Secret sauce wings are some of the best wings I've ever had and I've had a lot of wings in my life. Further the staff is friendly. This place serves great Korean chicken. Their secret sauce chicken is THE BEST, don't miss to give it a try. The honey garlic is sweet and garlicky, exactly as per the name and kids loved it. The Kimchi rice is always a great side or a main entree on its own. It comes with either chicken or spam for a protein option. Ddeok-bokki is a combination of fish cake and rice cake in a sweet and spicy sauce and the combination is good. The other two flavors I have tried in the past are Spicy Original and Cheesling. Spicy Original was too spicy to handle for us and Cheesling didn't meet our flavor expectations. We usually order for pick up and the order is always ready on time. Korean Fried Chicken es mi gente but man this spot has slipped since we've been ordering from here the past 2 years. Smaller portions, bigger prices, inconsistent quality of food. Their 8 piece fried chicken is really 4 pieces conveniently cut up into some recognizable parts mixed with other small mystery pieces. Soy Garlic boneless is still our clear favorite. Sweet potato fries are also delish but $8 a pop. The radish sides are 1/2 filled with water now too haha. After spending almost $60 on my last delivery order here, I think it's time to take a break from bbq chicken. Lots of places in OC doing KFC more consistent and at a better price point. read more

My kids can't eat spicy so I called to make the modification and the first person who answered said they could it. Then I got a call back from a girl who said she couldn't, which I was awestruck by because I literally juuuust placed the order and they just told me they could fulfill it?? From the other reviews, clearly this establishment could benefit from better training on customer service. The only thing I would consider is the hospitality of the workers towards the guests. My all time go-to is half and half chicken (half original and half secret sauce) with French fries and ddeokbboki when it comes to bb.q chicken. Fullerton branch is where I go regularly due to plenty of parking spaces, great customer service and various menu. Love the fact that the restaurant always plays Netflix Korean Drama "Crash Landing on You" as the store and food were featured in the show. And, the inside is spacious with several tables and chairs and squeaky clean. Not only the crunchy original boneless chicken but also secret sauce boneless chicken are scrumptious that I could eat them all day, everyday. And, their ddeokbboki spice lever is well balanced. The fish cakes and a half egg is a bonus that enhances the dish. I didn't want to add the cheese since it was additional $2 but didn't have a choice ordering through their app because there wasn't an option. However, it was still good and I was glad that I tried it. Note that they have a reward app so take advantage of it. I've always liked bb.q chicken whether I'm in Koreatown, little Tokyo, Glendale or all the way here in Orange County, their chicken remains consistent and delicious. I've always ordered the Boneless Whole chicken Half and Half, either original and secret sauce or their yummy cheeseling with honey garlic chicken. Ordering experience ahead of time was pretty expedient, which very likely for this location will always be the case for us. I couldn't in my better judgment give the same review for in-store ordering as my fiance expressed frustration to one of their guys at this location as the dude taking the order wasn't too helpful, he was rude and uninterested to assist which was sad as we really like bb.q chicken. How difficult is it to answer a few questions or give recommendations? Their chicken offerings are really good, the dining area is basic dining and could accommodate a small number of people - not good for groups, Service could be much improved - giving credit to the girl who works here, she is super nice and so is the other skinny guy, except for that one tall bigger dude who forgot that their customers are helping pay for their rent and deserved to be treated much better. I don't think we'll be back to this location knowing there are other bb.q locations near the area, one in Euclid and the other by Buena Park, the chicken is good and consistent with all bb.q chicken I've had but the Service definitely left a bitter taste in our taste buds. I've been ordering from bb.q Chicken regularly because I love their chicken bowl--it's always my go-to. Whenever I call ahead to request extra sauce (since the standard amount isn't quite enough for the bowl), every employee I've spoken to has been kind, helpful and understanding. Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case with one worker named Caitlin-Kaitlin. Every single time I've spoken with her over the phone, she has always been rude, sarcastic, and very unprofessional. Her tone is unpleasant, and it genuinely makes the experience uncomfortable, especially compared to how kind and accommodating the rest of the staff usually is. She wouldnt give me her name when I kindly asked for it over the phone. I really enjoy the food and normally have great experiences here, but consistent negative interactions with this employee take away from that. I hope management addresses this, because the food and the rest of the team deserve better representation. read more

My order took a few minutes, which I didn't mind, but I noticed another customer having issues with a lunch deal questions that seemed to frustrate the cashier. There also appeared to be several upcharges on menu items, and the cashier came across a bit short and brash. Not sure if this was the dinner rush or the back-to-school crowd adding pressure.
