Location is in a strip mall with plenty of parking in Fullerton. It's a popular local spot and we saw a pretty diverse crowd getting take out and dining in. The size of everything here is massive and if you like huge meals and a lot of food for decent places this will definitely appeal to you! Chicken + Beef Bento Box: Comes wtih Salad, California rolls, tempura, and miso soup. Maybe we eat abnormally little but this was enough to feed my wife and two kids. How do I say this? This place is the teriyaki gold standard! A hidden gem tucked in the industrial district of East Fullerton. Upon seeing the reviews and pictures, I wanted to give it a try. Walking in, the place seemed busy with what I assume were the locals/regulars who already know this as the "spot." We ordered a salmon plate, a teriyaki bowl, and a combo bento meal. The overall food was excellent, and the teriyaki is probably some of the best you will try in the land of the OC. My expert recommendation is to go for the bento meal and here's why. You get your meat and rice (we got the beef-chicken combo), a side salad, 4 fat size California rolls, tempura (1 shrimp, 5 veggies; probably the best tempura I've had in awhile) and miso soup. The bento literally costs $1 more than the plate meal. I shared this with my wife and, yes, I was full! Great food, nice staff! The beef and well marinated and so juicy. They close at 7pm which makes it very convenient for a quick pick up dinner option. They are also open on Saturdays from 10:30-7pm. Really can't go wrong when you go on recommendation from others yelp reviews! I was not near home and wanted a good chicken bowl so I opened up Yelp, and this was the first place that came up! I was so surprised to walk in and see so many empty tables ‍ it is kind of in an odd little strip center, mostly surrounded by businesses and industrial. My guess would be they are much busier during the day. The service was super friendly and very quick, I could hear them cooking my food so I knew it was going to be fresh and piping hot. I'm usually a little picky with beef so I never order it out (without having a back up) so I went for the combo bowl (steak and chicken) It was delicious, i actually ended up loving the steak and would 100% order it again! Don't get me wrong, the chicken was very tasty as well, but the marinade on the beef was outstanding!
