SoCal wings is my absolute favorite wing spot. There is no denying the level of quality in their wings and sauces. The best part is the level of consistency with flavor. Upon walking in, the girl at the register didn't seem to friendly - after a quick ordering encounter, definitely confirm that she wasn't too friendly. I would say the wings you get here are closer to an asian style like korean fried chicken rather than an american breaded and fried chicken. Outsides are always crispy while the insides are still moist and the flavors are finger lickin' good. They sometimes don't ask, by default your order will be a mix between wings and drum sticks.
