seriously, you'll feel ripped off by the serving size to what you pay for. Its like they're serving starving chick wings instead chicken wings. You are better off buying fresh, cheaper and meatier wings at supermarkets and do your own flavors. Definitely my go to place! Family and I always come here! We've done dine in and pick up and our food is always nice and hot regardless. The food is BOMB! The environment is always nice even on their busiest days we never wait too long. Nancy always greets us with a warm smile and is always staying on top of her job!
