Imsorry to leave this review because I want everyone to have business and trexsive business but you have to be.a honest business person and serve people fresh food. The chicken was disgusting like it had sat there for a while and was from a day ago was not fresh and warm nor had taste of anything ( spices please). The rice smelt made of old water and gross and the potatoe salad well ended up throwing it all away. Please food businesses worry about the quality and taste of food then people.will naturally want more. Don't give away old stuff because your loosing or wasting food because quality counts. First time here. All the food was delicious. Chicken had a lot of flavor. The potato salad and rice were also really good. I loved the salsa. I got 3 different ones and the red was my favorite (I think it was the hottest). The place was really clean on the inside and the staff were all really friendly. Great customer service, fresh & delicious food. The owner is very friendly. My family and I have stopped in here quite a few times and have tried the majority of the menu. I ordered the Mini Meal Pack which comes with 1 whole rotisserie chicken, 3 small sides( choose from potato salads, rice or beans) , plus the complimentary tortillas ( corn or flour) peco de gallo( salsa fresco) , green and red hot sauces! *The rotisserie chicken - Good quality of chicken , no heavily seasoning ,crispy skin , tender inside, flavorful and not overly oily/salty. The leg was my favorite part of the chicken, crispy skin and juicy meats! I don't know what happened here. Reading the reviews and the fact that this was explained as a possible Korean/Mexican fusion place I am really disappointed. The photos I have attached are their honey garlic wings and original. As you can see they are burnt to hell along with the fries I couldn't even distinguish original from honey garlic. I don't know how they thought it was ok to serve this to us. We spent over $50 in here and i wish I had spent it at a real Korean Fried chicken place. I could only stomach two wings before I told myself to stop and leave. We also got potato salad, that had no seasoning just boiled potato flavor. The bulgogi taco was ok I'd give that a three stars. Come here at your own discretion but I highly recommend staying away from their fried foods because my mouth tastes like I licked an ash tray. read more

The owner was super friendly and helpful when I came to answering questions about the menu. He gave an older lady free food when she didn't have enough to buy the food she ordered and threw in free fries for my order!! Pollo's has a good variety of chicken dishes, ranging from tacos, burritos, bowls, wings, and family style meals. They do have Juicy whip horchata, Jamaica, Pina and all of your regular coke products. I ordered the chicken burrito and 4 honey garlic wings. The burrito is massive and delicious would definitely buy it again. I decided to get 4 wings because the picture made them look so crispy. They are exactly what the picture shows. The wings are so juicy, crispy, and full of flavor. I bit into them and immediately called my girlfriend to tell her she NEEDS to try them. Went the other day & the food was great. Got the mini meal, 1 whole chicken & 2 sides. Came with tortillas & salsa. Everything was good, the chicken was flavorful & not over cooked. I was yelping spots nearby and fortunately found this spot! The plaza might look unassuming, but once inside it is so clean and bright! The gentleman at the counter was so helpful. You can tell this spot is family owned and very fresh. The chicken was made to order and still came out so fast! I ordered the mega pack and they are running a deal where all the family packs get one free chicken! They also had a grape Sunkist I was dying to try but decided not to. The mega pack is enough to feed 8-10! The chicken is so juicy, the sides are clearly homemade and delicious, tortillas are soft and warm, and the fried chicken stole the show! We also got habanero fried wings but it was so good and gone so fast I couldn't take a picture. The prices are so fair and the food is so good. This spot is perfect if you're feeding your family and even for parties! My friends will go crazy if I bought this for a party.
