Today I was having a craving for street tacos and remembered how good they are from here. They used to come out to my High School quite often for sports games and I remember it always being delicious. That was also about 7 years ago though so I was hoping it would be the same. I got the chicken street taco plate and then 1 pastor and 1 asada to try as well. All of the meat was cooked to perfection and seasoned so well. The rice was also so good. B & C is really just amazing when it comes to catering! The packages are easy to order. You just choose your meats and the amount of pounds ($20/lb) you want to order. The package comes with everything you need: tortillas, 3 different salsas, rice, beans, onions, cilantro, limes and chips. I first found them at the many sports/school events they cater at. The folks who work here are always friendly and the food is solid. We've since catered a few times and our guests were happy with the quality and amount. Admittedly I don't jump up and down over the food here. Perhaps I'm just ordering wrong, as it appears they have a pretty consistent stream of customers walking in all day long. Why I give it 5 stars is for what they're doing when no one is watching. Each day they walk out with a "water cart" and water the flowers in the front of the restaurant. B & C Burgers is tucked into an older shopping center off of Bastanchury and Placentia Ave. it is easily accessible and easy to pinpoint by using your GPS. Parking is plentiful. They have a good amount of both indoor and outdoor seating. It has a family owned/run feeling ~ all the workers I've interacted with have all been helpful and genuinely friendly. We came in during the lunch rush, and although they were busy, they were still friendly and efficient and our food came out in a timely manner. Their menu has a wide variety of choices ranging from traditional pancake or egg breakfasts to soups to different salads to burgers to Mexican food. There's really something for everyone! Today we ordered a bean & cheese burrito and a combo plate of a chile relleno with a cheese enchilada. The burrito was hefty and filled with a generous amount of both beans and cheese. The combo plate gives a choice of red or green sauce for the chile relleno (I've never had a choice anywhere else, so it was nice). I chose the red since I thought it would match the enchilada sauce nicely. The enchilada was a nice, tasty surprise. The chile relleno was also very good with the chile on the al dente side and the stuffed cheese being deliciously melty. Both of our orders were classic comfort foods and truly hit the spot. I haven't eaten here in a while, but I was craving an afternoon burger and I was nearby so I thought I'd stop by. This shopping center was remodeled recently and all of the businesses look much nicer on the outside and B&C is no exception. They also appear to have acquired the adjacent space and have a much bigger inside dining area since the last time I was here. I had the California Cheese Burger and it was excellent. It was a good sized burger and the meat had a lot of flavor. The bacon was fresh and there was a good amount of avocado slices on top. It was surprisingly filling on its own since I didn't get the combo. They have a big menu with lots of items for any time of the day including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our experience here has been great every time. The ladies working here are on top of it!! They always come by asking if you want more coffee. Prices are affordable too and they even have dishes with grilled cactus or nopales, Mexican cheese, and other favorites like blueberry waffles, and steak and eggs. I called in my order ( busy working) I always check the food when I get to the car because I don't like onions and once again a lot of onions on the burger.I took it back and waited along time to get it redone which is why I called in the order in the first place. My usual order is two breakfast burritos with extra crispy bacon and well done tortilla. I like that the sauce bar is self serve because I need more sauce than the average person so it's nice to be able to grab as much as I need. I personally like the spicy red sauce the most but usually for one burrito I would need two of the red and two of the green. My only issue is they always have a hidden service fee charge on their takeout orders. They should just build these fees into the menu, if you ask me. read more

Based on other reviews I must have been there on a bad day. I ordered the chorizo omelette with hash browns. I took about 4 bites of the omelette looking for the chorizo taste. There was none and upon looking inside the omelette I detected numerous small specs of what might have been chorizo. The hash browns also were not cooked. There was no browning of the top and tasted the raw shredded potato. You cant call them has browns if they look white. Okay the breakfast burrito was good, but nothing amazing. I usually get breakfast burritos from Pepes, but I wanted to try another local shop. The burrito is pretty big. Ordered it to go and it was still hot. Customer service was great, the lady was really kind and the opposite of stingy when I asked her if I can have a lot of sauce. So the burrito itself, it was very loose, I wish it could've been toasted to be intact more. But not a big deal, the issue was that the bacon bits I got were very burnt or inedible. It was like eating the end bits that you chewed and it would just get hard, you wouldn't be able to eat it. The portions with the egg was overwhelming more than anything else. Kinda almost tasted like I was just eating egg and tortilla. But maybe it was just portioned that way inside. The green sauce is my favorite so I got tons of that, however it tasted different. Almost fruity, it was weird. The red sauce was good, it had that bitter taste at the end like it should. But the regular salsa was pretty chunky. They charge a bit too much for their take-out coffee, but they're fast and they're friendly. Their wet burrito is spectacular. Also, if you need to cater a party, these guys are amazing. They bring a grill and setup a taco / burrito bar. I have yet to hear a complaint after seeing these guys operate at multiple large parties. The ambiance is that of a burger joint. It's clean and functional. They also have lots of outdoor seating. The local cops seem to be regulars here, so that's a good indicator of the quality of the place (maybe avoid if you have a warrant out for your arrest). When I visit Placentia a few time a year, this is one of my go-to places for breakfast, and sometimes dinner. read more
