I was on the way home from running errands and a burger sounded good. I was in the mood to try something new and I see Fantasy Burger near my house all the time so I decided to stop by and try it. I just went through the drive-through but I see they have an inside dining room and a decent sized outside patio with umbrella covered tables. They have a pretty extensive menu with various items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as some Mexican food items. My order for an avocado cheeseburger was taken quickly. I was the only one in line and pulled up to the window. It was maybe five minutes max between my order being placed and the nice gal at the window handing me my burger. I couldn't believe how good the burger smelled with an amazing fresh grilled aroma. I couldn't wait to get home and try it. When I first took the burger out of the bag, I didn't see any avocado and thought maybe they forgot it. However there was indeed avocado between the top of the burger and the top bun. The meat was seasoned very well, had great flavor, and that wonderful fresh grilled aroma was still in the air. It also had lettuce, tomato, and pickles, and the bun had a nice char on both sides which is always good. The burger was great but the meat patty was definitely on the thin side. It sure did pack a lot of flavor though. For almost $11 after tax, I would expect a little more meat. My final score is 4.5 stars since the meat patty was on the small side, but I rounded up to 5 stars since it did have a ton of flavor and service was quick. Big disappointment today, I only orders French fries well done and a soda $9.29 . First , fries (5.00) were recooked not fresh , then I was charged for condiments I did not ask for , employee was surprised I mentioned it and I was told I will get credit when I come back for that but she kept my pennies and did not ask just kept, . I was not told if you pay with a card extra fee for that and sizes went down. Prices went up. They big time slipped, ask if they have hidden fees when ordering . Was going to a cafe down the street but it was completely packed so I came here instead. I honestly didn't expect much coming in here because it seemed very casual and had a drive thru. The service actually turned out to be great. The lady checked up on us plenty of times, she set our table for us too which I didn't expect from a casual place like this where you order at the register. One issue I did have was that I ordered the $11.99 breakfast combo and asked to upgrade the toast to French toast and I'll pay the difference. The lady understood and even repeated it at the end, but she changed my order to the $15.99 big breakfast combo which was the same as the $11.99 one except she said this one came with French toast. When my food came out, she gave me pancakes and told me I had to pay extra for the French toast. I asked her if she remembered me ordering French toast and she said yes, so I'm just unsure where things were unclear. Basically I got charged extra for something I didn't order and then was asked to pay more for the correct one. Aside from that, the food was good, a typical breakfast platter. We visit this place more often than I'd like to admit. The service is always friendly, the place is always clean and most nights crowded. Crowded is a good sign of good food. The portion sizes are great and prices are still reasonable. We love their teriyaki plate (chicken, white rice) which comes with a salad. Their French fries are always cooked to perfection. The fam likes to order burgers and fries here, which are always satisfying. Those straight cut fries can be addicting. They also never have leftovers cuz everything gets demolished within 15 minutes. I have tried the chicken strips, country fried steak, and teriyaki chicken and beef plate. All were good, but you'd get the most bang for your buck with their teriyaki plates. It's a literal mountain of slightly sauced protein with some salad and rice. I ate half and brought the rest home for a second meal. The "Extreme" milkshake series is yummy, too. I did ask to see if the breakfast burritos are still the same and unfortunately tasted nothing like the breakfast burritos from before very plain with a very large amount of hashbrowns when I order breakfast burrito with no meat the whole center is literally stuffed with potatoes that are soggy not crispy And I dislike when restaurants make the egg surrounding the burrito like it's a tortilla which is not an ideal breakfast burrito. Barely any egg too. I understand why you guys do that maybe because it's faster but the quality in this burrito is very dry and bland. I couldn't finish this burrito and I was starving. This is false. Perhaps you are under new ownership or management because I have gone in to your establishment before and a lady that has been there has said I could order as long as I take it to go. Of course some orders may take long to make, but you don't know what I was ordering. Another thing, a lot of locations, not bars or clubs, advertise a closure time for a specific time and actually take orders until that time. The fact that you hire students and schedule them to close sounds like a staffing issue that you need to resolve. read more

I was looking forward to coming here since there are people that are long time customers & like the food but maybe I just came on a bad day. My food was room temperature when I got it in the drive through so I had to heat it up at home. I ordered fried mushrooms and an avocado burger. When I bit into the fried mushrooms as i was driving away, the center was cold. Even when I touched the burger on the drive home it was barely warm and didn't have much flavor in it in my opinion. Instead, they try to manually cut up the lettuce for the burger now if asked for chopped and it isn't chopped like before nor does the lettuce taste the same. Daughter and I disappointed because we loved the pre-chopped lettuce you used before. It taste different and my daughter no longer wants to order the burger she once loved. I would absolutely not recommend this place at all. I went a couple days ago and got fries and a chicken teriyaki bowl. The chicken was full of so much fat and our fries were awful. It tasted like horrible old fryer oil. When we called to voice our concerns, the manager said we "change our oil every single day?" Well that's a lie, because no one does that. And he said I was lying about the chicken and to bring it back. Unfortunately we live 20 mins away and my kids were already starving so I said forget it. It's very unfortunate that this is the response I get when there is an issue with our order. I ended up throwing it away. $30 down the drain. The management needs to be kinder and have better solutions to issues like this because it's wrong :( read more
